I have eaten at a lot of Pizza Huts in my life. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a pizza hut in my life. Arguably the worst resturant experience I have had in my life. My family Decided to go to Pizza hut after a day at Buccaneer Bay. We were the only customers in the store at the time. The Waitress (Her name is Caitlin) took the orders of 2 of the people at the table. When my mother wanted to place an order, the waitress rolled her eyes and walked away. Assuming this was a mistake, the next time the waitress came around, we signaled to her that we wanted to place an order. She looked my mother dead in the eye and walked away again. Multiple times people at the table directly asked her for water refills, which she refused to get (specifically for 4 children under 9 who were complaining that they were thirsty). My aunt got up and had to ask the manager for a pitcher so that she could refill the childrens waters herself. During this time another largish party showed up and the waitress told us we had to get out despite my mother still not having been able to even place her order for us. After everybody was done eating, my mother started waiving her hands at the lady or anybody who would listen that she was ready to place her order. She literally had to stand up and yell to the lady that she was ready to place her order now that everybody was done and we were being kicked out. Finally the manager placed my mothers order and we had to wait about 25-30 minutes for the pizza at the front window with 4 annoyed and restless children. Finally she got her Pizzas which she had already paid for. When she went to grab them, the manager told her she had to pay. She then had to argue with the manager, with receipt in hand, (you know, proof that she actually paid) for another 5 minutes before he was willing to even look at the receipt. I have never seen someone be so disrespectful to my mother in my life and it was difficult to hold my tounge. I suggest that nobody eats here and if they do, that they avoid Caitlin.

I used to work here the managment staff doesnt care about there employees at all its work work work until u cant work anymore and god forbid u have any type of emergency. I got into a major accident one day and ended up going to the hospital and could not come in I called and was told not to worry about it. I showed up the next day to patty yelling at me and a write up where I was told if I cannot make it in next time I will be fired. Shortly after I was cut down to one day a week then let go. For "not being fast enough" in closeing the resturant and I refused to "cut corners" in terms of cleaning to save on payroll

First of all I ordered online went down to pick up my pizza of course it was not ready they couldnt even find my order so i waited 15 minutes after 15 minutes a manager came out and asked if I can wait another 20 minutes for the dough to unthaw for the hand tossed pizza its time to talk I told him no I wanted my money back and it took 5 minutes to get my money back filling out forms dont waste your money or your time ordering from this place

Not a good place to visit if its cold outside and you sit in the south area. The cold air kept blowing out of the overhead vents and even tho we moved it was brisk in there. The other big room is warm!! The food is very good and reasonably priced. We enjoy many of their menu items other than just pizza. Our favorite Spring Hill pizza place for the two of us who are never in a hurry.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I WENT TO THE PIZZA HUT ON COMMERCIAL WAY AND WAS ABSOLUTELY APPAULED BY HOW THE MANAGER (PATTY I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS) TREATED HER EMPLOYEES. SHE SHOWED THEM NO RESPECT OR CONSIDERATION WHEN THEY WERE CLEARLY WORKING HARD WHILE SHE SIMPLY STOOD BY AND DID NOTHING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, I HATE TO SEE PEOPLE EING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Called in to order delivery and tryed to order off site. the people at pizzahut acted like they had no idea what i was talking about they couldnt find menu items listed on their site. in the end i ended up with something i didnt even want. great way to throw 20 dollars out the window with bullshit service i expected much more from such a big name establishment

I had my sons 13th birthday party here a month ago. The server who was assigned to us was wonderful!! I wish I could remember her name. She was on top of everything with the orders, which left me to be able to enjoy my sons party.

hands down still the best pizza in town. even time i dine-in i feel like a kid again, when i use to do book-it. now my kids are doing the book-it and its great to see them enjoy the rewards i use to.

The salad bar was not up to pizza hut standards. Managers Mike and nadalia did not manage the restaurant or the employees. The salad was wilted along with the cottage cheese was spoiled.
