Shawanda was sweet, helpful, and friendly. Shes a great employee Haagen Dazs! Excellent cafe con leche made exactly how we like it. We drank it at a nice little table outside. Next time I need a coffee or dose of Ice Cream while on that part of the beach, thats where Ill go. Gosh, one bad trip someplace doesnt mean its gotta be condemned. A pattern can be discerned, but not on one visit. Cmon, are you UP every day?! This is a well run shop. Thanks Shawanda!

Who doesnt like Haagen-Dazs? I always end the night with a scoop of ice cream on a cone... and then walk on the boardwalk as the ice cream sprays on me from the wind. Okay, that was only one time! Ive been coming here for years now, and this spot is one of my regulars for some good, quick ice cream. Service is always good and usually fast.

Horrible place. The workers were rude and extremely unprofessional. They acted as though they were doing me a favor by serving me. They skimp on the servings and I dont recommend them at all. Not even if it was for free.

The customer service was amazing! Very clean store. The best coffee on hollywood beach! They have a morning special with coffee & bagel that my family got everyday. they top any of the other places on hollywood beach!

I know this ice cream and my whole family loves it for its excellent taste and quality. but we were deceived with the price and it was very unpleasant. in the end, we paid $ 21 for each waffle horn. too expensive!
