Four of us went to dinner this evening to try out this place. We were seated right away and met with a warm welcome. My chair was filthy with food on it and I couldnt sit right away and the place was pretty empty and it was a Saturday at 5:30. Not sure if that was too early for Saturday evening diners. Our waiter came over and we placed out orders. The hamburger that was ordered medium came out RAW! The salads were dry and the lettuce brownish. The zucchini fries were soaking wet and dripping with oil which we just canceled them, yuck! Even the french fries were oily, more so than should have been. We were finally able to track down our waiter to let him know about all of the issues. He took back the hamburger, but did nothing about the salads, nor did he say anything, like can I get you something else or do something to fix it. We were all hungry and were not in the mood to wait for all of the meals to go back, it was probably a bad idea. When he brought back the hamburger HE had told the cooks to make it medium well which we still wanted medium so we just took it. The USELESS manager was just hanging/playing around in the restaurant talking and joking around with the help and never even came over to us. I can see someone having a bad day, but this place didnt care about anything, and we all said were done with this place. Pretty sad, because its always the management or lack of that brings down a business as in this case. Save yourself a big disappointment.

I had high hopes that I would find great burgers when I saw the word Kobe on the menu ( in my country they are juicy, packed with flavor ) Went there with wife and 2 kids and arrived 9:20pm. We asked for 2 Kobe burgers, fries, and a kids menu burger. 15min later we got our burgers. The burger was not what I was hopping for. It was good...thats it. Fries were awful. Mushy and flavorless. The worst in my whole trip. But that, to me, is acceptable. What is unacceptable is the fact that during our meal, nobody, not even once, came to check if we were ok, if needed more soft drinks or whatever. In fact, we got no napkins. Had to get up and look for them. It was 9:50pm and the waitress were rushing to close the restaurant, removing pillows from the balcony couches, etc. Still didnt look to our table even being 3 feet away. Well, gave up on the soda... It was time to pay the check. Again, nobody. I had to get up, go to look for somebody that could give me my check ( 9:55pm). The waitress asked if I were going to include the service and I said no and the reason why. She couldnt care less... When I told this blond waitress that I was going to review the restaurant online, I heard: Yeah, go on... Ill keep closing my restaurant"....

La sala bien decorada y cómoda. Las hamburguesas de buena carne, pero en la de queso azul el sabor del queso es tan fuerte que enmascara el sabor de la carne. Las patatas fritas estaban poco crujientes y blanduchas. Un detalle feo, muy FEO: en una sala medio VACÍA, que no se llenó durante nuestra visita, NO es una buena opción comercial sentar a unos clientes en la mesa al lado del acceso a los aseos, viendo como una camarera prepara el papel higiénico. La chica que nos tomó la comanda y nos trajo las hamburguesas es la única que salvo de la mala crítica. No volveré.

I visited zinburger at sawgrass 2/7/17, not too many customers I dont think....maybe about 10 tables. It was late afternoon. I can honestly say the food was good, I feel the burgers might be a little pricey since sides arent included. I order the zinburger with a Turkey Pattie, I dont really eat beef, and I ordered the truffle fries and 50/50 float shake. It was all so good, the fries I wasnt crazy for. The float was delicious. Now my son ordered the ringer and it so happen the paper used to separate cheese slices in the package was included in his burger.....yuck! So I told the server about it and Im not sure if he even apologized for it. He took it back and asked if we wanted another burger. Obviously I said yes, well we got the new burger to go. Not once did a manager or the cook come by to apologize for the mistake. Then on top of that I was still charged for the burger....REALLY???? All in all the food is good, but the service was HORRIBLE!

Dejamos el carrito de compras estacionado en la entrada porque no dejan ingresarlo y nos robaron todo. La señora que creemos que es la administradora salió y lo único que decía es que no era su responsabilida. Sí es responsabilidad de ellos porque allí lo obligan a dejar y es la entrada del restaurante. Y no nos hicieron ninguna advertencia. Así que hay muchos ladrones al rededor no sean confiados y menos en ese restaurante.

The place looks great, everything is clean. Host was very nice, she adjusted the tables to make room for our stroller. We sat for 10mins no one came by. There where 3 tables around me with 3 different servers....... all ignore us. Walked over to Rainforest Cafe. Host sat us right away. Server came within 3mins(Ryan). Took our order right away and even offer about 7 different hand sanitizer before he brought our food. My wife has a special diet because of breast feeding. So, the chef came out to meet us and make a special dish just for her. We met the host, server and chef all within 5mins. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ZINBURGER. GO TO RAINFOREST CAFE. IF YOU WANT MY MONEY. EARN IT LIKE I DID.

I attended for the first time on July 31st. I had a good experience until August 3rd, I found 2 transactions on my bank statement. One was for $55.81 and another for $40.8. My original amount was $40.81 plus $15.00 tip. Im not sure how the original amount got charged again, but I want it resolved. My bank and both managers are aware of the situation. The biggest issue Im having is Ive been dealing with this for 2 weeks. Ive called several times and only had one call returned. I understand theyre busy, but clearly credit card fraud is not a priority. I will not be attending youre business ever again and make sure people I know and meet will do the same.

So this place is like walking into an upscale Shake shack on steroids. It was truly such an awesome experience coming here for a delicious burger alongside a creamy, chocolatey, foamy milkshake to go along with it. I got their Sam Burger which comes with bacon and thousand island and I couldnt be happier. I am a big fan of the CLASSIC burger and I think they NAILED it. Our server was extremely helpful and polite, I wish I wouldve caught his name. But anyways. I have been wanting to eat here for a while and now I regret that I took so long to make it happen. I am definitely coming back very soon!

Nice clean atmosphere with friendly staff and chefs. Husband and I shared the Big Bad Blue burger and it was super delicious. They even cut it in half for us. The burger was a little smaller than I was expecting for a $12 burger. We got the loaded fries as a quick bite before the burger. Everything was good but the cheese sauce while homemade didnt really taste like cheese... Moreso a bland cream sauce. Not very salty like you would expect from a regular cheese fries. Bit it is a scratch kitchen so quality of ingredients overall was excellent.
