I have had countless, entirely positive experiences on the phone with Wheel Deliver over the past several years, and the positive ones include instances where employees have taken the time to double check with restaurants regarding allergy information and helped me make adjustments when necessary - thats going above and beyond. The delivery drivers have always been nothing less than exceptional! Only once or twice have I spoken with an employee on the phone who didnt provide absolutely exceptional customer service, and even then, they got the job done; they may not have been overwhelmingly obliging, but they certainly werent providing bad customer service, either. Its a privilege to use their service and to be able to depend on them to get my order correct and on time every single time I place an order. Im not the kind of person who writes reviews, but when a few negative ones popped up, I was very surprised; I had to counter those statements with my own 100% positive experiences.

Last week I ordered from a Deli. At the end of my order, the following was stated, "Well see you within the hour." Almost 3 hours later and several phone calls, I received my order. I was subsequently told they said they couldnt give me a delivery time. This was not factual on my original order. My order was also missing condiments for soups and other items. With other options, its unlikely I will not make this error again.

Has gone downhill. The website changed and makes ordering nearly impossible. Used to be on time and very easy ordering. Now they take more than an hour and if you order later there is no way to contact someone for customer service. We ordered the other night at 8:45pm and the order still hadnt come by 10:45pm. Since they close at 10 no one was able to take our call about where the food was. From now on were ordering from OrderUp.

My experience with this company was very terrible and rude. The driver demanded I give him a tip and was also very unpatient. When I called to talk to the manager about my complaint he handled it very untasteful and seemed not to care about the dissapointing service I recieved. I would defiantly not recommened them if you want good quality service!

Twice they delivered my pizza with the toppings stuck to the top of the box.They did credit me back, but basically blamed the pizza shop.Terrible customer service. The person I spoke with (who identified themselves as the owner) is very rude and condescending. Made it very clear that she did not care if I ordered from them again or not. I wont.

They deliver food from some of the best restaraunts around the city. I have always been very pleased with their service. The staff is also extremely nice there. They have a lot of restaraunt options you can choose from. Try Wheel Deliver out and I guarentee that you will like it.

The woman who took my order was so rude I almost hung up but I was starving! She pretty much yelled at me the whole conversation and at the end just hung up as I was thanking her! But, the delivery was fast and the driver was nice.

I was not pleased that prior to my placed order the website does not know where and where they do not deliver, yet will take your money and will take at-least a week to refund your money. Bad customer service.

Operator secretly changed my tip from 15% to 20%. But the driver was super friendly and professional. And they delivered 30 mins ahead of schedule. Highly recommend but double check the price they give to you!

This is my favorite when I dont want to cook...The delivery is usually within 60 minutes and the charges are reasonable. I have ordered for over 10 years and have always been satisfied

An hour to get the order wrong. I called them, and they argued with me. Now Im out $50, and if I want to eat I get to go somewhere else. Hate you forever.
