TERRIBLE SERVICE! AND AWFUL FOOD!!!! They took 2 hours to deliver my order. The service is awful from top to bottom every time I called asking about my order the staff would hang up on me. And when they did delivered it after 2 long hours of starving The delivery man dared to DEMAND a tip after two hours! When I went up to my apartment not only the pizza was cold and hard and looked and tasted as if theyve had it since last summer but my chicken wings order was wrong. As a cherry on top Ive been throwing up all night and called off work. Thank you pizza hut not only did I wasted 30 dollars but also lost a day of work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Save yourself a nervous breakdown, some hard earned money and spare your stomach a bottle of pepto

I almost didnt order from here because of the other bad reviews, but Im very glad that I didnt let them turn me off. My kids have been wanting to try the chocolate chip cookie pizza from Pizza Hut for a while now and I didnt want to disappoint. Ordered online with a fairly complicated pizza order - half with Peruvian cherry peppers, honey Sirachca sauce on all, and garlic crust. Plus I asked for a side of ranch. Order was 100% correct and was an hour earlier than originally stated - I called after I placed the order online because I saw that it would be 2 hours - very long for hungry kids! They definitely sped it up! Delivery guys were super friendly, to boot! Also, chocolate chip cookie pizza rocks! :)

I ordered 8 pizzas for my workers on a Saturday morning. The order was placed at 11:19 and I was told I would have it in 45 minutes. At 12:15 the order had not yet arrived and after calling was told the driver was just down the street and would be here within five minutes. At 112:30 still no sign of the delivery and even though I had given them my number with instructions to call, I had heard nothing. Apparently the staff here have no concept of time. The one concept of time they were very aware of was how long it would take to reverse the charges on my credit card for the nearly $100 of pizza. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from here, Many problems with service.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON!! I ALWAYS ORDER FROM HERE AND THIS TIME THEY HAD TO ASK ME FOR ALL MY INFORMATION AGAIN!! AFTER DOING SO, IT TOOK 2 HOURS UNTIL I RECEIVED MY COLD PIZZA!! WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MANAGER STARTED RAISING HER VOICE TELLING ME THAT THE DELIVERY BOY CALLED ME TWICE WHEN I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALL AND I WAS WAITING OUTSIDE FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR!! OH, AND WHEN THE DUDE FINALLY ARRIVED HE HONKED HIS HORN WAVING HIS HAND FOR ME TO COME TO THE STREET TO TAKE THE PIZZA...WHAT A JOKE!! AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY GAVE ME A 2 LITER DR. PEPPER AS COMPENSATION!!! IM NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN, DOMINOS PIZZA HERE I COME!!

If I can give this place a negative rating I would. This is not the first time Ive had a terrible experience at this location. As a pizza enthusiast I am appalled. It was a 2 hour wait for one pizza. The four people in my household called and kept getting placed on hold or hung up on. The pizza finally arrived but it was very cold, and Im talking next day pizza kind of cold. We told the driver to call his manager and justify this situation since we were all still on hold for the store to which he replied he didnt have his number. Finally the managers number magically appeared on his phone when he realized we werent going to pay him anything until we spoke to his superior.

Hated this place. Ordered one pizza and the pizza came delivered soggy disgusting! Asked for another one to be made and it was skimpy on the toppings. Another time they delivered the wrong pizza- a vegetarian one when we ordered a meat one. Got them to deliver the right one and it was an hour later - so all up had to wait 2 hours for our pizza cos of their muck up. Asked for free breadsticks and they never gave them. Such a crap place and delivery. Letting pizza hut down. Have nowhere else to order from in our area for pizza hut and not going to order from them, so looks like I will be giving pizza a miss. Might lose some weight!

I dont care how good the food is they took 8 minutes for the waiter to come ask us what we wanted to drink. I asked for water and they brought us sparkling water. I ordered wine and a coca cola and they brought it when ever they felt like it. I ordered fettuccine with shrimp they brought it with no shrimp. I asked for a second coca cola and they never brought it. The waiter took for ever to bring us everything, everything! This place is ridiculous. I have never had such bad service. There was nothing amazing or great about this place. Ps: they didnt bring the coca cola but they charged me for it.

Fantastic pizza!...I created my own and went with a Pepperoni and Gorgonzola. Holy crap that was amazing. Cute little place tucked away in a corner of one of the 5 million shopping centers all built onto the corner of 137 Ave and Kendall Drive. Look for Dandy Bear and Two Brothers is directly across from it. My only problem that they only offer dine in or carry out only and when Im sitting at home, in my PJs and starving I refuse to go out for food. So it looks like its another night of Marinos Pizza for me....which, btw, is great too..but they dont have Gorgonzola for my pizza :/

Wish i could give it zero stars. Ive been waiting for a pizza delivery for over two hours now. Incredible!!!!! Even when you speak to a manager they could care less about any complain you may have and her answer is "its on the way you have to give it more time". How difficult could it be to make a pizza and delivery within an hour... Maybe even hour and a half????? The reasoning behind the delay.... Driver has 20 orders to deliver..... Well genius.... Perhaps you need an extra driver! Plenty of people out there with a license and looking for a job!!!

This is one of the worst Pizza place managing they had, I had ordered and the receptionist told me in 45 minutes, and it had taken 2 hours for delivery, and when I called to claim what happened with the delivery, they said that it takes an hour, and sorry for the inconvenience, but they will not do anything for you. They do not care about your ordered, they just care about making money. I believe they should be honest with the time, I even spoke to the manager. They said that is on the way and if I have any problems will call him tomorrow.

Bad experience. Ordered a medium-sized pizza. Waited for 15 minutes until they asked me what I am waiting for. Showed my receipt, and they said there had been a confusion. Apparently they had given my pizza to someone else, since a guy came in complaining that he had been given a medium pizza even though he ordered a large one. For compensation, they brought me a large pizza. Only the trashbin and birds were happy for that. In addition: - No ice water available - No toilet - Expensive - Did not taste good
