The food here is good. The service is probably one of the worst I have ever encountered. If you order online they call you within 10 minutes to confirm the order. Generally it takes about 20 minutes. And thats on top of their 45 minute to 1 hour delivery wait time, if you go that route. The first time I ever placed an online order I put in my cell number for the confirmation call. 30 minutes later nothing. So I called and they told me they cant call out of area numbers! (which mine was). So instead of e- mailing me at the e- mail address I provided they were just going to make me wait. Also, some days their driver just doesnt even show up for work! The woman who answers the phone there actually told me this! How unprofessional! This woman also happens to be the RUDEST person ever. Even though I had poor service in the beginning I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to order. Last time I called for delivery I gave her my order and she told me to hold on. Click. She hung up on me. I called back and apologized that we had gotten disconnected. She then said to me.. Yeah, so, what do you want? Whats your question? I got your order. Wow! She never even told me how long or the price! Hopefully I can find a better Japanese restaurant to order from soon thats close by.

I lived in kendall 11 years & Ive been all over Miami, downtown, midtown, South Beach, Lincoln road & more for sushi. I have now moved to North Lauderdale & I STILL drive all the way down to Fuji Hana JUST to see Mr. Lee. When my dad visits from out of the country, this is FIRST on his to do list. He comes once or twice a year & Mr. Lee aaalways remembers exactly what he likes, what hes allergic to, what I like, what all my friends like, what theyre allergic to & he makes us a different AMAZINNNGGG sushi roll... every... single... Time... without fail! Never repeated. Hes a frikin sushi ninja! I havent looked at a menu in over a decade. 15 years and this is STILL my favorite spot. I am now moving to Hawaii and am legit worried, because Mr. Lee has set the bar so damn high

This place.... Its about I rate this place. I have been coming here with my family since I was about 10... Thats 12 years so far. The owner is amazing, has a sweetheart, and she knows all of us. This place is truly comfort, and my daughter enjoysnthenfried rice more than any other place. I wish this place for many, many years, GOODLUCK! There are many locations, although I have only been to the kendall one, Fuji Hana. Food is amazing. And I love that they have happy hour from 5-7 PM now because we get to come and eat whenever we want for an affordable price. Not to mention the sushi, coconut soup, pad Thai, stir fried veggies in oyster sauce and chicken, fried ice cream, hot green tea with honey, Thai tea, etc. ....... This place is a total A+! Delicious and Cozy ! The people working here are truly nice and helpful. Expect a kind hello, and then a kind goodbye after a nice meal in a friendly atmosphere. The menu is a great mix of Thai and/or Japanese, with both being done right. You can actually get some awesome spicy food here, if you ask for it that way. After ordering a mix of dishes, our waiter volunteered up a couple of extra sauces he thought would go nicely with each one-- and he was spot on ! I am very glad that I tried this place, and I will surely be back.

Has great sushi happy hour but the service has slowly declined. It was my go to place but now we go there and get the wrong menu items or they forget to bring certain things we order. Ive even ordered delivery and when the food got to me 1hr and a half later ...I returned it because the tiger tear salad was so soggy, it looked like 5 lettuce leaves in watered dressing. the delivery guy was like " whats that suppose to be?". My friends wont go there anymore...unfortunately ..it was the place to go.

Fantastic food and amazing prices. Happy hour starts at 5:00pm and thats when you can get one dollar sushi rolls and its a fantastic deal. Its not just sushi but many other items and can make a great meal for two for around 12 dollars. Highly recommend the Thai tea. The restaurants atmosphere is comfortable and doesnt feel tightly packed. Nothing to really complain about but its not anything special. Best cheap sushi in Kendell hands down.

Everything, from customer service, cleanliness and attention...the fact that I work near by and just love Asian cuisine makes this place really really great..their sushi is awesome and its nice, small, and generally quiet...they have a new permanent customer from now on, makes me feel like Im actually in Japan.if I could I would rate it a 10 star, in my opinion

Been coming to this place for the past 12 years. Amazing service, amazing food, great prices, the owner is a SWEETHEART. I recommend the Spicy Crunchy Tuna roll, but everything is delicious and fresh. Ive been to many sushi places, nothing compares. I hope I can keep coming to this place for another 20 or 30 years. Heck... For the rest of my life!

This place may not be the best looker in town, but the susi was delicious and fresh, and you get a lot for your money. Highly recommend. Funny sidenote: when my group of 3 walked in and asked to be seated, the host (possibly owner) was pretty surprised that we wanted to eat-in, I think they are a big to-go place. It was a great place, though.

Best all around! I like how you guys took your time to make all my rolls into hearts! I like the fact you let us stay and feel at home after closing time! Fuji Hana is THE BOMB! I am definitely a regular here. Food quality and taste is great! I enjoy the atmosphere, and the service. This is where I go to eat some hot tasty comfort food. I 100% recommend Fuji as being the #1 Kendall sushi spot, you can even customize your sushi order if you ask c: Fuji never lets me down.

I love this place! I have been coming here for years; with friends back when I was in high school to now with my husband and daughters. The food is amazing, the price cant be beat (gotta love the dollar sushi menu), and the staff is so nice and friendly. Fuji-Hana is definitely our familys go-to for sushi.

I never write reviews but Fuji Hana deserves a 5 star review! I am usually disappointment by Miamis lack of good restaurant customer service and Fuji Hana is one of the very few places I have come across that has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and of course their sushi is good quality and delicious.!
