Maybe this place has low prices and good food, but costumer services and being honest is part of the game too. My wine called to place a order roast pork for our NYE Party. A deposit of $50 was paid over the phone with a remaining balance of $240 and $20 to be refunded when the tray was returned. The Roasted Pork wasnt as good as expected, it was super cold when I picked up, like it was standing for several hours by the scheduled "pick up time". The following week I retuned the tray and was charged $10 for not have clean it, neither me or my wife were aware of this fee. And today, I discovered a duplicated charge on my Credit Card, as you can see in the screenshot attached they charged $240 in 2 different days. When I called, the manager was not available to talk to me and they wanted me to go there in person to fix the issue... Are you kidding me!? I have too much thinks to do to be driving one hour for their mistake. Bye bye Las Viñas BBQ.

We ordered via Uber eats and when the meal arrived it was not what we ordered at all. We ordered three different pork dinners and received a fish dinner and a flank steak dinner. We would have called the restaurant to request a redeliver but the reason we used Uber eats is that no one at the restaurant spoke English to take our order over the phone. But we were starved after a long day of working so decided to eat what was delivered. The fish was overlooked and dry, and the beef was so tough it would not cut with a dinner knife. The fries were soggy. But the black beans and rice were good. Cant complaint nabout Uber eats - they were given the wrong order to deliver. But will certainly never order from Las Vinas again.

Todo menos no hay comodidad para comer al aire libre. Los fans los ponen flojos no dan sevicio afuera y no ofrecen comodidad solo en forma de takeout. Ni platos ni vasos. Para q sirven las mesas afuera si no dan ni servicio ni si quiera platos.. OMG A pesar de esto la comida es excellente

My family and myself love this place. We order food from here every year for nye or Christmas eve dinners sometimes both. If you wait til last min you should expect to stand in line for longer than youd like. Parking is horrible. But its a small price to pay for delicious food. Customer service at least for me has always been great.

is the perfect place for a magical moment with your partner, i really had a good time. I really think is worth the distance... they have room with different themes and you can ask them to decorate it with flowers, this is a very kinky detail. i will totally go again.

The ribs were pretty good, but when I asked for BBQ sauce they had none. DO NOT expect American BBQ. No corn on the cob. No French fries. Basically , its a typical Cuban place...rice, beans, & meat. 4 starts because the food was good.

Best Pork EVER!!!!! Great variety of Cuban cuisine. Awesome decor felt like an indoor ranch style gazebo as if were right at home eating Grandmas home cooking. Would recommend to family and friends! Will be returning soon!!!

The food in addition to being exquisite is made with natural ingredients, they dont add food colors to the Moro, sweet plantains are not frozen, comply with all cleaning rules. It is a clean and delicious place.

Good old-fashioned Cuban food at great prices. You can buy lunch for one or feed an army. Staff is friendly. Just dont wait for the last minite to get food during a holiday. The line us usually out the door.
