Reopened recently after a remodel and looks pretty nice. The chicken sandwich I got actually tasted pretty good aside from the minuscule amount of mayo but I just added some more. The Whopper, though, holy jeeze it was like RANCID. It was disgusting and made me nauseous. Took one bite and threw it in a fire. Surprised I didnt get food poisoning or something. Drive-thru is ridiculously tight to get into if you approach East instead of the North side. Can imagine its a headache if theres a rush. Menu was way too far ahead of the speaker box and parallel to the road instead of cantered towards where a car would be in the drive-thru making it really difficult to read. As someone who doesnt eat this daily, I dont know the menu by heart and made browsing the menu irritating.

Only giving 1 star because I cant do 0. Worst service ever. First issue, poor customer service. We werent greeted by the cashier in any way & no thank you after paying. Then I check the food to find out my sandwich is wrong, there is no bacon. So I take it back. I check the 2nd sandwich, now I have bacon but its a single instead of a double. Im getting attitude for bringing the mistakes to their attention so I no longer trust them to make me anything else so I ask for my money back. The girl takes a dollar & some change out & sets it on the counter, however my sandwich cost $2 and change. I will never go back to that burger king. Absolutely pathetic!

Horrible service. Found a big gray hair in my burger and the fries looked like they had pepper all over them when it was in fact old ass grease. When I complained about the hair the woman who appeared to be the manager acted like I was lying and when I mentioned the fries she proceed to tell me the next ones would look the same. My bf worked as a cook for years so I know that if they had ever bothered to change the grease in the Fryer it wouldnt look like that. Only gave it one star because I couldnt give it 0.

Slow service ordered whopper jr value fries and a small drink...when i did get my food it was wrong order...what they gave me was a cheesburger and fry and no drink i said it was wrong order and lady at counter did not offer to fix left the food on the counter and left didnt staff didnt offer any rememdies other than tellin me it my fault they got me for my money and no food in return ...i will nit be returning to burger king if this is the conduct they continue to allow!

Worst Burger King I have ever seen. Floors are disgusting. Service was horribly slow. Burger looked like a two year had put it together. Meat was not freshly cooked. The bathrooms are some of the worst I have ever seen at a fast food joint and to top of the restroom issue, the cashier has to unlock them for you so they obviously know how disgusting they really are. I never know why I go back to BK. I hate it every time and this time was the worst I have ever seen.

You can never get a milkshake past 9ish everytime my wife and I go for dinner they say that we cant have a milkshake because they have shut the machine down? When do people get dessert? Dinner time. 2 hours before they close? Why? They dont want to make milkshakes for us late-night 9pm diners.

Nice, especially as remodeled, though restroom remodel is not as good for patron use as previously. Not their fault as law requires it, but not convenient for more than one person to use at a time (wasted space). Otherwise, staff and outer seating area good.

Love this Burger King. Newly renovated and the employees are always so nice to me and my four girls. If you are looking for fast food in Merritt Island I would highly recommend this place.

When the cashier finally stopped texting, she was rude and the food was cold. my advice, if your looking for a quick bite go somewhere else.
