Food: The Greek salad was pretty good. Dont get me wrong, Ive had better, but it was enough for 2 people to feel good at the end that they didnt eat their weight in lettuce. The dressing was pretty good as well. Really my only complaint was the feta didnt have as much flavor as Im used to. Still though -- good. The two pizzas I bought were the portabello and the new yorker (add pepperoni). Both of the pies had great complex flavors, and were balanced very nicely. Really, you wouldnt think that a pizza would need balanced flavors, but when you put everything you put into the portabello pizza that they do, its very important, and they nailed it. The crust was dense and flavorful, which is more than I really expect from a crust to be honest. Generally I throw mine away, but I had to eat it because it was so good. It took right around 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Staff: Some of the wait staff was very nice and friendly, and some acted like they would rather be somewhere, or anywhere, else. It was OK though because it seemed like we had about 3 separate people waiting on us, and the others did a great job.

I Read some of the reviews and had to put in my two cents, I live 30 miles from this place and will drive here for their pizza anyday, every ingredient they have here is top notch, It takes about 5 - 7 minutes for them to make a pizza so it is super fast if you have to wait a long time its because that many people like them and you just have to wait your turn (and its worth it) ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a pizza walking up to the counter and ordering, as far as variety, ive never been to another pizza place with the variety of topping they off especially the diffrent cheeses (smoked gouda is my fav) they also have sandwiches (their philly cheese is awsome too) whats better than coke with you pizza? beer and wine lol yea they got that too, beyond their amazing high quality pizza , their service is just as great, the atmosphere is awsome too, very chill and artsy fartsy like youd expect from the design district of Miami. Great place to hang out and share a pie with lots of friends! If only they would open one by my house id eat there every day

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I have been eating Andiamos for years, generally at least once per month, sometimes a lot more frequently. So yesterday I order a large portobelo and medium cheese for pick up. I go home eat a few slices and put the pie in the fridge for lunch tomorrow. Today I reheat 2 portobello slices and find a long hair baked into the crust of my pie!!! BARF!!! I tried to pull it out and the hair broke in half stiff stuck in pie!!! So gross. Call andiamos and explain what happened. They totally blow me off...and I quote "that was 15 hours ago, a lot can happen between now and then." I remarked at how dissapointed I was that after years of being a loyal customer this was there response not to mention how gross it is to find someone elses hair in your food. Sucks but I think Im done with Andiamos. Arivadercci!!! Maybe someone in Miami may discover the value of customer service and hence retention but it doesnt appear that Andiamos will be blazing any trails in that regard.

I love pizza. Ive eaten pizza around the world because I love it that much. I decided to order. Brick oven pizza from andiamo after reading the amazing reviews. After all, wood oven pizza is always a good pick. I decided to order the portobello pizza - made with amazing tomato sauce, cheese, mushroom and ONIONS. A LOT OF ONIONS. Im not usually bothered by onions but OH MY GOD, they had WAY too many onions on the pizza. Should be called onion pizza instead of portobello. The worst part of this? The onions were sour.... who wants sour onions on their pizza? This ruined my pizza experience and because they closed at 11pm, I couldnt even go back and order something else. This was actually gross and would never recommend the portobello pizza. Seriously... use better onions, and especially PLEASE use less of them. I tried picking off all the disgusting onions but theyre still hidden under the cheese/sauce. I would not recommend this place and would definitely not be returning for future business.

I have been here enough times to confidently write this review and say that this here is an important gem of Miami. Great service. Good location. Great food. Three key points that make this joint one of my top choices for my pie cravings! I usually order the Hawaiian pizza which isnt for everyone, but for those of you who like it, YOU CANT GO WRONG! The prices are very fair to what you receive. I recommend this place to anyone asking for a good quality pizza joint! I love the fact that everything revolves around their brick oven. It truly gives the place such an authentic feel. So to summarize, If youre looking for some good quality, authentic pizza, do not think twice about stopping by Andiamo for a delicious pie and great service!

The service was delightful. The waitress really tried to make sure that our experience was great and that we always had what we needed and did it with the warmest smile possible. The food was not so great. The pizzas flavor and texture were meh and I could easily, for the same price, go a few minutes north to East Side for a much bigger pizza with at least marginally better flavor. Desert was the same thing. This is the third time Ive visited this place over the years and my outcome is always the same. Its okay if youre drinking and hanging out with friends in the Midtown-ish atmosphere, but dont go for the food alone.

TERRIBLE management and customer service. They should all take a course on customer service. I can only imagine how they treat thier employess. Tried to order a small pizza with extra topping but only wanted the topping on half of the pizza. Needless to say I didnt and will never order from here again. Manager was unwilling to help and just wanted me to order a bigger pizza which doesnt make sense Im paying for the topping anyways ..same price less product consumption to use but he said no. Then he tells me I can order it on the side and put it on the pizza myself. Sure...why dont I just bake and cook the pizza myself

Good pizza but not quite worthy of the local hype. Very, very busy on weekends. Friday nite you can expect to wait over an hour from the time you place your order until the pizza arrives at your table. But to be fair, the waitstaff does keep track of serve times and will tell you approximately how long you can expect to wait. We were told 50 minutes. We agreed that was okay as long as we had drinks. The pizza arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later...missed by just a bit! Toppings were excellent! Crust was baked unevenly, but not too bad. May be worth a return visit on a weeknite, when the kitchen is not so busy.
