I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants a quality customer service experience. My parents were visiting SSI for their anniversary, and I wanted to treat them to dinner. I called on Thursday (reservation for Saturday) to inform the restaurant that they would be coming, and I wanted to leave my Credit Card information for the bill to be taken care of. The woman who answered, who I assumed was the manager was extremely short from the get go, a red flag I should have paid attention to. She assured me their bill would be taken care of, and everything would be great. I talked with my parents soon after their dinner, and the waitress had NO idea that my credit card was on file and to be used. So, they charged my Dad. My dad said something to indicate he thought the bill was covered- and it was only then the waitress figured out that my card was on file. AFTER they charged my dad. How embarrassing! I then called the restaurant ( yes on a busy evening), and asked to speak to the manager about a billing issue. The woman who answered the phone was polite- but didnt put me on hold, I heard the convo between the manager (i assume) and the gal who answered the phone. Again, I feel as if I have been dismissed. She said it was too busy that they would have to call me back... I wanted to do something nice for my parents, and unfortunately it backfired. I will NOT recommend any of their restaurants to anyone. Poor customer service, and rude management. Unacceptable.

So I had reservations at 6, and I ended up being a little bit late. To my surprise the staff already had a table with menus and waters waiting for me and my fiance. They definitely made us both feel very welcome and like we were their special guests or something. Once we sat down, our waiter came by almost immediately to welcome us again and let us know the specials for the night. We ordered an appetizer along with two caesars and I could not have been more pleased. Everything tasted so great and it came out within five minutes. Then we ordered our entrees and were shocked at how fast they came out. On top of that, it all tasted great and fresh. So altogether, they have a very welcoming environment, the food tastes great, the staff is very friendly, vibrant, and helpful, and the food came out very quickly. We were able to get in and get out in less than an hour while very much so enjoying our food. Awesome.

My husband and I went out to celebrate my 40th bday. We didnt know where we were going. He looked up restaurants and found Tramici. When we got there it was inviting. We got seated not long after our Waitress Jenny showed up. We gave her our drink orders; shortly after we added our appetizer calamari and zucchini. We ordered the Tower of Eggplant and the Chicken Parmesan... When we got the appetizer we were sold. When we got our food which was in a timely manner. We were in heaven everything was beyond words to explain. Jenny is friendly and she didnt let me leave with out a dessert to celebrate my bday. We will definitely be going back. Thank you so much

Tramicis was fantastic! Good food. Pizzas are 10" and are exceptional with the perfect combination of flavors. Prepare yourself for a personal pan of perfect pizza. Pizza prices are all $16 or less and well worth it! Overall, its a nice Italian restaurant, with traditional Italian dishes. Highly recommended. Pictured are the Carne Manacita pizza, which has spicy sausage and pepperoni, Margherita Pizza, and the salmon. Note: They have a deal with the movie theater across the parking lot. For $19 you get a slice of pizza, a salad or soup, an alcoholic drink, popcorn, and finally a MOVIE TICKET. Best deal in town.

This place is a little hard to find but staff was helpful in assisting us. I had the Greek pizza. It was good and priced right. The spinach and ricotta ravioli was on the small side but very flavorful. Overpriced given the portion size. The antipasta was extremely well presented. Unless an entire table (4 plus) is sharing get the small portion. Its huge. Very tasty and colorful. The leftovers were packed into sections so it kept well. Waiter, Reed, was very nice and helpful. Refills were slightly slow. Kitchen was timely.

Tramici was in the middle of a rush when we arrived for our reservation. A couple ahead had been waiting as well. Prior to being sat, another group arrived behind us. Our server brought waters when she greeted us; one glass had lipstick on the rim. Our calamari was overdone (easy to do) and as such was chewy; also, my ravioli was gummy. The gnocchi was amazing. First impression: 4/5 Greeting and wait: 2/5 Service and friendliness: 5/5 Food: 3/5 Price: 4/5 Overall 3.5/5

Being of Italian American heritage, I have to compare Tramici to my grandmothers and my mothers home cooking. Tramici is outstanding. Excellent menu selectiions, welcoming and cordial atmosphere, very fair prices for both the quality and quantity of the menu items, and incredible service. Our server, James, was extrememly gracious and accommodating. I would wholeheartedly recommned Tramici for a wonderful dining experience.

I think those critics must have been lost and at the wrong place. My wife and I, as well as most of our friends think this one of the finest places on the coast of Ga. Every thing is the very best, and certainly very clean and wholesome. We are not high income people and we find the menu not only delicious, but very reasonably priced.

The food is pretty good for Italian food in Glynn County (probably among the best) but nothing spectacular. Entrees are overpriced and sides are not included like at most Italian places. The service is generally good but if you go on a weekend night make sure to make reservations several days in advance, as it fills up fast.

Worst service I have ever had. A very rude waitress. She didnt want to take our order, didnt bring our food or drinks, she clearly doesnt want to do her job. Ive never had an experience as horrible as this. Dont sit in Jennys section.

Recommended by multiple locals, and we were not disappointed. I had the salmon with risotto special. Homemade fresh mozzarella in the caprese salad. Good service, and the servers look like theyre having fun. Great vibe.

The service is exceptional at this far-better-than-we-deserve neighborhood open-oven Italian café. Try the asparagus & goat cheese salad, the risotta, the pizza! Mmmmwah!
