You can find this Peruvian restaurant inside the last hidden building on Key Biscayne. They have unusual schedules so be sure to call first. Francesco has another location in Coral Gables and its main specialty is seafood; it has a classy ambience which we thought was too sober. We have been there several times and food has always fulfilled our expectations.

Sixteen sophisticates dined at Francescos last night and all were enthusiastic in their praise of each and every dish. The starters of shrimp ceviche, fish causa and salmon tartar got rave reviews but the Riso Nero was the overwhelming favorite dish. This secret treasure tucked away in the Towers residential condominium is open to the public.
