DONT EAT HERE!!! My kids and I came here for lunch. We waited 20 minutes in line because the cashier had no idea what they were out of. The whole restaurant (if you can call it that) was dirty. The employees looked liked they rolled out of bed and came to work. Their clothes were dirty. The play area smells like pee, sweat and poop. I decided to cancel my order and got the hell out of there. Health department needs to close this place. There are so many health violations happening. Avoid this place!

Tables dirty... Food cold... Mixed up. Back shop VERY disorganized. Sloooow service. Just an over all forty place, especially for a kid play place. Self serve beverage messy and filthy. Trash everywhere around the trash recepticles. Felt as if was in the buroughs of New York. Very inner city feeling and looking. Not at all like " hometown" Lancaster. Last trip here EVER...

Food was hard .. had 1fr tst 3 ....2 bisc/s and 2 cini minis 2 an hashbr and 2 milks and one me Dr pepper total was $11.69 the food was reheat in microwave I will not ever came back the new owners need to do something about the food in the place it is 9:23am we were the only one in at the time.. the girl that made the food was wearing glasses donor eat there

My experience is always great, love the cashier Ms. Robin, she is very nice and always greets my daughter and I with a smile. On the down side, it does take quite sometime for your order to be taken. The bathrooms needs attention (I would recommend a check up every half-hour). Overall I like the place, the staff is very friendly and the food is great!

Honestly its my fault. I keep forgetting how horrible they are. Once every month or two we go to this location and every time they disappoint. Tonight was no exception. We placed our order we waited we drove home and surprise it was wrong. I would highly suggest not wasting your time or your money going here.

If youre going through thr drive thru check your order before you leave...especially mornings. Screwed my breakfast order up three times in a row...simple orders where you ask for two items and only get one...or a combo where they forget your drink

I was here around 6pm. My card declined. I had an hour trip back home with no money. Because aparentlyt the gas station held 31$ on a 10$ fill up. My server was kind enough to pay for my two burgers and a 10 piece. The food was the best.

Ive had better, and Ive had worse from burger kings. Its a miracle for some of the cashiers to crack a smile. But theyre fast and some are friendly there.
