I am very disappointed with the service that I received today at this Waffle House. After deciding to take my cousin, who had never been to Waffle House, out to eat I am left speechless and embarrassed by the rudeness and laziness of two of the waitresses who work there. I have remained a fan of Waffle House since I was little and it has remained a favorite for me and my dad but that loyalty has been broken today. The waitress who served us seemed to be always annoyed with any request from us. One of the most prominent examples is when I ordered two cheeseburger meals to go and asked for them to be put on seperate bills yet she returns to us with one bill with all the meals on it. After asking for her to seperate them she angrily gives them to the other waitress who seems just as irritated to do so. After a good 5 minutes she returns to our table where she slings the calculator on the table and claims shes confused as to what we want to do and doesnt understand why we cant just have one bill. Not only was the service horrible but the price was outrageous. With the two bills together it came out to be about $56. Thats for only 2 burgers and 2 steak melts! I was tempted to just walk out which my cousin agreed with but we payed our ticket and left. I would like to commend the cook for doing a good job as he was one of the only employees who actually took pride in what he did. It was obvious that he was irritated with the way the waitress were doing their job as well since they would call the orders off wrong to him to which he would have to correct. He is the only person who made sure we were okay. My parents who were in there a couple days prior said the same thing about him that he did a good job and made sure their food was good. Id like to say I will be back to Waffle House but likely not for some time.

I used to frequent Waffle House when I was a starving college student. There was one right by me in Davie but I havent gone in many years. After a sleepless night in a seedy hotel we were in the area to grab an SD card for our camera before heading up to Ichetucknee Springs State Park to go tubing. I wanted to have a filling breakfast because I wasnt sure what the food situation was at the park. My daughter had never been to Waffle House so I decided it was time she found out what is all about. When we waked in it was pretty empty and we were invited to sit where ever we liked. I wanted certain items and I was too tired to go over the menu. Thankfully our waitress took what we wanted and put it into the most money saving configuration. I had the pecan waffle, hash browns, and bacon. After insisting my daughter get one she ordered the pecan waffle, scrambled eggs, and bacon. As we waited a hilarious conversation ensued over the proper way to pronounce pecan. There was some kind of training going on so we had a lot of people making our breakfast. Everything was delicious and filling. I forgot how much I have missed a pecan waffle. As we were leaving they poured the rest of my coffee and my daughters juice in to go cups for us to take with us. The visit to waffle house started turning our trip back into a good direction and we had a wonderful rest of the day tubing down the river. I wish this Waffle House was near where I lived. It brought back a lot of great memories.

Food was ok. Staff was amazing in their interactions with the customers. However, by the time I left, I had all of the store gossip from the staff loudly talking to each other. Also, apparently a manager who was leaving had an issue with my driving because I flew into the parking lot. The funny thing is, I had pulled into the wrong parking lot, and just hopped from one drive to the other. Driving an older small car, it barely has the power to "fly" down hills - and it definitely cant pick up a lot of speed from a dead stop, turning, driving a few feet, and turning again. If he stuck to driving on the right side like we do in the rest of the US instead of the far left, maybe it wouldnt have been so shocking to see a car pull into the parking lot coming strait toward him.

I arrived at this restaurant at 2 a.m. in the morning and despite that it was late the staff was excellent. Everyone has a smile on their face despite the time of day it was. I had a T-bone steak comma sunny side up eggs, 1 Belgian waffle comma and two cups of coffee Bellator a side of grits. I need help with directions on my travels one staff member wasnt sure of the location and referred me to another one which do exactly where I was traveling would recommend this place to anyone thats passing through. Also it is comforting to know that there is usually a local sheriff park in the front of the establishment.

We had a wonderful experience at the Live Oak Waffle House store#1214.We ate regularly at the Waffle House in Lake City past Rt75 next to Dennys. It was our go to place for Sunday breakfast.That store has gone way downhill in the last few months..the food and service were not good and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The location in Life Oak was unbelievable!!!! Incredibly clean, unbelievably wonderful staff and the best Waffle House food we have had in ages!!!!! This is our new place for Sunday breakfast!!!! 5 stars!!!!

Store #388 Great food, great service, and friendly employees. Not often do people go the extra mile but Willie did. It was pouring down raining outside, he rode up on his bicycle to report to his morning shift with umbrella in hand. He came to our car and helped my 70 year mother out of the car, then came back and helped me, then returned to the car with the umbrella to get my 76 year old father out of the car. Big shout out to you Willie may God bless you. Stay humble and kind.

What more can anyone say about waffle house? If you order bacon ask for it limp and to cook your eggs a few extra minutes. Other than that our server and cook were very nice and helpful. It was overall pretty sanitary, I over heard the staff saying something about the managers starting to get serious, but it shows! I enjoyed my experience so get on out there and eat some waffles.

Love Waffle House never been to a Waffle House that doesnt acknowledge that theres people trying to be seated knowing theres 3 booths ready to be cleaned 10 min later got up and went to Chikfila I shouldve just went to the Waffle House next to my house its full for a reason !

I have dined here many times. Wait staff always smiling and energetic. Food is always to notch. Lines can get long on popular nights, however they do accept call ahead seating. Tuesday nights are kids nights, and kids meals are half off with adult meal purchase.

Worst service today. Have waited 10 and now the waitress is Just calling in our order!!! No one in here!! Finished my coffee and she has yet to refill it . I brag about this store but not anymore!!! But waiting since 10 am and it is now 10:22 am
