The manager Alex rudely kicked me out today when I was asking an employee/former co-worker about the restaurant. The gave me a nasty face and told me to leave. I left the place with a two week notice so there is no reason why the Alex should be rude to me. He disrespected me as a CUSTOMER Im no longer an employee he can NOT speak to me the way he did. If you are a former employee DO NOT EAT THERE unless you want to be treated unfairly. This place is also not fresh , the cashiers handle the money and then put the paper on your red plates WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS because our Alex doesnt enforce anything. The place is full of abdominal roaches. When the inspector comes Alex( The general manager) just talks to her and she doesnt check the creamery side, which is the main place thats full of roaches so if you want to get sick then continue eating there.

Friday, June 10th I went to The FuddRuckers in Hialeah Westland Mall my husband and I. Be Careful buying the food and getting over-charged for what you order. I ordered a Burger with Baked Potatoe and coleslaw. Instead to charge me more they charged me for a meal with a soda when I only wanted water. I went back to the cashier and nicely I said why did you charge me for a meal when you could have charged me individually and not overcharge me. He would not answer and I asked for the Manager. Manager was just as rude as was the cashier but at least they credited me the cash back. I would not recomment this FuddRuckers. Every Time I go there one way or another I have had a problem. I really give this place a Poor Score One Star.

Fuddruckers is a great and unique burger restaraunt. You order your 1/2 or 1/3lb burger to order, however rare or well done you like. They give you a pager and you sit at your table til your burger is ready. They have a toppings salad bar where you dress the burger as you like, which I think is perfect. The french fries are potato wedges, awesome! At the fixin bar they have self serve nacho cheese, steak sauce, burger seasoning etc. The decor is great, with dozens of hollywood celebrity photos on the wall and corner booths themed ( elvis, bee gees, beatles etc). Ive been going to fudds for 20 years all over the country, i just wish they had one near Daytona where I live...

good food, decent counter help, but as an American establishment, to me its shameful that the cheese dispenser doesnt even say cheese, just queso. Also half of the workers dont even try to speak English. Im an American. A gringo fluent in Spanish. I do speak Spanish and I am very open minded, but I dont go to a Spanish establishment expecting them to speak English just for me. I just dont think its right. it needs to change.

I used to be a weekly custumer but not anymore after i got this rude employee name LEANDRO he is the most rude i have ever meet. All he does is complain well i got news for him if you are not happy go and look for another job but people is not supposed to deal with you rude personality and burgers are ok and the place was dirty

Cashier was very rude. We were ready to order and no one else was ordering but she ignored us for a while. Then she basically threw the cup and the pager at us with an attitude. We were really nice to her so her behavior was very unnecessary. Other than that, the food was good.

If you like your burger to taste like it was soaking in a tub of oil for a week then Fuddruckers is the place for you. Even McDonalds burgers are 20 times better. It wasnt just me but also my husband who thought it was gross. Will never come back here.

I have always enjoyed the food at this place until now, I ordered a taco beef salad and found a little surprise between the lettuce leafs.... A f.....g insect, Im not coming back to this place, ever again. At least the manager refund me my money .....

One of my favorite local eating spots! Staff is sometimes nice and sometimes rude, dont like the manager woman too much, she gave me a stink eye the other day. Otherwise I recommend the Taco Salad, its HUGEEE and only $10!

Among the best burgers in town, always prepared to perfection. You can choose the size of yours from 1/4 to 1 pound; also have turkey, buffalo, salmon, chicken. Very good fries, and the salad bar is always full.

I like the vibe and decor. The burgers are huge and the buns are delicious. Yummy shakes and desserts. Highly recommend it. You will never want another burger anywhere else again

I would have given it 5 stars but they ruined the tea. They make the tea in flavors and use one basket so it all tastes like fake fruit. Their tea used to be my favorite thing.

Surprising clean for Hialeah, nice and good burgers! I think I misjudge Hialeah sometimes, maybe since Im American but this was a good place to eat and they spoke english!
