It was my first time their and went try it out yes the ice cream was good but in reality for the price rate the same as gallon of ice cream at the market which wouldve have come out better after the rudeness we were treated. My oldest son that is 18 goes and as politely for napkins because in our table ran our and we need for my 1yr old that eating ice cream but spilling some and my son was told by an employee to go get from the tables outside which were filled as if he was going to go over the people tonget it just because they didnt want to assist and then to top it off we sitting eating our ice cream and an employee comes to our table and tells us in these exact words "we are closing so I have to kick you out" everywhere Ive gone they lock the door and wait to you finish eating never in my life weve been humiliated and kick out of a place again we wouldve have been better off and saved money buying ice at super market and eating it at home then having to have gone to that experience specially on our first time there so guarantee its our last time there

When I entered the store there was no one at the register all employees where in a small room in the back and when the one male noticed me he just kept hugging the female co-worker he was attached to so basicly eveyone was was in the back not giving a cramp about the front needless to say this is not the first time this had happened to me up entering this store. A sense of urgency when a customer comes wouldbe greatly appreciated !!!!

The concept they have here it is pretty unique, you can actually enjoy watching them make your ice cream. You get to choose flavor and toppings and then they mix it up with nitrogen for you. The flavor, at least for my experience was super sweet but very good.

Super friendly fast service. Live walking into a ice cream parlor and being greeted with a smile. The concept they follow for their ice cream is so cool (pun intended). It reminds me of something similar to when Walter White was cooking for Gus.

The choices are absolutely endless. Its also really fun to watch them make it. Very cool site to see. The sorbet flavor is fantastic. The fact that you get ice cream made from scratch, makes me want to come here everyday. This place is a must.

Great places. The concept is cool. However I wish they had more combinations posted on a wall to give you some flavor and ingredient combination ideas. I went with peanut butter ice cream with banana, granola and pecans. It was perfect.

Amazing ice-cream! Its super creamy and I love how you can create your own combinations in which the toppings will not only be on top of the icecream but makes the icecream with them and crushes them, its great! Bring it to nyc please

Interesting concept makes for pretty good ice cream. Its smoother that regular ice cream. Its almost as smooth as soft serve but nowhere near as fattening. Great toppings that go along with it.

I really enjoy this places ice cream. Be warned that it is very sweet. However, the process generates very tiny sugar crystals in the ice cream making it very smooth.
