Stood at the counter got a good five min while the manager and girl working the pickup window argied with each other then finally got some service ordered a ultimate breakfast coffee and an orange juice watched th.e manager make a new pot of. coffeemt coffee was full of coffee grounds blamed on her girl at the window no true briught me a sausage platter when I asked fir an ultimate rudley said thats not what I ordered then she forgot my hash browns on the third try second cup if of coffee full of coffee grounds she did not rince out the basket holding the filter after hangin it diwn in the garbage can ad banging it in the side old grounds stll on the basket very rude at me and her whole crew ended up throwing coffe away bad experience wont b stopping there again.

My fiance and I walked 1.4 miles to the buger king on us-1 in Melbourne Florida. I talked to the lady Wendy is what she said her name was. She was a larger mid thirties and very homely looking. She was very rude when I told her the the store is advertised open until 11pm. She refused us service even after I explained how far we walked just for burger king. As a manger of several restaurants, I know to never refuse business when there is a company error. Burger has had its last strike with me, in another store I saw the district manager and a white shirt flirting in the story. I mean come on keep tour personal life seperate from work. I asked him his name, Jamie, and her name, Nicole.

Dirty and ugly restaurant. The people who work here, for 30 minute that I was here, will not attend the tables to clean them. Every table was dirty! And will not clean the floors and the counter. The fountain / drinks machine was dirty with smudges all over. The area where you push to choose the drink was full of sticky stuff. The food was okay but the order was not complete. We had to wait for a long time to be served. They saw us waiting by the register but for very long time nobody came. Two stars might be too much I am being generous. It is not always like that I am aware of it. But this time it is terrible.

It was horribal i waited one hour for my meal there was only one emplyee working drivethrew and that same employee fas forced to take frount counter orders at the same time the shift supervisor was very disorganized making order wrong and in an untimely manner. The frount counter girl was working as hard as possible but the mannager keep messing up orders making sandwiches wrong that mannager should be fiered and her uniform was bleach stained and unprofessional and so was her language cussing infront of customers. I want to speak to the district mannager.

Worst BK ever, ive been there about 20 times and the order is always wrong. They cant make half the $@!% thats on there menu. They cant make change from a twenty when 8 bucks is spent because they just Dont have it. If you ask for a whopper you got a 50/50 chance of being right ask with chez and you a 0% chance. Where is the owner, the employees dont care. Not clean at all you can wait a long time for food you dont want . maybe i should apply there i could be stoned the whole time and nobody would do a dam thing about it

Worst ever. We will never go back. The person that took our order couldnt remember whether or not I gave her my drink order and when I asked her about it she argued with me that I didnt actually placed the order. And when I found the sauce selection that Ive been given was different than what Id ordered it was obvious she was not paying attention to do her job. What was even more difficult for me to deal with was the fact that a manager was there it did not correct her when she saw that I was arguing with the clerk.

This has to be the worst Burger King on the planet. Many times there are long waits in the drive thru even when there werent any cars ahead of me. Often the food looks and tastes like its been under the heat lamp for a long time. The shakes are inconsistant in amount of chocolate and the mixing. No less than three times their shake machine has been down for one reason or another. It happened again last night and made me angry to the point that I went to McDonalds to get my shake and I hate McDonalds.

the cookes were talking on cell phones while cooking . Yes they had gloves on then touched the food with the gloves that were on the phone ! This keeps there hands clean but not the food . Cell phones are very dirty !!!!! I decided not to eat there !!!! I did talk to the manager and she said she would talk to them when she was not busy . Mean while he was making the burgers with contaminated gloves!!! She did nt seem to care telling me to have a good evening and walked away !!!!!

Brand new cashier at the counter - her first day - at lunch time. She asked the manager for assistance & the manager degraded her in front of customers. Attempted to use the restroom at this location and found the door locked. Asked employee why it was locked & was told they keep it locked to discourage people from using it so they didnt have to clean it. Worst customer service experience ever!!! Will be reporting this to Burger King Headquaters!!!!

No ice in the pop machine most drinks in the pop machine were out. Restrooms were locked and had to beg for a key to get in. My fish sandwich wad burnt and the meat inside was dry, they did replace it with one that was still burnt. Ceiling was dripping from condensation and most booths were roped off. There was a large puddles in the floor that had not been mopped for hours. The booths that were open were dirty from previous customers.

Worst Burger King ever, staff is lazy and not very well trained in customer service. The building is not well taken care of, my feet were sticking to the floors they were so filthy. Glass doors full of finger prints, tables sticky and food under four tables that I could see. The soda machine was out of almost everything, around the soda machine everything was filthy and sticky. I will never return to this location.

Ive tried eating here several times in the last 3 years. Every single time I visit there is a problem with my order and everyones in front of me and behind me. Im a glutton for punishment because it is located in a perfect spot. I have no clue how theyre still in business. I wish they would close it down and allow another company to take over the building, or at least hire managers that know what theyre doing.

Horrible experience!! They were not prepare for the day,nothing was ready, their soda machine was broken and the people working there were very unprofessional making jokes and being loud in front of customers ignoring them and being rude to the customers. One of the employees yelled at a customer who was asking for a drink since their machine outside in the lobby was not working.
