FILTHY AND DISGUSTING My family and I went into this rest. today for lunch. We were greeted and seated quickly. We ordered our drinks 2 coffee and 2 water. When our waitress returned my husband asked what was on the outside of the coffee cup. She turned the cup around and all over the outside of both coffee cups were filthy with something very black. Not splashed with coffee while filling kind of stuff. When ask her response was "what is that I even ran them both under hot water before filling them." Why are you needing to rinse the coffee mugs before filling them unless you have an awful lot of them dirty. If your kitchen staff has a problem getting coffee cups clean I am not feeling like I am comfortable with the rest of the dishes and silverware being clean nor the cleanliness of the cooking area. The whole dining area it self was filthy but just as disturbing is that our waitress herself looked as though she should wash her uniform weekly or so. We left without eating and will not ever return to this location. FILTHY and DISGUSTING

First off she forgot our drinks we told her that we were ready to order as soon as we ordered our drinks she came back took our drink order again and we told her what we wanted she insisted on telling us the specials we waited for over 20 minutes to get our food when we got our food the food has been sitting out like it had already been cooked and waiting. Once we got it we didnt have any silverware to eat with and my son had fallen asleep so we continue to eat we ask for a to-go box when we were done eating we still dont have a to go box, we asked for the to-go box and the check she then took someone elses order in which she forgot their drinks also, along with setting other people down at a table we had waited still did not have what we asked for then I just wrapped my kids food up in a napkin put it in my pocket book and we went up to the counter to paid for the food she made eye contact with me at the counter hurried and got a box, asked me if I needed it I told her it wasnt needed anymore I just need my check we set there we waited and waited and waited it was just shotty service all the way around the food was not out on time it had waited we didnt have what we had asked for we never got our check it was just all together a bad experience! Btw waitress name was Nicole.

BAD. One waitress showed us to booth and said she was going home her shift was over. A new waitress took our drink order. 10 minutes later another waitress came over and ask us if we ordered Pepsi and tea. We told her no and I told her she was not waitress who took our drink order and she proceeded to very snappily told me she knew this But she was being helped by another waitress. She then took our food order. When she brought our drinks she slammed them on table. Soda went every where. I had to go get extra napkins myself. 5 minutes later she brought us more drinks. We didnt need them so she slammed them onto table again and stated here are more drinks. 39 minutes later she brought our food. I then noticed no other customers were being treated any better in her area. When she was questioned she preceded to blame customers. When manager was asked to come to table near us he was wearing a shirt that was wrinkled and had very large black grease stains on the front. I will never eat at this restaurant again. We never got ticket and had to go to register to let them know what we ate so we could pay and leave.

*UPDATE* The GM offered my significant other and myself to come back and try them out again. We did, the food was a lot better. They had a new cook that night, of course there was a bit of a wait. However, the new cook did a great job with the food. *END UPDATE* The burger was dry, they ran out of lettuce and didnt tell us until the food was served, the tomato had the green/brown core piece, and onion rings were greasy/not drained. Was not worth $9, my friends $10 burger was the same (dry/not good). Service had a lot to be desired as well. I did tell the mgr but only said he would talk to the employees. I did submit a complaint to the company through its website. Will update once I get a response. ***Update*** The GM contacted me today and the made me feel better about the visit and what he could do for me. I can tell that this GM is concerned about his restaurant and the experience that guests have here. I will update stars and comments after my next visit.

Worst Customer Service on any IHop Ive been too! Usually theres someone to greet you give you a table and all but not this time we were recieved by the manager and all he said was "I dont have enough cooks for all of you". It was a group of us but if youre a freaking restaurant and you know youre going to have customers all night long especially knowing that youre 24 hours open then you should know there should be enough employees to attend customers no matter what. To top it off they put us in a room and made US yes US take our OWN ORDERS, drinks and food and all. Its not our Job to take our own orders, Its really sad the way we were treated and it really makes not want to eat at any IHOP again. Have your employees help the customers next time instead of your own customers helping themselves, oh and it took over 2 hours to get served being that we were the only group of the night.
