The up keeping of this Burger King is terrible, dirty ceilings, dusty, and the building is falling a part, chairs in the lobby need to be cleaned and repainted. The quality of their food could be better, burgers being served look like someone stomped on them, and the wait time to get your order is about 5 minutes, and thats not during lunch rush. I know this Burger King has been at this location for a very long time, but it needs a lot of work. I dont think I would ever come back to this Burger King again unless it was my last option to eat, but I think I would choose Arbys right next door, before eating here again.

This chain is slow and half the time, the workers are rude. The only reason why I put up with it is because its close to my house. When I ask for decaf coffee, half the time they tell me they dont have any but they can brew some if I have time to wait. I dont have a problem with that. The OTHER half of the time, they give me different excuses as to why they cant brew them. I was told they need to brew them for 24 hours before they can put any creamer in it? If this is true, BK needs to do something about this because thats unnecessary. Something tells me that some of the workers there are just lazy, period.

Its a Burger King theres not much I can really say about this place that people do not already know. However while I was at the counter waiting for my food an employee came out to empty the garbage and then returned to put food into the bags without washing her hands first. I had to stop her before touching my food and actually tell her to go wash your hands. Her reply to me was rude but the manager spoke up and told her to go wash her hands and then she did. Im guessing this happens a lot here.

I had a big order 40 dollars at 10 pm . I ordered well done fries and my bacon well done too. My order was actually done the way i want and hot not cold. Which was surprising because of how late it was and how big my oreder was. Mc D always mess up my order. The lady in the drive through was really nice and didnt get a attitude when my husband asked for a different drink because he didnt like the sweet tea he originally ordered. Definitely will be coming here again instead of McDonalds.

Was fine until girl at register became nervous and started with I am sorry for everything she did.food was hot .But seriously if I wanted lemon flavor coke I would have asked for it.At least it was not BURGER KING ON 19 AND SUNSET IN CLEARWATER FLORIDA .There service sucks like there retched manager.As it turns out i ended up with stomach virus for 4 days Burger King 66 street And ulmerton Road PINELLAS PARK FL.nasty place keep your sick ass employees home.

I specifically told them I wanted to add cheese and there was none added to either sandwich. I told them that I wanted it made a certain way and they completely ignored my request. This is why I dont go back to burger king for a while; then when I try to give them another chance its just the same mess ups. Ive pretty much given up on the company. McDonalds is a lot cheaper and at least listens.

If you need a whopper, then this is a place. May I say, skip the whopper, drive South on 66th, and stop in at the Thai place and order a stir fry or something better than a whopper. Cheaper, and better for you. Bangkok Siam Thai. Tell Louie I sent you. I eat at Burger King when desperate. Oh yeah, the new hot dog deal, sucks! Go to Sams Club or Costco. BK Dogs are the biggest rip off ever.

12/26/16 restaurant looks dirty bathroom dirty..Restaurant looks very outdated. Today their shake machine was broken down. The girl working the drive thru windows was dirty looking and looked like she was living in a homeless shelter. No burger king shirt or anything and no hat I thought state health codes required head covering in a kitchen. Will never return to this BK

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a #2 with o ring sause..... Got back to my office had no oring sauce and had two beef patties between bread and a cheese sause on my double whopper ...... Apparently they dont know how to pay attention to orders and cant make a whopper at the home of the whopper .... Pathetic

Rude staff. Jenna and the other big girl were extremely rude taking my 2 orders. Then they were all joking back there, yelling stupid jokes at each other. Then they all went outside to the back while customers were left waiting to be attended. Customers ended up leaving.

Lousey customer service in drive threw, just to pull to the window and find its the manager "name: chad says our receipt". And he sits there playing on his phone while we wait for the food. Btw tattoos should be covered by sleves. At least the food was fresh and good

Food was ok. Staff was ok. Looked like half of them had their friends in there visiting and were talking to them. Not a high homeless area but half the customers looked homeless and there was group of 3-4 sitting behind the building at the edge of the parking lot.

this has to be the worst hamburger place ever. The whopper was cold, flat, tasteless with chunks of lettuce and ends of tomato thrown in. Dont bother to order a medium fry, you only get about 10. Will NEVER go there again.

Stale break, fish was so overcooked it was hard. Called to talk to home office, got a free meal, they screwed it up too. My friend ordered three burgers , got three chicken sandwiches. Oh they need to learn to run a mop.

Love tus place, everyone is alway so friendly, Fernando and Corry are great managers. I come here almost everyday for lunch due to being one of the few places close to my job. Keep up the good work Fernando!!!!!

The store is a filthy dump and the employees are nasty and rude. The food is cold and they usually get your order wrong. They need to close this dung heap down. Save your money and time and avoid this place!
