We just had dinner at the smokey bones on 441 North of Palmetto Park Rd in Boca Ratón. Weve had dinner there many times. The food is consistently good and so is the service. Our waitress tonight was excellent. However, I found broken glass in my glass of water as I was finishing it. I did not make a big deal, but did tell our waitress about the incident so that they would throw away the glass and take any precautions necessary. She apologized profoundly, and told us she had adviced her manager. She offered us a dessert on the house, which we did not accept as we were full. We were not looking to get anything for free. As I mentioned, we are regular customers, however i did expect that the manager would take the time to come out and apologize for the incident, showing some concern. We were asked to wait for him/her to come out, and after waiting for a good 15 minutes, no one ever showed up. This is a lack of responsibility and customer service that I can not understand or accept. This was not an angry customer complaining about a cold dish, in fact, this was not a customer complaining about anything.... but knowing that one their customers had just found glass in their drink should have triggered enough urgency to have come out immediately and apologize.

If your idea of a good time and good food is ingesting ludicrous amounts of sodium chloride then Smokey Bones is for you! If you enjoy actual BBQ and being able to actually taste your food steer clear of this place. The only acceptable Item on smokey bones menu is the beer, and even that isnt served in a chilled glass. My co-workers and I ate here this past friday and were all around disappointed with everything that came out. The Fried pickles were so bad we sent them back when the manager came around to ask us how everything was. Of course that didnt stop them for charging us for them. If you want real BBQ and to actually enjoy your meal head over to Blue Willys in Pompano Beach. The drive is a bit far but so long as your driving in the opposite direction of smokey bones you cant go wrong!

So I come here Monday nite. With my son & wife for all you can eat wings. First Id like to mention we are regulars. Its unfortunate thats they run a promotion to make you never want to come back. They say you can mix sauces apparently you cant cause they come out wrong every time. They start you off with a decent amount of wings then the amount keeps getting smaller and smaller and the wings become worse and worse..... so apparently it is actually EAT all you want till you cant stand eating how disgusting they are. We had to have a manager come over because the waiter wouldnt clear the table. Such a shame that the manager said it was a problem but did nothing..... This was our local go to for BBQ guess we need to stick to driving the hour to famous daves.......

I feel disappointed that I have to write a not so great review. Ill keep it to the point. Food came out was returned 3 times and it was just chicken fingers and fries. Dark brown dry chicken fingers served repeatedly by staff turned what was a celebration into a real mess. I cant say the other food was so great. And the service unfortunately we felt as if we youre making a mistake and we were at fault. It was a four-time very pleasant people. Also in the biz understanding of restaurant workings. We were more than Pleasant overly nice. Simple problem couldnt be solved would not eat there again just on the treatment alone sadly it was not a good experience at all. Hope they fix things that would be good for everyone.

Dont waste your time or money on this establishment. Worst barbeque experience ever. never once had to pick an entrée at the tune of $15 then pay almost $5 a side for anything other then French fries because none of their meals come with sides...gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading over the menu. ordered, expecting if I was pay that much for just an entrée with my sides on the side the portions would be immense, much to my amazement my food came out cold and there wasnt even enough meat on my plate to feed a small child let alone a grown man. who ever owns this place needs some real help when it comes to business/food management

Smokey Bones. You love it or you hate it. Is place for you? Hint: it is. Ill start with the good: The food/drinks are good. Service is great. Theyre open late, too. Lots to pick from. Portions are large, so come hungry. Now the not so good... In South Florida, you dont find many restaurants that serve Barbecue. In Boca, you find a few places serving Barbecue. From the sauce to side dishes. Its all the same, nothing special. Smokey Bones included. Pricey for what it is, the cheapskate in me says. Yet, I loved it. If you made it this far, just go. Try it. Its a good stop, regardless.

Another of our weekly stops for many years. Great family BBQ place! We keep coming back because the food is good and they treat us well. Sometimes busy, but the hostesses are very active, clearing tables themselves to get you seated quickly. Plenty of t.v.s to view sports. We like it and that keeps us coming back. They now have something new called the Bone Fire -a BBQ platter for 2 to 5 people - check the photos for the details. Try the Nutty Chicken Salad for a great salad you can make a meal of!

been going to SB for about 8 years, its an excellent product, big portions, the ribs are very very good smoked on premise ribs, 2 types of ribs, stakes, sandwiches, 4 different sauces, a lot of menu variety.... you get two sides with an entree so I dont get where that previous review is coming from... great atmosphere, very good appetisers, friendly bartenders.... Ive never gotten a bad meal or service from this location.... Ive eaten a lot of BBQ in my life and this place is a top quality product

Worst service ever! Our table of four were all getting brisket but then the server said they were out. Our waitress Harmony, forgot EVERYTHING! And I mean everything. Plus, she kept disappearing and not coming back for drink refills. This place wasnt even busy enough to justify the terrible service. We have been here twice and both times rank up there in our worst places to go list. We will never come back and never refer here. Sucked.

Food was pre-made/warmed up - the surface of the soup was cold but warm inside it, same with the pork, mashed potatoes, etc. Burger was good, but the rest was a disappointment. There is no variety in taste between soup, pork and burger as if the same BBQ sauce was used for everything. Prices are higher than Chilis next door. You know something isnt right when the food comes out in less than 20 minutes upon arrival.

"Just Ok" Lively place. Good selection of beers. Wanted beef brisket but they were out of it. I ordered the baby back rib and pulled pork combo which comes with a choice of two sides. The ribs were meaty and very good. The pulled pork was on a toasted garlic both top and both. just ok. My wife ordered the baby back rib and grilled chicken breast combo. They brought her a leg and thigh and then replaced it. Also just ok
