The service at this location is unacceptable. For years I have been ordering my pizza here and I always order it the same way. In the past two orders including todays order, the staff forgets to add my vegetables to the pizza. So after they told, without even apologizing for it, they throw the veggies uncooked on top of the pizza. Then they say "thats why they are call fresh veggies" they refused to give me a customer service number, instead I got the wet site for a survey. After going back into the store all employees were hiding in the back until I ask for the manager who was very rude and didnt even care to ask what the problem was. She said that there was no customer service fur the store and she had her DM phone number, but all I was going to get was a voice mail. She wrote Mauricio number an a piece of paper and took off. They are so careless, disrespectful and inconsiderate of their customers.

Well, on the contrary to the other reviews, I actually loved my delivery order from this location specifically. I was saying that the quality of pizza from pizza hut is just not like it used to be. Other locations serve under cooked, doughy pizza. Ive become accustomed to ordering online to make sure my order is correct. So I ordered the tuscani pasta for the first time with cheese sticks and I was blown away with the texture and the flavor of my food! I was very impressed. It was damn near perfect. AND my order was delivered in less than 45 minutes. I just hope my experience wasnt a once in a lifetime kinda deal. Id definitely order from this location again.

Everything was bad, from the greasy horrible "handtoss" which was really pan and the service who was rude in everyway. They called us back saying there were no mediums so they said wed have to order and pay more for a large so I complained saying it wasnt my fault they didnt have it and I wouldnt pay more and so they suggested I get the medium handtoss instead of pan and I told them I didnt care they never even asked if I wanted pan or whatever. So after that they took 45 minutes to go down the street where I stay. Ridiculous and they should fire the lazy, b*tchy worker on the phone. Worst cheesy bread and wings Ive ever had.

Terrible management and customer service. Ordered at 7:30pm to find out at 9pm my food was cancelled when i called. I reordered and was suppose to be compensated for a drink. I paid for a large specialty pizza and drink. The manager brittany took it off to comp me but never gave it to driver. I called AGAIN....she said she will send him a Small drink for me...why i asked..thats what she was going to do . meanwhile, i paid for a 2 lit which she took off. This location is terrible! I would fire manager...not good to customer experience. Im on vacation....never again would i order from here!

This place is really bad. Really isnt the pizzahut I know and love. I ordered a pan large and the size wasnt even the right size. It was the sign of a large, and after a week I finally got in contact with corporate and they sent me a coupon for a free pizza so i decided to go on a day that wasnt busy to give them another chance and the supervisor was outside with his girlfriend rather then at work and the pizza was just wrong. Ordered from another pizzahut and it was fine...This place just needs to be re evaluated and maybe get taken over by new management and staff..

Terrible delivery service... once again after complaining yet again the pizza arrived cold and 2hrs late..... Every time we called were told their busy!!!! Thats not our problem, hire more drivers!!!!! Cold pizza from here is a common thing. And dont even consider going to pick it up because the state of the place will make you sick.... used to love the franchise when I lived in broward but this place is a disaster.... sorry pizza hut but.youre letting the locals down...

Wish I could give 0 stars to this location I was on hold no lie for 20 minutes after that I got mad and hung up besides this last time every order I have made from here (online) has been at least one and a half hours late and cold customer service really need to be looked at here. They dont care about your satisfaction period.

this pizza hut is horrible the service was bad the lady charged me a dollar for a the marinara thats included with the cheese sticks and the stuffed crust was 4 inches wide whic means almos no pizza left it looked retarded bad bad service i recomend the one in 9578 sw 137th ave the best of the best ...period

Seriously the worst service I have ever had from a pizza place. Needs to be shut down. They dont even answer the phone and they take at least 2 hours to even deliver....if they even show up. Which they didnt on my last order. I will never use them again. Seriously the total embarrassment. They need to quit.

I hade a bed experience today. Pizza was cold &wrong though.it was a dry pizza ever I had. The employees dont answer any customer phone calls and when they pick they hang up the phone I Never been seen you have to wait 2 hours 45 minutes for a pizza delivery. Thats what they do. What a service. ....

this place is ridiculous i"ve been waiting for some chicken wings for 2hours hey originally told me 45-1hour i"ve called and spoken to the manager twice and still nothing has been done not a discount nothing this place sucks, i wouldnt recommend it and Im never buying from them again. no costumer service

Love the new stuffed crust, pizza attached to the stuffed crust is a whole different story. Cant complain about the service, but Pizza Hut REALLY needs to improve on their actual PIZZA. Its greasy and low-quality. I only get the pizza for the stuffed crust. Come on pizza hut, you can do better!

Terrible i called in for two medium and the put me on hold for 25 minutes plus and i finally gave up after that and hang up the phone, this is the worst Pizza Hut store i ever dealt with in my life, i will also get all 25 of my coworkers to write this store a bad review as well.

The worst place ever!!!! The place was terribly dirty, sticky and smelly. The service was horrible. And me and my kids never forget those pizza and experience. We all felt nausea afterwords....(((((

This was the shittiest Pizza Ive ever had... and on top of that the delivery lasted OVER AND HOUR AND A HALF. .. AND THEY FORGOT MY PEPSI.... unbelievable... I hate myself for actually paying... ugh!
