Fujiya is the BEST japanese place in all Miami! All ingredients are extremely fresh, sushi has so much flavor yet its not overwhelmed with sauce, the raw fish is top not and fresh, the raw shrimp is simply of the best quality! The soups are amazing and not bland. The service is fantastic I always order ebi and they know its me whether I order on the phone or in the restaurant. The waitresses are japanese and so are the chefs who cook everything with delicacy and love. This place will make you feel welcome and in Japan! My recomendations: Try the Bruce Lee roll High potency roll Ebi sushi Rainbow roll Fashion Eel roll Sashimi: fatty tuna

Ive been frequenting Fujiya for about 2 years now, and I honestly cannot fathom going anywhere else for sushi. They are truly the best bang for your buck, Food- absolutely fantastic. Like others have said, the fish is always fresh and delicious. The food is artistically displayed and they take so much pride in giving the customer the best. I highly recommend their sushi boats and the sunomono. Service- is exceptional. They are truly appreciative of their customers and are polite and helpful every single time Ive walked in. This restaurant is truly one of a kind and is so worth the drive no matter where you are in Miami!

The best Sushi place in miami. I adore this restaurant! The food is amazing plus affordable. The staff however, is the best. Super attentive, caring, and knowledgeable! I went one time with my boyfriend and a different waitress than the one serving us noticed we need water, she noticed i had no ice and refilled the glass at the table with no ice. I know it sounds dumb, but i have been to many places where little details are forgotten. I have been coming here since I was a little girl. To this day there is no sushi restaurant that can compare!

What I like most about Fujiya is the service. There is not one time where the staff has not been attentive of my arrival, eating experience as well as departure. I am not sure if it is family owned but the vibe is very comfortable as if you were in your own home. The sushi is very fresh and their Thai donuts are amazing. I love the authentic Japanese geisha paintings and they even have a small table where you may sit on the ground and eat (which I believe it traditional to them). Really nice sushi experience ^.^

This is absolutely without a doubt in my mind, the BEST Japanese restaurant in Miami. If someone thinks some other place is better, thats just because theyve never been here. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, made to order and authentic. The service is phenomenal. The staff there is so nice warm and welcoming every single time. If you havent been here and youre looking for a great Japanese place to have a nice night out, this is definitely the place. An absolute must go.

We LOVE this place! We went there on our anniversary. We were trying to let our 1 1/2 year old nap and wait for her to wake up so she wouldnt be cranky at dinner. We walked in 10 minutes because they closed (which we felt horrible about), but they were welcoming, told us repeatedly to take our time, and then insisted that we stop trying to clean up the mess under the highchair. Kid friendly, good, affordable, and consistent. what more could you ask for?

My favorite sushi place to this date and I eat tons of sushi maybe 2 times a week. I have been going to this restaurant for about 5 years when I was younger and eventually moved to brickell. I walk in 5 years later and they shout my name as soon as I walk in. Well worth the 40 minute drive. The food and service is top notch and I could not even find one negative if I tried. Today is my birthday and guess where I picked ;)

My son and I have been going to Fujiya for over 20 years! It is the best sushi in Miami. Yes, its in Kendall, but it is worth the drive. Family owned and operated! The staff is wonderful and some have been there since our first visit, that should tell you something! Always fresh, I have NEVER had a bad meal and the prices are comparable to any sushi restaurant, so why not go to the best!

I wonder why I didnt come to this place earlier in my life, its a very good place. The place is great, the foods great, and the service is great. The prices are reasonable and is just amazing overall, they also have Takoyaki for anyone that is interested in that, just ask for them. Overall I recommend this place. if youre looking for some good Japanese food that is not overpriced

This place is amazing. Best sushi in Miami and the people that work there are the kindest. The price is also great. I am a regular there. They make you feel like family. The fish is always fresh and the macha (green tea) is awesome. Dont expect any fancy modern decor like those fake fusion sushi places all around Miami. If you want real Japanese cuisine come here.

Ive been going to this place for a long time and Ive never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and has a reasonable charge. Not only is the food superb but the staff are welcoming and friendly. Its my favorite restaurant to dine at for lunch or dinner. Also, if you ever want to try onigiri, they have it available and its delicious.

This is my home away from home. The most authentic japanese sushi experience you can have. We have been loyal customers since day one. Be patient its worth it. If you want a treat and money is no object. Request for Imai to make you a custom boat, just dont request it when the place is slammed. I eat here 3 times a week

I love this place because it is authentic Japanese food and the majority of the workers are Japanese except for one waitress. If youre studying the Japanese language this is a great place to practice ordering food in Japanese. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is delicious and the ambience is great.

I’ve been here twice so far and both times the food was very good. The sushi was always fresh and the tuna tataki is delicious. The only drawback is both times the waitress was very busy so of course it’s harder for them to come around but goes to show they have a lot of repeat customers.
