Terribly slow in getting orders out. My order wasnt complete and the Manager Scott asked what was missing & it was with an attitude. My fries were all over because he slopped them into the bag. Turned back around and told another employee that he didnt want to deal with customers! I was appalled and demanded my money back and left without the food as he rudely told me to have a nice day! I will never go there again. All the people working besides the cashier and window girl obviously could care less about their jobs! Several people came back in to get their orders corrected. It was pretty sad. Its dirty in there to. The longer I had to stand around and wait the more disgusted I was. Health department needs to shut it down!

Drive thru girl was horrible bad attitude kept interrupting us when we were trying to place our order to ask us if we were done yet I asked for mine to be plain I got mayo and tomatos disgusting my boyfriends order wasnt even placed on there at all when we got to the window she tried to stare me down sorry I dont back down we can have a stare contest if you really want however I went in talked to the manager got our money back and she was nice so thats hopeful

This place CLEARLY needs New Management and Employees that care about there work place before they will end up having to close the business down.. I placed a order and nothing was right. The Whoppers Burgers were plain.. no pickles, no Mayo.. worst Burger King Burgers I ever had...I think they just slap on whatever they feel like and wrap it up.. it was a waste of Money, However owns this place needs to make some changes or just close the doors..!!

This is the worst restaurant in the city. Food quality is below average and most of the time they are out of one product or several. Always understaffed so be prepared to wait. Employes have no urgency and like to play around and talk on cell phones. Management is ok sometime except when Ashley is working due to her total unprofessional attitude. All round the south deland store is much better and worth the extra drive.

Open all night and beats going to taco bell. There are some rude people working there but the night manager is always willing to go the extra mile to fix any problem. And since Im frequent 5am visitor (3 times a week) Im recognized by name and my order is right 99% of the time. Again the only negative is the employees who dont care what you have to say even if its a compliment. Always get the manager.

They suck , i wouldnt give them one star if i could get to this without a rating . They double charged us through drive thru and then didnt give us our receipt . Tried to cheat us, it looks like then gave us a hard time when we asked for money back. I would not recommend them to feed my dog because i love hom more than that . Eating there and the service is torture.

Breakfast there this location is horrible I gave it 3 tries and all 3x It was either I get attitude from the drive thru person cold food or bieng only car in drive thru and it takes 7 to 10 min to get food but as soon as lunch time its like a whole new place usually fast and good. Morral of this story is beware of breakfast time at this location.

I agree with most comments ive read here. They took almost 14 minutes , offered no apologies, then forgot my pies even though id asked him if everything was in there. I drove 7 miles back there, after calling and asked him for a free slice of pie for my extra time and gas and he said he couldnt give me anything.punks worki.g there.

Slowest service Ive ever experienced. Been waiting for at least 10 minutes, still no food. Lots of empty tables, none are clean. Restaurant itself very dirty. Finally got our food...order as wrong. Didnt get what we ordered. No customers ordering, seems like a good time to clean tables and sweep. No one making any effort.

they spit in my burger it was good exept for the cheese it tasted like spit (not the spit they put in it i requested that) they cussed me out oly because i had oral stemulation in there bathroom even though it was the manager. she had some big old titties. so check them out when you go there her name is alyssa.

This Burger King should be shut down due to rude workers.workers talk back,burgers nasty I went in for a crispy chicken sandwich I walked out with a soggy mayonnaise overload I Kno I could have said less mayo but Wendys never puts that much.rude ratchets stay away!

Ownership must have changed, because this burger king is amazing now! This is hands down the best bk Ive been to. Fries are always hot and fresh, and whoppers actually look like the ads! Servers are always friendly also. Give this one a shot!

Consistently messes up orders, consistently gross food and the coffee is undrinkable. Would recommend going out of your way to avoid. Most people I know in the area are of the same opinion.
