Worst experience at any restaurant any where ever. Arrived around 7:15 on a Friday, so I expected to have to wait some. It took over 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge our existence after we were sat. Then took another 10 minutes to take our order even though we told her we were ready to order when she originally stopped by. We ordered our food and hoped everything would go smoothly from this point on, but I glanced at my watch wondering how long it would take. 23 minutes later, we were told they were out of steak and we would have to either order something else or wait for the steaks to thaw. The manager told us we could have anything we wanted on the house for the inconvenience. A few minutes later the manager came back and changed her offer to any soup or salad. We decided on 2 different soups, a chicken soup and a chili. The chili was OK but the chicken in the soup was dry. The manager stopped back by after 15 minutes to check on us and we hesitated, but told her the chicken soup was not for us. She offered to change it to chili instead and we appreciated and accepted her offer. The manager then was sacked into an alternate universe at this point as it took her 14 minutes to walk to the kitchen and back just to tell us they were out of chili. Remember, we were still waiting for our entree which was a little over 30 minutes since ordering the second time around and a total of around an hour and 15 minutes since we were sat. A few minutes later the food finally came out, but it was all wrong but we ate it any way. When it was time to pay, there was not even an offer to discount the bill. Not that we were looking for anything for free, but typically at least some offer is made. Not yo mention we asked the waitress for drink refills but we were ignored because she was too busy wiping table and then disappeared in the kitchen. We tried to ask another waitress for some help, but she told us we would have to wait for our waitress. To top it off we placed an order to go when we originally ordered, but it was not ready 2 and a half hours later so the manager offered to take the burger to go off the bill but still no offer on anything else. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We go out pretty regularly and are not the type to complain, but one can only take so much.

The manager Tara kept slamming dishes after being washed. This was done three times so loud I could not carry on a conversation with my son who I had drive 1 hour to see. This started a big argument because I told the waitress to please tell the person to stop slamming the damn dishes. When I told Tara the "pseudo manager" about this, she was not empathetic and replied unprofessionally and with an attitude, "Im sorry but this is a business and nobody else is bothered by it." Ive worked in restaurants and placing or stacking dishes is normal, but this was extremely loud to the point that I could not hear or carry on a conversation. The manger was rude and uncaring. My server was great and understood. When checking out, I was second in line yet I was the last to be serviced. Nobody seems to care anymore about doing things right, getting things right, making things right and I was very disappointed that Bob Evans would even have a manager with such poor people skills. The eggs I ordered over easy had runny egg whites. Just my worse experience at any Bob Evans I have ever been to. I left without finishing my food that I paid for.

I love Bob Evans, but this visit was just not so good - I got my food to go and the 1st issue was that I was missing something from my order. Then they also left off the blueberry topping for my French toast, which they gave to me in a separate container, but failed to mention that it was cold so that when I got home and put it on my French toast...I then had to microwave it which made my French toast chewy. Just double check your to go orders because they seem to miss the mark in that area.

As a minority, you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome at this location. The only clientele we encountered there was a bunch of hicks, most of whom were over 70 years old. They stare at you and talk in loud voices about the "glorious Trump" era. Suffice to say you cannot enjoy your meal amongst such an uneducated, backward lot. Dont try to use a military discount there either. The cashier announces it over the overhead paging system. The place is a joke!

Its our neighborhood bob evans and we are regular patron eating there once or twice a month. The food is consistent family fare, the location is well kept, the food is always delicious and well priced. Servers change here often, and we have had some minor issues with the attentiveness and them being knowledgeable of their own coupons or how to correctly ring up items on our check, so be attentive. Otherwise, a very good place to eat for Americana cuisine.

Worst takeout experience ever! Chicken in the 2 salads was like jerky, one dinner was forgotten from the order entirely, cashier at the takeout register didnt apologize for her mistake, after I retuned to get my meal. She also didnt bother to provide tablware, napkins or condiments. Ive been eating at this restaurant since they opened in Jacksonville, Florida. Very Disappointing

Weve always had a great breakfast here, but today we arrived after 11am. We still ordered our usual breakfast but the breakfast cooks must have left already because my eggs were overcooked and my bacon was undercooked and they were no longer serving grits. If you arrive after 11am order lunch! However, I highly recommend the breakfast menu before 11am.

My wife & I were seated at 4:55 & the restaurant was very empty. When we were seated we were given menus but after 15 minutes no one ever came by to take our order while people around us that were seated after us got drinks & had ordered there food. We left without being noticed.

I like Bob Evens because the wait time for seating was maybe 15 minutes, the staff was happy and friendly; and the manager (Tamar, I think that was his name) was hustling to seat customers as he bused tables and took names for the Waiting List. I WILL definitely visit again.

I had a to go order and the woman working the carry out counter was so nice!! She made my morning. Im not a big morning person and she left me in a great mood. My blueberry pancakes were good, but her customer service was even better. Would return because of that.

You will find us there any given Sunday before Church and we really feel like a regular. Our waitress knows our orders (including substitutions) and is always attentive. The food is always great and reminds me of growing up in Ohio.
