Chill-N My friends on Yelp know that I love this place, they know this because I check in a few times a month and feel no remorse for it whatsoever lol. Its definitely my favorite Ice Cream spot. Chill-N is such a unique but simple idea. Take some dairy, add some flavoring, throw in some mix-ins and then super cool it all using the power of liquid Nitrogen. The staff is made up of friendly faced teenagers whom seem to actually enjoy coming to work. Even when the line is peeking out the door. I like the "chemistry-style" experience of ordering your ice cream off a wall chart that resembles the periodic table of elements. I recommend the: Bs/Ce/Nt + Kd Its Biscotti + Coffee + Nutella flavoring added to your ice cream which has a krispy kreme donut mixed in. ITS AMAZING! Try it, youll thank me. Pros: Ice Cream made right in front of your eyes Ice cream made right in front of your eyes using a cool Nitrogen gas cooling system. They also serve frozen yogurt if youre looking for something a little lighter Friendly staff The pricing is fair Cons: During weekends and some nights the line can literally be out the door. Its cramped inside, so get ready to rub elbows with a stranger. There is VERY limited seating space, so just know that youll probably be taking it to go.

One of the more unique and tasty experiences in Miami! They take science and turn it into delicious fun. The ice cream here is so smooth and perfect. You choose a base, ice cream or frozen yogurt. Then, you choose whatever youd like to have mixed into your concoction. They even have Krispy Kreme glazed donuts as an option. Then, you get to watch them flash freeze your ice cream, with the cool vapor effects and all. Not only is it a cool display of creating ice cream, but its also as good as it looks. Actually, its a lot better. This place is seriously just too cool. It is a bit hard to find as it is tucked in a plaza, but once you find it, theres a fair bit of parking available. Only downside is the lack of indoor seating. Otherwise, this place is amazing.

Do you like the idea of your taste buds being taken to a wonderful world of sweet flavors and delicious combinations? Well if you arent lactose intolerant, grew up watching Bill Nye and love science, Chill-N-Ice is the perfect place for you to experience the closest thing to Nirvana this side if Miami with cold confections. The staff is friendly and courteous and the amount of flavor combinations that you can create is incredible. My personal favorite at the moment is cake batter with pop-tarts and Krispy Kreme OMG!!? So good Ive had it 5 times in a row. A great place to take the kids and hang out with friends and eat good ice cream. Definitely worth a check out if you havent been there before

I really do not know what all the rave is about this ice cream. I have had ice cream here on four different occasions and I am lead to believe that the fancy nitrogen in the air makes the taste completely psychological. I cannot taste the difference between Cold Stone and Chill-N. Cool atmosphere, nice staff members, ultimately good ice cream but over priced. You can get the same ice cream cheaper at Cold Stone. Will I ever go back? Maybe... only if I have a coupon.

Must say this is really good ice cream, they have a very trendy local and the service is polite, I had my first ice cream there and it was really filling, you get quite a good amount of ice cream. Its great to see how good of a system they have when the line literally goes out the front door and it just keeps on moving and you get your ice cream in great timing. I recommend strawberry and Nutella!

In a word...awesome. the process is cool to watch, the variety of flavors and toppings is huge and the ice cream is some of the best Ive ever had. Every bite has some of your chosen topping in it. My sister told me about this place and now I feel like we need to go all the time. The employees are friendly and they play great music inside. All around awesome deal.

Ice cream is pretty much my favorite food and I try it everywhere I go. I can say confidentally that ChillN is the best ice cream Ive ever had anywhere. So many options for flavors, toppings, and bases. Ive never tried a combination here that I didnt like. Only downside is that the location is small and it can get pretty crowded, but its always worth it.

Yum yum yum! Love this place and their selections. Its fun being able to watch the nitrogen ice cream or yogurt being made. Service is always good but location can get really packed. Just be prepared to wait in line of youve made it after school hours. It will be packed with kids from nearby schools. It really is that good!

Real ingredients like "real vanilla bean" in vanilla foe example. Make the ice cream shop a necessary stop on South Dixie Highway either to or from your destination. The crowd at almost all times at the shop is clearly showing you the quality and goodness of the ice cream. "Off the Charts". Keep doing what you are doing!

This ice cream is some of the best Ive had! The nitrogen is not just a gimmick it makes a real difference in terms of mouth feel and overall texture. Their mix-in selections are great too! Its a little sweeter than what I prefer to get from gelato, but if youre looking for the best ice cream look no further!

The wait can be long, but it is worth it to experience the smooth creaminess of liquid nitrogen frozen ice cream. They have frozen yogurt too. Only thing I missed in July was the Apple ice cream. The chocolate and pistachio flavors are good, so we suffered with those instead.

All smoke and no flavor. I got Dulce de Leche, it was like sucking on sugar. Tasted nothing like dulce de leche. Couldnt eat more than 2 spoonfuls. My daughter asked for mint, and the other for strawberry. Same thing, overly sweet. They use very low quality products.

Yum, yum, and yummy!! This is almost my favorite ice cream of all time. We ate here twice in 3 days. I had the cookies and cream both times. The wait was quite long on both days and the place is small and snug. But definitely worth the wait!!

This place is all about the experience. With Nitrogen piping all around the place and clouds of Nitrogen vapor everywhere the kids enjoyed picking their flavors and watching it mix in the bowl. The ice-cream is quite tasty.

This is a very unique ice cream place and the kids love it. A little pricey but it is fun to watch and the results are delicious. They do take square wallet payments here which is how I found it in the first place.
