WARNING!!!! Avoid this Location! Long time customers who have watched it slowly decline! My wife and I love Pizza Hut and have tolerated enough from this location! They are Rude, Unprofessional and a disgrace to the Pizza Hut Brand! Do these people not care about there jobs in a recession? And the food is simply not what we have come to know as Pizza Hut Quality! We would complaint to management but that would be pointless because they have allowed this substandard service. Why have 6 people on staff sitting behind the counter yet i cant even get a refill for 10 minutes and good luck getting your check too ( 15minutes)! We would have sent the poor food back but did not only in fear of what these sketchy employees would do to our food! We heard our server talking about how she had to " tell someone off and followed them out to the parking lot". Not sure if she meant a Pizza hut Customer or her Ex-boyfriend..but either way it was an unnecessary conversation. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience there. Im surprised that nothing has been done for so long. We have only been back since because we had been invited by friends from out of town. We tried to suggest going somewhere else but didnt want to be rude. We might consider just getting carryout from now on but still weary of the Attitude or General Lack of appreciation for our business. Hire some people who will really work hard there and appreciate it!!! If you choose to go you have been warned!

I called to place an order on my way home from work and was told it would be 20 minutes. I arrived about two minutes early, paid and sat to wait. As I sat there, a man came in who was apparently known to the employees; a couple of them greeted him and one of the waitresses hugged him and then started to tell him a story. When the phone rang; no one else was around, so the waitress said, "Wait, I have to put this on hold," and then did just that - put a customer on hold so she could continue telling her personal story to this man (who was clearly NOT a customer). In the meantime, I had been waiting about 8 minutes, so I asked someone else to check on my order. By the time I left, it had been over 30 minutes since I was told it would be 20 minutes. I wouldnt have left a review except I had frozen grocery items in the car, and didnt appreciate having to wait so much longer. Even then I would have hesitated to leave a review, but the fact that the waitress PUT A CUSTOMER ON HOLD so she could have a personal conversation just sent me over the edge. I have a pay-as-you-go cell phone and would not have wanted to sit on hold, as my charges racked up, waiting for some uncaring employee to finish her personal business rather than attending to the business shes being paid for.

I ordered my pizza at 913, it is now 12:07 am. Its almost here for the second time. Theyre not charging me however to be fair - there is no other place to get dinner in High Springs this late and because the driver got lost and gave up so returned to Pizza Hut, no one calls to say "Hey, we f****d up! Were sorry". I had to call them just to find out they had given up and "do you want us to rede liver your food" at this point my 3 hr old pizza, breadsticks and dessert is just sitting there. I appreciate the effort in trying to comp the meal but really that food was garbage after the first trip out around 2 hours ago so at this point youre doing it to try and justify whatever the hell happened that caused a pizza to take more than 3 hours to get to my family ( btw all 3 kids fell asleep during their sleepover with no pizza like promised) this is just poor customer service to not reach out to your customer. All of the communication is because I called them. Last point - its now 1213 and its still not here!!!

Called this pizza hut and had to repeat our order and our names and literally everything we said 3-4 times... We are literally 10 min down the road from them and we were told it would take about 25 min till it was gonna be here... We proceed to wait OVER an hour for our pizza and we end up calling to cancel the order because we had already called once after about 30 min just to check and was told he was on the way with our pizza... Dude says we are not even on the delivery list... Literally as soon as we got off the phone from cancelling the order, the delivery guy shows up. We are now waiting on a different pizza company in the area to finish our pizza. Makes more sense the other pizza place would have higher ratings. We didnt have to repeat anything and they were quick to take our order... It was cheaper as well, so this pizza hut isnt even worth the call!! All in all, its to much of a hassle trying to get a pizza from these guys.

It took over 30 minutes to be seated and place my order even though the restaurant was mostly empty (Maybe 5 or 6 tables with people) and there was only 1 group ahead of me in line. During that time we werent acknowledged at all by the staff. This is in large part because they only had ONE waitress working during the dinner hour. She was nice and polite but wasnt able to answer my questions about the new Udis pizza they have. She also told me they dont offer tea when there was a big urn labeled "Liptons" visible behind the counter. Got the pizza and it was not very good at all partly because the crust just isnt as good as the Dominos gluten free (its dry and flavorless) but also because they skimp on the toppings and it was pretty greasy. I got sausage, bacon, and mushroom and at first I thought theyd forgotten the bacon because it was a small amount of ground up bacon sort of dusted over the pizza.

Well as Pizza Huts go, this has been by far the worst one I have ever eaten at, and I am a local. Wont go near the place. Dont know how they stay in business, but reporting them never seems to change anything. Before the removed the Salad bar, I witnessed a waitress stocking the salad bar, and she dropped some toppings on the floor. She then bent down to pick them up with her bare hands, threw out the piece of salad, and went back to stocking the bar, without WASHING HER HANDS. That did it for me. On top of that, they take forever to make a simple pizza, Why a 1 topping pizza should take over 30 minutes to make, when nobody is even in the hut except me is ridiculous. Also some of the employees are over the top RUDE. Complained, she was suspended for 3 days. So what, she should have been FIRED. AVOID the place, if you value your health.

Terrible. Our first experience we waited 1.5 hours before I finally had to go to the store and ask where my pizza was, and all they could offer was a refund. My son had fallen asleep hungry, waiting on his pizza. Today we tried for a second time some month or two later, only to wait 40 minutes for the wrong pizza. When given "options" it was either wait another 30 minutes for the pizza I had ordered over an hour before, or accept a $5 discount on a third disappointment. We even had to give back the pizza we had been given, so my son had to smell the pizza, and SEE the pizza, but because they had to "Weigh the loss" he ate dry cereal and didnt want pizza by the time it got here. Management is rude and a complete failure, do-the-minimum customer service, and the times are terrible. My family wont suffer this place a third time.
