The worst expirience Ive ever had just simply trying to order a pizza I couldnt even finish my order, first I call and the guy answers says hello and hangs up on me before I could even say hi, then I call again I give him my address and he literally got the entire address wrong I correct him and we continues he repeats the credit card number back to me wrong, he talked to me the entire time like he didnt care about me or my order he just wanted to hang up the phone, then when he was confirming all the information to me he reads the address wrong to me again, the guy literally sounded like he was drunk or on drugs while working!!!! I corrected him again and then he said he got it and I said are u sure and he said very fast and gittery yeah yeah yeah, I knew for sure he was on cocain or some kind of other hype drug, I literally got scared to order from here and told hi. To forget my order and he just hung on me, I will never order from these people again, NEVER

This was I really bad experience, I was in this place just for less than 10 min. I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and half Hawaiian for my boyfriend and me. First, the lady that takes the order and the guy who do the pizza were talking like if we werent over there. Second, we were ordering and the lady were rude, like her service makes really angry, I asked her to dont put salse in the Hawaiian side and her expression was like okeyyy, and then she said but if I put salse in the other side the Hawaiian side is going to have a little bit of salse, I was like is it hard for you dont out salse in that side. Anyway after we paid I saw the guy doing our pizza, talking and talking in the phone, like for real this is really disgusting. At the end I asked for refund because I just didnt want to wait 20 min, eat a disgusting pizza and get it really bad service.

I normally dont write these but this has to be addressed. I was on vacation and ordered a medium pizza at 1:30am. This place is suppose to close at 5am. After I ordered they advised me it would take 30-45 mins to receive my order. I gave them my CC and they charged it. After a hour goes by, no pizza. I called again and they said it was on the way. After another hour goes by, I call again and they said 10 mins away. I advised them that I have already waited 2 hours and to cancel my order and refund money to my CC. He said Ok and hung up the phone in my face. I waited til the next day and called again to ask them to refund money to my CC. They said they would make a note and call me back. But they never did. Now they wont answer calls. Im having to fill out paperwork from my bank to get $30 back. PLEASE DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Im originally from New York so its hard to find a pizza that even comes close.The size is great,can equal two thin slices cut in half.A bit greasy,but not a deal breaker.taste is good,Id definitely get pizza here again. Not a favorite but compared to the other pizza choices around me I enjoy it. Place is small inside,some outdoor seating available. There is also a restroom which is convenient. Can be a bit pricey if youre ordering an extra large pie.

The pizza is not made fresh. How long does it sit out? There are flies constantly buzzing and settling on the food. One time I went in and the staff was huddled around a cell phone talking. They didnt even bother to look up at me when I entered and I felt like an inconvenience. That was the last time I went there. Go to Harrys across the street. The quality of service and food is outstanding.

Love the pizza. Mercedes was a disgusting employee. She was beyond rude, extremely impatient and disrespectful, and hung up on me multiple times. I truly love Roma pizza and Im a loyal customer but if she was absolutely out of line. Would love to talk so we can we resolve this issue. Maybe she was having a bad day but we all do sometimes. Best pizza in Coconut Grove for sure. Fresh out of the oven is hard to beat - dont let them sell you one of the stale pieces which have been sitting out for a while. Go for the chicken bacon pizza if its available. Even better if youve been drinking. They even sport an angry New York attitude when ordering late at night, which contributes to the authentic experience.

Pizza was fine. Service was terrible, If you place an order through Eat24 or GrubHub or another service and select the $2 option for "Fresh Garlic" you will have garlic powder sprinkled on your pizza, the same garlic powder that comes complimentary on the counter. This isnt because "Fresh Garlic" means garlic powder, its because the service is lazy and terrible!

Im from New York and moved to Miami few years ago, and have been missing real pizza. I found this place one day when I was working in coconut grove. Its just like New York. It was awesome. Some of the people who work there werent the nicest but food is still great. They got another location in downtown Miami and there the people were really nice and friendly.

First off the delivery was fast, but overall the pizza was just OK and definitely not New York. It has a strange thin crust and an unusual taste which I am not saying is bad, but not what you expect from New York pizza. If you want to try a different type of pizza give it a go, otherwise stick with your usual place.

Ordered from them two different times while staying at the Shertaon Hotel - AWFUL! the food was cold, took over and hour to deliver each time and the customer service was very poor. Would not have ordered from there a second time but the Hotel did not have another outside option :(

I came to pick it up the pizzas 30 minutes after orderinf them but they forgot to make my pizzas. After waiting 20 minutes for them to make the two pies i had originally order they messed up my order again. The only thing they didnt screw up was charging me for the pizza.

Awsome pizza but you gotta watch out with the old Cuban lady that works the night shift, she has no manners she coughs on the pizza and receives cash and touches the customers pizza with out washing her hand, I was going to order 2 slices until I saw this very disgusting

This pizza really reminds me of that new york style pizza. It was so good and they had a large selection to choice from. However, the restaurant could use a touch up and the servers would certainly benefit from a class or two on customer service.

THEY DO NOT HAVE A MENU. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO BASE THE PRICE OF SOMETHING OFF OF THE WAY YOU LOOK. I HAVE NEVER PAID THE SAME AMOUNT FOR THE SAME ITEM. WAS JUST TOLD A CHEESE PIZZA IS NOW $16.00. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. STAY AWAY!
