Es un completo desastre este lugar,no lo recomiendo x nada del mundo estuve aproximadamente 10 minutos en la ventana esperando para ordenar y nadie nadie vino a atenderme,habían como 5 personas adentro me veían ahí parado en el sol y ni por un segundo fueron a acercarse a la ventana a decirme q por favor esperara un momento, da pena que restaurantes como este y en esta área tan transcurrida tengan un costumer service tan pobre y ridiculo,y todavía ponen carteles de Now Hiring! !. Quien va querer trabajar en este place que solo atiende mal a los costumer como yo.Completa decepción de este Checkers en especial.

HORRIBLE customer service. I had ordered a side of parmesan cheese, the manager walks away talking bad about me as if I made her life more difficult by asking her for a side of Parmesan cheese. Then something so simple turned into such a big deal when she brought me a side of regular yellow cheese and then argued with me saying that I had told her it was yellow cheese. So I kindly tried explaining to her that she misunderstood me because I said Parmesan cheese. Then she brings me back Garlic sauce and complains again and argues with me saying that the garlic sauce IS Parmesan. And then starts complaining that the window is timed and Im messing up the time limit she has. I did not expect this coming from the manager. I had to ask someone who spoke English if they knew what Parmesan cheese was and if she can give me just a simple side of it for my fries. Horrible customer service I was not pleased at all. I would like to speak to the person in charge of that manager.

La atención pésima, las mujeres que atienden pueden ver a sus clientes en la ventana y no abren, es difícil llegar con hambre y encontrar un muro de mal customer service. La solución reentrenamiento y una persona que sólo sea cajera. En sus rostros se nota lo mal remunerados que estan.

Miami has the absolute worst fast food. Granted it is never "good" I used to eat checkers all the time and It was my favorite fast food. As I was in a hurry to get to work and saw a checkers I was excited and stopped in. I have food allergies.and.repeatedly asked for no mayo tomatoes or onion on my.sandwich. it was all on there and the burger was ice cold with the cheese not melted and the fries cold and limp. Never going ever again.

Used to be a great place to go hang out and look at cool cars or bikes while getting a bite to eat or cheap ice cream. Now police harass any one and everyone entering the lot at all. It has gotten out of hand to the point of just parking your car here, you are subject to a random Id check. I can understand if they are looking for someone, but every night is just ridiculous. Its to the point where its affecting checkers sales.

I went there yesterday and paid with my debit card. Woke up this morning to a fraud alert from my bank asking if I made purchases from PayPal, which Ive never done. Being that I rarely use that particular card(yesterday being the first time in months) I am assuming that the girl who took payment copied my card information and went on a shopping spree. If you go there, pay in cash.

I have not been to Checkers in years. I decided to try it just to see how it was and the food was not too bad and the shake was OK for a fast food joint. I ended up trying their spicy chicken sandwich, if I decide to try it again, I will need to try one of their burgers as I dont even remember what they taste like anymore.

Service its terrible, even the manager doesnt know how to greet and take orders from a costumer. Very lazy employees, the food has no standards at all since its never the same. You may get a sandwich with little to no ingredients in it some days, and other days its the complete opposite, I would not recommend it

This is Worst place to eat and to order. The badly educated employees ignore the customers of the window without giving him explanations the manager Brayan Castillo is the worst does not know how to control his employees. And then 35 minute an order per drive thrue. Do not visit this place

Good, but cant stand going at night because of the car meet ups that happen in the parking lot. Too many young kids with cars trying to race them down the street and cops pulling them over. Other than that, the customer service is good and good is good as well.

Never will come here again. Had to wait for the 2nd time almost 20 mins for chicken wings and the fries were fried in burned old oil, (I uploaded some photos).Naughty and very poor service. Dont waste your money here, go somewhere else.

Came here with a friend once and she got food poising. Figured it was just her bad luck and came again. Very poor decision on my part. Now Im the one sick from that food. Terrible quality. Definitely not going again.

Staff are very polite. The drive thru can get crowded at times, but Ive never had my order messed up or felt like the staff were rude. The wait to get food after ordering is only a bit lengthy when its busy.
