Espanol al final. After waiting more than an hour for the order to come they served my wife a dish with fish with a lot of scales. I asked her to return it at once but she said she was so hungry after waiting so long that she ate a little bit to find the fish was also raw and she could not continue eating. I complained to the waiter and he said there was nothing he could do. It gave me the impression he was used to complaints and immediately suggested I talked to the manager who I later found out he is the type of person who believes the customer is never right. Even after a discount of $ 9 for my complaint, the bill for a pasta dish, a fried fish and a beer cost over $ 70. Waiter and manager were rude. The place had a one man filthy restroom. You have to wait for one man to go in and come out before you can get in the restroom, I had to wait for other half a dozen guys to go before it was my turn. I think they serve the fish with scales so that people cant eat them all to scale them and make croquettes with them. We were not the only ones complaining. Awful place I felt ripped off. I would advice all to keep away from that place. Sitio malo, carisimo y pesimo servicio.

My friend and I arrived here with the intention of ordering a simple burger and beer. Walking up to the restaurant from the parking lot, there is no obvious entrance or signage leading us to the correct entry. We walked around to the other side to see if it might be there and ended up just walking up the stairs to the dining balcony which then greeted us with a sign at the top saying “Line on other side”. The dining balcony is an outdoor setting which overlooks No Name Harbor, a nice view. The ambiance was decent and casual, with tables and plates being “no frills” which seemed just fine for our mission. After falling in line behind a couple, we waited 10 minutes before someone ever came up to greet any of us. By this time, an elderly couple had joined the queue as well and just moments before the waiter came up, a family of about 6 got in line behind us, save the father who remained up front. When the waiter came up, he went straight for the father, asked how many, and the family of 6 proceeded to skip the 6 of us already waiting in line. So not only did the waiter completely ignore the other 6 of us, he failed to even inquire who might have been first. Following this, my friend and I decided to take our money elsewhere.

the most satisfying part of this whole experience is writing this review. my family and I just wanted to enjoy relaxing time on the water and have decent food. we did not get that. the service was crap (we had to wait 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge our arrival) except for this one guy who was mostly competent server (but who answered in Spanish even though we ordered English). plastic chairs, plastic cutlery, plastic plates and cups. and most of the food that we ordered was barely edible. the conch fritters and ceviche were passable, but apparently for everything else the only seasoning that they have on hand is salt. the key lime pie was okay but it was probably ordered out of house. we couldnt even force our 3 year old to eat the fries. the bathrooms were passibly clean but there was no changing table. also you have to pay 8 dollars minimum to get to the restaurant which drive the price up even more ridiculously. the view was nice, but the food is really overpriced for the service that you get. we left with the feeling that we probably could have gone to McDonalds instead. all in all I wish we had listened to the reviews of the people that ate here before us and saved our hundred dollars.

When I say they refused to serve us because we were black, believe me. We pulled up to the dock about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. The captain, who got off the boat first, asked for a table for 10 and they were setting up to accommodate us. When our party walked in, they said no, the kitchen is closed. They said this as they sat another table and took their order. When I pointed that out and asked for the manager, they finally let up and told us it was okay to order. Thats not how you run a business. Our party pulled up in the biggest boat, clearly showing that we were well capable of ordering and paying. Never again! As we left, another boat was pulling up. We watched them get off the boat and sit down to order. Ive never in my life experienced something like that.

If zero stars was an option I would choose it. This place sucks. Food, service, restaurant, prices are absolutely ridiculous and horrid. Way over priced for what you get. No spices on food. If you want to pay $19.99 for fried bland fish. This is the place. The location has great potential, but straight up sucks. Looking back after my meal there, I realized it was the worst food I have ever eaten, and Ive lived in South America for a few years eating cow head cooked under coals, buried in the dirt for 8 hours. The cow head was way better than this place. To get the taste of our our mouths we went to Five Guys Burger & Fries and hoped and prayed the flavor would go away. Enough Said.

We went here on the high suggestion of one of the park rangers (that was a mistake). First it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us and when they did we still had to seat ourselves and wait 10 min to even get menus. I ordered the salmon burger expecting a salmon filet, but got what looked like a frozen salmon patty from the store. The bun was also really hard and obviously not anywhere near fresh. I could have gotten a better meal from any fast-food restaurant and it would have been way cheaper. Ill also repeat what other reviewers said in that they use disposable plastic cups and plastic chairs.

This place is fantastic. I dont understand why it got only a 3.2 rating. The food is great and tasty. Nothing fancy. The service excellent. The red snapper is out of this world and the tostones the best in town. They have live music on Friday. Marieta, a famous Cuban singer, music writer and entertainer provides the final touch to a fantactic dining. The restautant is located in a beutiful ecological reserve in front of No Name Harbor. You can take your boat/yacht and dock in front of the restaurant. Dont missed it if you are in Miami.
