0 stars is more like it. INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Every single time we order its the same story. They send us our order and never remember everything. This is the 3rd time they have sent us our pizza without the sauces we ordered. Today, we ordered 7 SIDES OF GARLIC (thinking only a complete imbecile could over look 7 sides of garlic) but no surprise... our 3 pizzas arrived with 1 sauce. We called to try to deal with this and we were told that $3.50 was a delivery fee, no... it was 7 SIDES OF GARLIC + A $3.50 delivery fee. We asked her to send out the sides with the delivery driver on the next trip and she responded very rudely "It wont be there for over an hour". When asked to speak with a manager the woman on the other end of the phone informed us that she was the manager. We asked her for her name and she hung up on us without resolving the problem at all. The coward then refused to answer any more phone calls to the restaurant and our delivery driver answered the phone when she returned to the restaurant. She was clearly being told to get rid of us and lie to us. She told us that the managers name was Don, and said it was a man. Then when I asked exactly what was the name of the woman I spoke to she said her name was Donna and it was a woman. We were told to call back tomorrow to speak to a GM... Terrible service and "Donna" should be fired.

Pizza and breadsticks were not hot. And the dude forgot the Pepsi. Were in a freaking hotel, we cant just go to the fridge and get something to drink. So he shows up 25 minutes later with our Pepsi, but the pizza was already cold when he got here the first time. Ive managed pizza franchises and Ill give you guys some hints: If the delivery time is about an hour, which is ok, dont make the pizza 5 minutes after they call...wait 30-45 minutes and then make the pizza, that way they hour old delivery isnt an hour old pizza. Second if your careless driver forgets the Pepsi, have a policy where they dont have to drive all the way back to the store to get the customer their beverage. Go to the nearest gas station...theyre on every corner and get one to the customer in 5 min. A $2 payout isnt going to kill your profit. Then fire the guys who do it all the time. In years of managing pizza, I only had to do it about 10 times, but if I had to do it a bunch of times for the same guy, I would have had a sit-down with him. I placed an order for delivery and the Lady on the phone hung up on me before I can say I was paying with a credit card. So I called back and was placed on hold twice and both times I had to hang up and call again due to the wait. Finally the guy noticed it was me and asked what I needed and told him my situation and placed me on hold again to get his manager then he accidentally hangs up on me.... Finally I speak with the manager after I called back and got everything settled. After biting into our first slice we noticed how poorly the pizza was made and how greasy it was. Minutes after our stomachs began to hurt. Never again will we order from this pizza hut.

Id leave a zero star if I could. Theyve messed up several orders. When you call now you get sent to a call center who transfers you to the store. Then the phone just rings and rings. They never answer. I called back and told the call center that I want to talk to corporate he transfers me to the call center manager...Im on hold forever. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I can excuse a mess up but the fact that you cant even communicate with them about their mess up....ridiculous. i work for another popular pizza chain and we would NEVER treat our customers like this. Which is probably why our sales are now exceeding Pizza Huts.

I have had a very bad experience today. I ordered for the home delivery and kept on waiting for hour and half. When I called for the follow-up, they said I didnt make any order even after having an order. Then store guy tried to reach out to the driver. The driver wasnt available. That really sucks. How can a store guy is unable to reach out to his own driver. But I wasnt surprised to see driver after an hour and half in state of look like he was on drinks or drugs..somehow he didnt look alright... These guys have very bad Customer service. I wouldnt recommend this store for anybody.

Theres always an issue whenever I order from this place.. a couple weeks ago I ordered an Alfredo pasta and got the other option instead. They bought over the exact pasta as before no changes were made to the order. This literally happened 3 times in one night! Today the exact same thing happened. Again I received no compensation instead I was told to leave the wrong order alone and they will bring the correct order free of charge. Not to mention it was cold.

The ratings on this Pizza Hut are very generous. If I could give this location a 0 I would. I do believe that people have bad days and make mistakes however todays experience takes the cake. The staff at this location are very rude. They treat you like you are a burden and their tone that they give you is very aggressive. Honestly dont waste your time just dont order from this location. No one deserves the terrible customer service they provide.

Horrible service.. i ordered n called bk to get plates and I was told if they cant find my order then i will get my food the next day so I asked for a manager they transferred me to another place then another then I call from my job phone n they said Im calling another state.. they were very rude n unprofessional.. order was placed at 6:38 and after all the mess they had the nerve to call at 7:30 bout its on the way.. really

Called and placed an order. An hour goes by so I call to see what the status of my order was. They have no record of it. Talked to a manager and said that they dont deliver my way anyway even though its only 2 miles away. He does nothing about it and then HANGS UP ON ME. I have 2 kids that are hungry, I thought delivery pizza would be the easiest way tonight since Ive been so busy. Apparently I was wrong.

Came in to pick up my order... No one at the front. Waited 10 mins... phone ringing off the hook. Walked around, and saw one of their employees on his phone. I said, "hello? hello?" He looked at me, rolled his eyes, walked to the front, then another employee walked up and finished my order. Food was cold. Will contact management regarding this experience, but honestly, dont waste your time.

Manager also makes mistakes. That was the answer I got when I call to say that the order was wrong. That is not a great service. If you received a wrong order and call to let them know and ask what they can do about, you are not expecting to heat that when they have over 40 orders in an hour they make mistakes and that the order was taken by the manager. Not happy customer at all.
