August 2012 Went back again with my Brother-in-law and Farther-in-law for whom this restaurant is a favorite stop after doctors visits. I had the tilapia lunch special which is served over an orzo tossed with spinach and mushrooms. I had no idea tilapia could be so well done. The food, service and ambience was so good I told my husband about the lunch date three times over the next week. Ill be back. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review 2010 Came on strong recommendation from the family plus a gift card. The service was very good. I was in particular impressed to see managers out on the floor actually serving and no servers standing around gossiping. I ordered the wedding soup and the steak flatbread. Enjoyed the flatbread but the wedding soup was very greasy, meatballs were fragments, broth was muddy overall bad wedding soup. The bread seemed likely to have been frozen and was okay. My husband had the meatball sliders and reported the meatballs to be soggy and bland. He didnt finish. Tried some of my sister-in-laws lobster bisque. It was overly thick, almost melted velveeta consistency and quite salty. So I guess Im not a food fan of the place but would go back to keep the family company.

I made reservations for 7:30 (an earlier date than Im used to) the place seemed busy but after being seated my date and I noticed that a majority of the tables knew each other. The restaurant was broken down into two sections each with a family of at least 30 and we were in the middle, it got loud a few times because they were enjoying their time together but we noticed the servers were getting caught up with these two families pretty often. Our first server said hello to us and asked us for our drink order we said we wanted to look at the menu for a wine and asked for water and he left without offering any suggestion of wine. He also never returned and instead sent over a nice women instead. Its not fair for me to say he was homophobic but it did come off that way especially since he never came back to the table once while we were there. The food was great neither of us could finish it and although they were out of the wine we ordered they brought out a similar one the manager said was better. Our new waitress was pretty perfect there when we needed her and absent when my date and I were in deep conversation. For my first time at a restaurant I was pretty pleased.

I can best describe this restaurant by saying that it is your typical franchise style Italian restaurant where the food quality is decent but the level of authenticity of true Italian cuisine does not exist. I ordered the Balsamic Glazed Chicken and it was good. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well, although for my preference the glaze was a bit heavy. is was served on top of a bed of orzo and farro, with artichokes, basil, Kalamata olives, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, Feta, grilled asparagus. This was a tasty side and complemented the chicken well. I opted for this dish since it seemed to be the healthier option to choose from the menu. Service was very good with our server being very attentive, courteous and professional. My glass of diet coke never ran out!

My fiancé and I decided to try your restaurant to celebrate his birthday we were greeted and seated quickly. We sat for 15 mins at least and no one came to greet us and we sat and watched table after table get seated. I will never be back again. Coming from working in the F&B world that is completely unacceptable. My fiancé and could spot the front of house manager who breezed past us at least 4 times without even stopping to check in. I was planning on spending around $100 for dinner. Thanks but no thanks!

Location is very good and food prices average, for the name location and looks of the restaurant form outside I had my expectation high about this Italian restaurant, I think the menu could be better also food portions specially for the pasta dishes are too big and boring to eat, also chicken marsala to salty and nothing special about the decoration and restaurant in general. Overall I wasnt Impressed and next time I fancy Italian I will keep looking until I find one restaurant that meets my expectations

My son and I went for dinner to Bravo on Saturday night and we loved the whole experience. The service and food were outstanding. There is no doubt that management has made great improving in customer services. Our server was Michael and he was one of the best servers I have had in my 20 + years dining at restaurants. Definitely he deserved to be between the tops employees there! And of course, we left a nice tip for his outstanding service!

Go in, decide what youre hungry for, and eat it all up. You will enjoy your dinner. WHAT MAKES THIS A FIVE STAR (PLUS) RESTAURANT IS THEIR INTEGRITY. I accidentally left my credit card one evening, I looked every where. I realized the last place that I used it was Bravo Dr Phillips. "It was safely locked up." I went in a week later (yes, a whole week later) and retrieved it. THANK YOU! Thank you!

I went to see because my fav Italian has always been Carieras Cucinia Italiana but trust when I say the borrowed part of the name that Carieras has made for itself is the only semblance of similarity. The staff was nice, surroundings are great, but the food cannot compare! While I commend them for the effort put forth, Carieras still will always have the added ingredient in every dish.....Love!

Live locally and went with our family (5). Everyone loved their meal, bread is delicious and we had great service from the time we entered until the time we left. Our server, Daniel, was very attentive, friendly and pleasant. Have also ordered from their catering dept, food was delicious and enjoyed by all. Will be back on a regular basis, nice atmosphere as well.

Wow! What a great experience I had with my co-workers the other day. We were there to celebrate our success. The ambiance was beautiful. The staff was friendly from the beginning. The server was courteous and listened to what we had requested. We loved the Crispy Shrimp Napoli. And the Caprese Salad was to die for. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

Firstly, way over priced. For two meals it was $40.00 and after delivery almost $60.00. The food was not even hot, and they dumped oil all over both our meals. I could have gone to an Olive Garden for better "Italian" food. Not to mention how slow they were. If you want a stomach ache and oily food this is the place to eat. Terrible.
