Id give it no stars if I could. Me and my sons went for dinner cuz ad says buy one adult entree and get one kids meal free. I ordered two adult entrees cuz my two sons wanted their own kids meals. No manger on duty! Not one single sole was in there but me and my two sons. No wonder! Not our server, but the only other server there said she had seniority over our new server and she wouldnt honor the ad since there wasnt another adult with me. Me and my kids completely felt like she had it out for us. After I left I called another IHOP in Tampa and they said they would be happy to honor the ad. The Trinity location and that girl are terrible!

I was hesitant to go because i went to the one in Clearwater and had a horrible experience. anyway i decided to try again and i am so glad i did this IHOP was EXCELLENT. Clean! , the staff was superior, The food taste and looked as if it came right from a magazine. I highly recommend this IHOP and will definitely be going back again. The manager Jose even came out to my table to ensure we had everything we needed. A++++++++++ it should be known that i dont write many reviews but in this occurrence i felt as thou i had too!

Cant even get to go orders right the second time. Expected to just replace the fries and make me eat the rest cold and nasty. By the third time, the manager didnt come out, just made a poor server deal with it. Ill drive my father further to take him to a different one the next time he needs to leave the house, this one isnt worth the gas money, much less actually paying for the cold, wrong, food. Btw, if anyone gets sick, sorry, I tried to not go in and just have the food picked up for me.

People talk badly about things that happen at this Ihop but people are human and make mistakes as long as they are corrected than its worth it ...this IHOP is the best if ever been to.when its busy yes there is a little food on the floor and they will clean it after a rush so get over it people...if people in modern day actually tipped reasonably they wouldnt have to work So dam hard...these ladys do their jobs very well...coming from a routine customer this place is like family ...

I went to Ihop for dinner with my son and mom and dad. The food was ok and the service was not bad. But a week later when I was going over my bank statement I saw they charged me 10.00 for a tip but i had given her cash for the tip. So I had to go back out to this store with my bank statement and my receipt and prove they over charged me and had to threaten to call the cops to get my 10.00 back. I will never go to this Ihop again. I wish everyone good luck here.

I went the other night with my family and was disappointed in quite a few things. The food was OK a bit undercooked, the employees chatted in the kitchen therefore inattentive to the patrons, I had to send my kids to get the waitress, we were over charged on our bill for an extra two or three sides. I gave this review two stars because we have been to this location a few times and this is the first time we had multiple issues.

Egg shell in fried egg, floor under our table was sticky, I assume from spilled maple syrup but not cleaned up properly (restaurant was not that busy so we couldve been seated elsewhere). Mens restroom had numerous earwig bugs crawling around. I agree with the other post - your coffee is horrible. Hard to find a decent IHOP unless its brand new.

Hostess seated us at tables that were dirty with food remains on the tables, chairs and floor. Both the hostess and waitress were indifferent about the cleanliness of the area. Other areas were not clean as well and no one from the staff came out to clean. Dirty restaurant. Can only imagine what the cooking area is like.

When this place opened it was incredible but as of recently it has become a much lower standard. I confirmed with one of the workers that they have miniaturized the portions now. So disappointing... Edit: so the waitress came back with eggs and the guy who stole my parking spot apologized, whohoo I added a star...

Weve been here a few times in the middle of the night when everything else is closed. Weve always had good service and good food here, however sometimes the conditions in the boothes/tables could be a bit cleaner. However, as far as IHOPs go, this one is pretty up there. Even at 3 AM the service has been good.

This ihop is beyond horrible. All of our food tasted like it was reheated in a microwave and was so bland. My daughters pancakes were the most disgusting pancakes Ive ever had, she wouldnt even eat them. Ihop has turned into such a low quality, sorry excuse for a resturant. Will not be returning EVER.

While on vacation my fiance and I stopped at this IHOP for brunch. I enjoyed the service at this location. This establishment was nice and clean, including the restroom. Our server was attentive but not intrusive. I feel comfortable recommending this IHOP.

Held a company meeting here a few weekends ago. Meeting room is not available on Saturdays but they were very accommodating and gave us a few tables in the front that allowed for a semi-private location. Good service and did not make us feel rushed.

What a joke. Called for party of 17 at 10am and they said ok. We got there at 9:55. They say we just had to split your tables, its gonna be 20min. Ok, until 45 min goes by and they made no progress and said it would be at least 30 more minutes.

The service was great...but the food is kind of bleh. The waffles are a bit on the soft...almost soggy side. The hash browns were greasy and not very crispy. Some of these things are just personal preferences...but the service was really good.

The tables were disgusting dirty. And I had to ask for silverware. The coffee was almost cold. The place was dirty and trashy. This is a place I would not come again with my family. They are being very careless about cleanliness.

This was my second and last visit. There was only 1 waitress doing everything from bussing tables to waiting. There were no straws & no sausage links. My onion rings were burnt & tasted old.This was shortly after 1pm on a Monday.

Relatively new very clean restaurant. But the new corporate policy that all beef is cooked well done makes this a much less desirable chain than it once was - they call it medium but everything comes out gray.

Staff are always friendly. Lots of seating. Modern decor. Decent bathrooms. Love the menu variety. Great pancakes--fluffy and moist. Fresh ingredients, especially the fruit and compote.

We are usually here late at night so its never crowded. The service we receive is always amazing and the food is always cooked perfectly and without mistakes.
