LOVE THIS PLACE!! The ice cream is so smooth and the girls and guys who make is are so nice! They make it however you want and take their time explaining the process to newcomers. Plus its a local chain which is very cool! The signs on the wall are humorous and mention Miami, and theres mention of the owners and how great they are (I ordered an ice cream that happened to be the same as how the owner likes his, the girl was so happy to be talking about him). Everyone there seems happy and I really hope this place makes it!

The ice cream is amazing here! I probably go a couple of times a month and always have good experience. Tonight I walked in at 10:01 pm And was told sorry were closed I asked the girl if she could please just take my order since it was only 1 minute past closing time, door was open and the place had about ten patrons in there! And was told no sorry their saying no. I left and called to ask who was the manager on duty and was informed her name was Ashley. Not good customer service if you ask me?

This is a great place to channel your inner ice cream mad scientist. With a extensive menu of bases, toppings, and mix-ins made to order. This hip and cool nitrogen infused ice cream is not your mommas ice cream shop it has a menu that looks like a periodic table and your concoction will be displayed prowdly on your cup. Fun place for family and kids, date nights, or a hot Miami day which is typically all year round.

I come here ALL THE TIME. My fiancé and I have become regulars. This is hands down the best ice cream in the area. You can definitely taste the difference between regular and the fast frozen nitro prep. We always look forward for the seasonal flavors to come out. And the staff is always delightful. They are always patient with my indecisiveness, and that says a lot! There are so many flavor combinations.

Creamiest ice cream Ive ever had. Not sure about best ice cream, but its def up there. Comparable to gelato or sweet cream (ex. Cold Stone). Really cool to watch the process. They make it fresh right in front of you. Dont add toppings. You cant really appreciate the creaminess the same way. Also, its SUPER rich, so get one size smaller than you usually get. Recommend.

This concept of Nitrogen churned ice cream is awesome. They taste incredible, my favorite is the Nutella ice cream. You can add things like brownies or cookie dough to donuts and it will be mixed on your ice cream. The establishment looks like a mix of a lab and a bakery its so cool.

The only thing is that each topping is additional charge but otherwise its delicious! Cant tell the difference between ice-cream or frozen yogurt. The quantity is plenty, I ordered a small and I couldnt even finish it. I love that the menu is designed like a periodic table!

Best ice cream in FTL hands down. Its similar consistency to frozen custard, and I just love the plethora of options available from ice cream flavor two add-ons :-) A must see-go-try! I had chocolate with rainbow sprinkles and Oreo!

Im not a huge ice cream fan, but this is an entirely different experience. Nitro ice cream is smoother due to less ice crystals, and it tastes like pure silk. There are also so many combos, I try a different one every time.

The BEST ICE Cream, made to order using Nitrogen to flash freeze the ingredients. My favorite is Salted Caramel. The employees are Young but Very Helpful and Friendly. Its a clean place too, Even the bathroom. TRY IT!
