The place is nasty looking and poorly maintained. It is not clean either. Looking at grease on window next to me. Food took maybe 40 minutes to come out and my omelet was barely warm. Salsa in wifes plate was off tasting and old looking. Chopped Ham in omelet looked old. Place may be okay with locals but travelers be warned. Keep traveling on I 75 to some place better. If I get sick soon it was this place. Saving grace for the place was our waitress Bobbie as she worked her hiney off waiting on us. Shes also a cutie.

We stopped here on our way to Orlando. Last time I will stop here. First of all, the food took almost 45 mins...maybe even more to come out. Second of all, the waiter completely screwed up my order. I would understand that the timeliness of the food coming out isnt his fault but he didnt even use a pad to write his orders down. He also gave my daughter something completely different from what I ordered. Not only will there not be a tip left but Im glad that I wont stop here again.

When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a smiling, cheerful server (Cindy) who had hot coffee on the table within a minute of our being seated. The service continued to be top notch - friendly and efficient. Our food was prepared quickly and tasted great. We have been in other IHOPs where the food tasted like old grease, and the staff acted as if we were putting them out by being there. This location was a very pleasant change.

Great staff, service and food. EDIT: As of August 2017 the food portions have shrunk dramatically. Removed 3 stars. I had to ask the server if the kitchen gave me a child or senior meal by accident. IHOP Veteran Servers are "embarrassed to bring out some of the meals" here now. Something has changed here and management would rather lie about it by telling you this is normal and the way its always been than fess up.

When a restaurant mistreats customers and an employee shows discrimination towards customers, it is unacceptable. I am shocked that this IHOP would do that. I have always made this location a stop during my roadtrip to visit friends in Florida. I shall not be returning here until IHOP publicly apologizes and takes steps to ensure no trans person is ever treated in such a heinous way again at their restaurants.

shouldve known from minute drove into parking lot ihop guy telling me I was parking stupid not to park where I was but over on grass.. hardly anyone in restaurant but took forever to get seated and get our,drinks and order. not like they were short staffed 11 people working. then the food came undercooked scrambles eggs gravy right out of a can,not at,all like other ihop s Ive ate at skip this place

Youre employees are bigots and will not receive my buisness or anyone I know, you cant have employees who verbally assault trans and lgbt people when both of those are legal. So my review is your employee frank should be fired for attacking kind hard working customers who just want to eat and get back to there lives. No more will anyone take you seriously when you employ homophobic people.

Went out tonight and the whole restaurant only had one waitress, But she was totally amazing! MOLLY took care of each table with ease and such a warm smile. She greeted everyone and was such a joy to every one there. Molly is a special lady and deserves special recognition for being such an excellent spoke person for IHOP. I will be back just because of her incredible work style.

My wife and I have been to many IHOP locations from FL, SC, GA, MS, LA, NY. This location has been the best, by far!!! This location provided excellent customer service and great food. The cooks took pride in the presentation of the food they sent out from the kitchen. This location is highly recommended. We wish this location was closer to home so that we could visit here again!

I thought the food was good, the service was good and the server was friendly and smiley. No complaints. My husband and I shared the ham and chese omlet with the NY chese cake pancakes and it was enough for both of us, believe me, and were not tiny people. Our adult daughter ordered just pancakes and ate less than half of them, so the portions are good and the prices are decent.

Ordered a omelet for $8.99, menu said I could add my favorites... Got the bill the charged me .99 cents for each thing I put inside my omelet. I paid 41.00 for two people... My order was two omelets ( came with sides ) then four drinks all together... The best part the omelet was not very good. Ill never eat another IHOP ever. Shame on you!! What was the $8.99 for?

The building is showing wear and tear on it. We had flies on the window seal that were dead and the excuse they gave us was well they have been spraying and just as soon as you leave they will wipe it down. But they had time to do so before we came in because there were only 2 other tables occupied. Food wasnt as good as just 4 days prior. Ugh!

Walked in to find several parties waiting to be seated. There were more than enough open, clean tables to accommodate them. Toast was overcooked. My wifes omelette, the build your own omelette, had cheese she didnt ask for in it. Not impressed in the least. Would avoid this place if your able to do so.

I must say tonight I am disappointed in IHOP. The service was well below standard and the food was less than stellar. My mashed potatoes were dense and hard to swallow and the server was having a hard time keeping our drinks filled. This is not a typical night here but tonights visit was horrible

This morning we went to the Lake City Ihop. We had a baseball team of 15 and 20 family members and coaches. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate our crew. The service was great and the food was great. Everything was served faster than we could imagine. Hats off the the staff!

The service was outstanding an the food was hot an fresh an very delicious. We got right in. Being near I-75, was actually surprised we got in that fast. An it was packed... There was plenty of parking for campers in the back.. I would recommend it for travelers as well..

Josh is an experienced cook and does NOT disappoint! The food is fresh-made, hot, perfectly made to order. Kim, our waitresses, was efficient, attentive and very friendly. Great crowd of folks working there really makes it a special place to enjoy a meal!

Typical IHOP service and quality, but yhis one has earned 5 stars from me for the absolutely perfectly cooked eggs. Its less than once a year that I find a restaurant that can manage to cook an egg right and these guys managed to blow me away!

Food is good and the restrooms are clean if a little small. Servers can be a little chatty while your eating from time to time but are very friendly and polite. Wait time for your food could be a little better but overall not to long.
