This is a nice little chill spot when there arent a ton of people in there. Its pretty small, open space so sound echoes all around. However, the ice cream is delicious. I havent eaten ice cream in years because a lot of places dont offer Lactose-Free options. SUBZERO does. You can have lactose-free, Sugar-free; whatever your little hear desires, along with your own special flavoring. Make it however it want. The only thing that I dont like is that the candies/fruits to mix in are .55 cents each. But it ok. Its stops me from wanting to be greedy and dumping everything in my fresh Waffle Bowl.

This store is a hidden jewel in the Inner Sunset; I am deeply glad it has survived the rather significant gentrification over the past decade. Michi and her husband are extremely friendly, and this place is like a little taste of Japanese hospitality here on the West Coast of the US. Prices are excellent; I found a wonderful bowl here for $1.59!! They have an interesting variety of goods, snacks and foods, and I always feel happy after a visit. Again, this place is a little treasure, and I hope it lasts forever.

Not only am I a regular here, but I had to have them serve fresh ice cream at my wedding!!! My family was SUPER surprised to see them (and with the heat, most people went to get ice cream first before dinner)! They gave great service and YUMMY ice cream. If you want freshly made ice cream at your event, do it BIG with Sub Zero!! They even offered to come to my school for career day too for the upcoming school year!! Give Ramon a call~ Worth every dime.

Needs better management. The employees are disoriented and unorganized. They should all be wearing gloves constantly . The atmosphere feels very dirty with the tables never wiped down and the floor full of crums. Just not the kind of place I would eat at. The quality of the icecream is not worth it. Its average and i would honestly prefer one from the regular grocery store. I would advice everyone to try other nitrogen icecream places and compare.

Horrible night yesterday they were training a new employee who did not make my ice cream correctly. All he could focus is on his phone and that was playing on and of course raising the volume. We waited for him about 15 minutes to make our ice cream. The ice cream had pieces of the base frozen which treated horrible. Now I am try to call to problem my issue and no answers the phone I have called 4 times.

The ice cream is great. Excellent display and flavor and many choices. I love this place. Will always go back again and again and again. My lil girl loves this place. Prices in my opinion for the work they put in are extremely good. Cheaper and much better than cold stone. Highly recommended. Would give it more stars if possible.

It was good. I ordered a small Lennon ice and I was a little putoff because the ice didnt seem to fill the cup as it did for everyone else that order regular icecream and custard. I feel like I should have gotten a lot more ice lemon... I tried my friends amaretto icecream and it was awesome. Will order the amaretto next time.

Delicious Ice-Cream and excellent service. They have a lot of different flavor and toppings. They also have smoothie. You have to try their Expresso Ice-cream. We also love the Red Bean and Ginger. Must try... You will love it!
