Just moved to the neighborhood so I called in an order. The girl that answered the phone wouldw answer questions, and was short to the point of rudeness. I called back to add to my order and she actually sighed! Then the pizza, was wrong! She said that, it was because I otdered wrong! I asked for the number to called the corporate office and they claimed there wasnt one! Mind you, I worked for Pizza Hut upon a time. I went online and found the number myself and called. I ended up getting a free pizza out of the deal. We ordered pur free pizza and added two others from a really unfriendly guy. When we got there the order was wrong! And again they claimed that it was our fault! There will not be a third time!

Order #: 3170615161626001184025640 I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and did not get extra cheese. What I got was a pizza where all of the cheese and toppings were in the center of the pizza and the crust was like 4" wide. I used to work at pizza hut and I know one of the first things they teach you is HOW TO MAKE A PIZZA WITHOUT EVERYTHING SLIDING TO THE MIDDLE! I drove all the way from San Antonio to get this pizza! I wont be back! UPDATE: Management refunded the cost of the pizza. The GM called me personally after I registered the complaint and apologized. Changing review from 1 to 3 stars.

This is the best Pizza Hut that Ive been to! The pizza was piping hot and fresh. We had more than adequate toppings and cheese. The picture i uploaded was the only slice left 5 minutes after getting our order. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage with regular cheese and they did not disappoint. The delivery guy was very polite and accommodating. We stopped ordering from Pizza Hut a few months ago because the one we ordered from was always terrible, but this place tops Papa Johns or Dominos in my area! Thanks guys!

Calling in an order for my kids to pick up while Im @ work in Tampa. James the so called manager was a complete jerk. I already have an existing order history and he wouldnt let them pick up the $30 dollar order without my debit card. I explained I had been a loyal customer there for over 6 years and never had to show my card before... he said "its not his problem". So I called across the street to papa Johns and they had no problem taking care of me. Ill never order from this place again !!

has quick service, customer service is always good for me, we order here often cause I love there bbq pizza. I have had in the past where a slight sliver 1/2 inch was missing from my pizza, guess the cook wanted to try my pizza, and more lately as we enjoy ordering extra cups of sauce they either come to us cold and extremely watered down tonight was ridiculous with the sauce, basically tomatoe soup. it will be a little while before we are back.

Ive ordered delivery 3 times. The same thing each time. 2 out of the three times it was deliverer incorrectly. They do offer to remake it and send it out, but would take atleast another 40-45 minutes. Tonighr it was not well done like I ordered, it was cold and they charged me for a side or sauce I didnt get.

Absolutely awful experience. Waited almost 2 hours for two medium pizzas. The manager Rudy is a jerk to deal with, extremely unprofessional when I called to tell him I paid for extra cheese and didnt receive it. will never order from Pizza Hut again! Calling Papa Johns next time. This place is a disgrace!

I live in Ocala and when I am in Hudson fla. I have to get a pizza at this hut. Thay know how to make a pizza, their super supream is out of this world. No one can make them like this Hut can, they know how to do it right. Next time I am near Little Rd. and 52, Ill be in.

Their Hot Dog Bites Pizza,I was told was discontinued after only 1 week! Thats plain wrong! I loved it! Until they bring it back,I wont order from them anymore! Also,NO ANCHOVIES? WTF? Another reason why Ill wont ever return! Im ordering from Papa Johns from now on!

It was decent for awhile until it seems like management stopped caring about the customers, had to contact customer support directly many times because management didnt want to sort issues like over charging, or delivery drivers tipping themselves.

Called and asked if they delivered to my address that is 5.4 miles away and was told no they only delivered two miles from the store but last house was 7 miles away and they delivered all the time you just lost my business

Look elsewhere because all youll get at this Pizza Hut off of 52 is very little toppings and barely any sauce. Would not recommended this place to anyone.
