Terrible experience. It took us 2 hours to get our food and the food was cold by the time it got to us. Also the country fried steak tasted like it was fried in oil that was used to fry catfish and the actual meat was only an 1/8th of an inch thick(look at the photo).The strawberry lemonade was pretty good except it took 30 minutes between refills. Then we got to-go drinks and they were empty by the time we finally got our checks 30 minutes later. Honestly I would rather eat at Orlando Pizza Express anyday over this place.

The reviewers are correct. This place is not good at all. We visited this month and it took them forever and a day to seat our group of 7. Our service was non- existent, the food was cold and chewy on arrival, half of our order was wrong, and staff could care less. Bathrooms were also very nasty. Wish i had listened, but sad to say i will not be returning here or at any other Bob Evans. Bob Evans needs to raise their bar a bit!

The service and the food are always excellent at this location. The food always comes out to the table quickly and is actually visually appealing as well as cooked well. The restaurant is always clean and the leadership seems to keep the morale of the workers upbeat and friendly.
