HORRIBLE SERVICE. Why did they put me on hold for an hour? No, really. I called twice. I mustve been on hold for 30 minutes each time. Then I got my dad to call, and sure enough, they let him order a pizza in 5 minutes. OH, need I mention that its been an hour and a half and theres still no pizza? This doesnt even happen at home in New York. So theyre probably sexist, lazy, contrived, and just plain rude like most people in this city. THANKS A LOT FLORAS, Im never ordering from you again. UPDATE: Okay, so they delivered our pizza almost 2 HOURS later, it arrived cold, and was not even the topping I ordered, and it was a size smaller than it was supposed to be. They used to be okay, but nowadays you might as well go to Papa Johns and add the toppings yourself. These people are incompetent and overpriced. They will also need a dictionary to try and understand anything Ive written about them. Figures.

Dont do delivery! Been eating here for years. The food is 4 stars. However, unless Tony is working, it is restaurant roulette. What you order does not have to be what you get. They hire the DUMMEST order takers on the planet. Absolutely have them read the order back to you, including if you need parm cheese or red pepper packets. It is my favorite slice between downtown and 135th Street. Pasta dishes are good. Salads are good, especially with their shrimp. Pretty decent beer and beverage selection for a pizza place. Desserts used to be A+, but they changed cake slices to XL cupcakes. Fail. Very fail. Try the Italian Wedding Cake at least once though. First place that I have had it. Not my style, but my wife loves it, and I always end up nibbling of of hers.

Pizza is pretty good. Sometimes its amazing and tastes like a real NY style pizza and then sometimes its just ok. I wish it were more consistent. They got calamari which I like and they deliver till late. Huge plus especially on the weekends. They charge a $3 delivery fee but if you order online u get to use the coupons for $2 or $5 off so it evens out. you get $5 bucks off on orders of $25 or more or $2bucks for lesser orders.

Service is horrible... I payed online for a pizza and they wanted to charge me at the store when i got there for pick-up. Items on menu where wrong. I ordered dessert and i wasnt advised that they had ran out of it when i went to get my food. I called and all they offered was store credit, so i couldnt get a refund for an 86d item even though i explained that i didnt live in florida and was on my way home from a visit.

Horrible I could say !!!!! I order chicken Alfredo the chicken had no flavor at all basically paid 14 dollars just the pasta itself. Had to eat outside with millions of mosquitoes. Which they have the equipment outside to turn on to kill the mosquitoes They didnt even bother to turn it on for the rest of people who was eating. I wouldnt eat here at all again!

HORRIBLE!!! They gave my pizza to someone else and then told me it would be 15 minutes to get more. It was only 3 slices of cheese! When I asked for my money back the girl at the counter took almost 15 minutes to open the register and still the pizza wasnt ready. At no point did anyone bother apologizing! I will never be coming here again!!!!!!!!

I have a slight basis since coming from school in NY, but the pizza at eastside is pretty damn good. Large slices, sauce not too sweet, good amount of cheese overall its my go to local pizza spot. The white pizza is also pretty good, its nothing fancy but pizza shouldnt be. Quick and hot slices are all you need.

Thanks for the calzone that took up half the size of large pizza box with a whopping 2 whole tablespoons of ricotta- so sick of the awful crap we have to CJ tend with when ordering in! Had this before and it was a CALZONE- the girl taking the order snaking eggs in my ear on the phone should have been my sign!

2 words customer service. Some how my baked ziti Alfredo with chicken and broccoli came with no sauce. Called back. Spoke with the manager and and he instantly fixed. Got my order in the next 35mins. I love this place. And Ill keep ordering from here. Everyone makes mistakes. Thank you for fixing it.

This is a great place! The individual pizza slices are huge and tasty. The cheese is quality and just about anything you order here is surprisingly culinary considering that its a pizza place. The cooks and managers are friendly and accommodating. I cant say enough good things about East Side!

Worst chicken parm sub Ive ever had. Chicken felt like I was chewing on rubber, Im sure its been breaded and sitting in their fridge for days. It had NO flavor, bread was stale, barely any sauce or cheese on the sub and the wait time was too long for a place that was empty when I got there.

Thursday afternoon around 4pm. Dying for some pizza. Stopped by. They were open but not a single person behind the counter. I said "HELLO!" I yelled it again. Nobody around. If I was more nimble and fit, I could have jumped the counter and made my own food. Come on now! Fix that!!

Reggie and Family keep doing a great job. The pasta is amazing, garlic rolls out this world. Pizza are awesome. Shout to the kitchen crew who work the heart out to make this small mom and pop business thrive. Dont forget to ask about Dr Brown Cherry Soda :)

Best pizza in Miami!! This is a drive-up, garage style pizzeria. If you are looking for fine dining and suited waiters go elsewhere. The service is fine. They are just usually very busy, but the pizza is always spot on and never disappoints!

Consistently the best pizza in Miami! As a native New Yorker, its the closest I can get to a legit slice. Love the fountain soda option. Stuffed shells and calozones are delicious. Service is good, staff is friendly, prices are normal.

Food at East Side has always been great. I order from them regularly and eat-in as well. Service is excellent and you cant beat the genuine Italian food. The garlic rolls are THE BOMB! Great place, great service, at a great price.

Yeah the pizza slices are big, but I still think its $1 too much LOL also what I ordered was pretty mediocre and slightly tainted by the fact that its $0.81 for more Ranch LOL but I will be trying it out again the staff was cool

This place has authentic NY-style pizza. This is the real deal. Other Italian dishes--for example lasagna--are okay, but not great. But this is the place to go to satisfy your craving for NY-style pizza. Oh, and they deliver!
