Horrible, undercooked food on the buffet... WHEN there is actually any did out. Misleading advertising. 30 people in the place for the buffet and the buffet table was completely empty at multiple times. Even when there were only 15 people, it was still empty. Pizzas were undercooked, soggy, only 3/4 covered with toppings. Service was bad, water glasses empty for 5+ minutes at a time... Sign twirler advertising $4.99 buffet... Went to cash out and were charged $6.99. We were never told the $4.99 price was only if we ordered a drink. Sanitation rating was only 87 which we didnt see until we left. I dont know if the diarrhea I had today was related or not. The crusts were so undercooked and soggy that I wasnt the only person with a pile of 15-20 crusts on a plate where I had to scrape the topping off and throw away the nasty crusts... I see at least 5 other people with large piles of undercooked crusts to be thrown out. I cannot possibly warn you strongly enough too stay away from this rathole.

I ordered from the web sight which was not that easy to maneuver. It didnt recognize the location which was the same as my house. Couldnt get there as a guest had to sign up. OK finally got my order in. I got there the restaurant and the manager recognized me. I paid for my order which shouldve been ready when got there. She acted like the order was just going in. She continuously yelled at the employees in the kitchen. I listened to her badger her employees for the next 25 min. I guess there was another fellow who had been waiting for more than a hour. She apologized to him. But the restaurant was not busy, she was very unprofessional in her actions. When I finally got my pizza 25 min after the web sight told me it should have been ready. No apology for running late, 25 min of listening to this girl yell at her emp!oyees. Not the best experience ever.

DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION. The service was EXTREMELY horrible. We arrive and had to wait 15 minutes until we could order our food, but then another table arrived after us but yet was able to order their food before us. Then once our order was ready, Karen the waitress let our order sit in the window. I had to go to the counter and get our food myself. Once I got the food to the table the order was wrong and had to go back. Karen our waitress did not come by the table to ask if we needed anything. I had to go to the counter to get refills on our drinks and to get a to go box. If I could them a negative star I would give them a negative 5 stars. Service from the waitress and the manager was horrible. I will be calling the corporate office first thing Monday morning.

Ordered my food around 12:50 and got an estimated delivery of 1:45, around 2:00. I called to see what the hold up was because I live literally down the street from the store.. the woman who picked up the phone claimed that the delivery driver was on the way. About another 45 minutes go by so I call again. A different woman picked up the phone and she asked for my info so she could look up my order. She rudely claimed that the delivery driver tried to call me at 1:30! It was a blatant lie because the phone number was correct when she read it back to me. So I basically had to drive to the store which defeats the purpose in the first place.. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because of the discount.

Its a Pizza Hut so you should know what to expect. Every time i eat at the restaurant it has always been clean, the quality good and during the buffet the food has always been hot. the service has always been very good. However, delivery has repeatable been a disaster. They send the drivers out with multiple orders and I always seem to be last on the list. the Pizzas are in poor condition. Some of the problems Ive had; box caved in and touching the cheese, Pizza was sat sideways and topping slid off, repeatedly not hot. Manager was quick to give credit but that doesnt fix the ruined dinner experience. We no longer order from here at all, but still eat in.

I ordered three large pizzas. Once my pizza arrived i was trying to figure out if i ordered pizza without cheese. The pizza looked almost like it wasnt done. Call and spoke with the manager who advised she will remake the order to just send the other pizza back! Why send them back if your going to throw them away anyways!!!! Once my new pizza arrived they were burnt all three of them!!! I will never order from there again!!!!!!!

Over an hour and a half for an online order that showed up lukewarm. The pizza on my plate got cold before I could finish one piece. This is the 2nd time Ive ordered from this restaurant with the result of slow delivery, mediocre food, and rude responses to phone calls. I really like pizza hut but I wont order from this restaurant ever again.

We had to ask for our drinks three times and when we got our drinks had to get our own refills and had to ask twice for plates and silverware and one pizza came out and had to wait ten minutes for the second witch they did give us a large instead of a medium for thewait but all in all it was a bad visit not sure i will go back probably wont.

They are terrible , every time I order my food its either late or cold and I live right down the road . All the have to do is go to the light and take a u-turn and Im right in front of cook-out. I love pizza a lot but it should not take a hour and a half just for me to get my food. My last time ordering there .

Had a coupon for ANY toppings and asked for extra cheese and they would not honor the coupon....I can afford the extra $2 but its the principle of it. If I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni I wouldve been charged for two toppings....seems like its considered a topping to me.

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Was told 30 to 45. Called in twice (20 minutes apart) and was told both times that it was out for delivery. Its 4 miles away... Had to go drive PAST the store to go to the 24 hour Walmart to get food since nothing else is open now. Just wanted a pizza...

I would go in for lunch & the gentleman working the dining room was so polite & incredibly sweet! Its been awhile since Ive been in do to my schedule but there was a young lady who I think was a manager with dirty blonde hair & she was always very friendly & kind!

Small portions for the price. Waiter took our drinks without asking. I dont know how this business still running tbh. I think they doing something under the table. Lastly he didnt ask if the receipts are together and bruh Im getting mad.
