This particular Fuddruckers location needs to be closed! It is in a prime location, but location does not matter if you cant eat your food. I am a little picky about my food. So when I have to send back every item but my drink, there is definitely an issue. I ordered a PLAIN 2/3 lb burger MEDIUM, it came out with toppings that I did not ask for. I sent it back, my fries were again with toppings I did not ask for. The kids burger was beef tartar, seriously a kids burger that far undercooked? I asked for medium well on the kids burger. The fries were over cooked too. How does that happen? When the food was recooked that medium burger I asked for, it was charred. The kids meal as well. When I went looking for a manager to express what had happened and to show him the food that could not even be eaten, I was told that no one knew where the manager was at. They offered to remake the burgers again, I declined. The uncooked meat in the butchers shop window by the registers is gray, that means it can be used to produce penicillin, and is way too old. Either way great idea but piss poor execution.

I visit this location often as I work and live nearby. Their service is good, and this is the best burger locally. The fast food burgers dont taste anywhere near as good and are only $2-4 less per combo. Then when you compare the other local shops like Five Guys, Elevation Burger, and even higher end restaurants like Cheesecake Factory you pay more and it just doesnt taste as good. I also find that most other places have a much more sloppily put together burger and fries that are not as fresh. Only complaints I have are the buffet style condiments and toppings can add a lot to the wait times especially on weekends and holidays. Adding the wait in line to place the order, wait to make it, and wait for condiments and toppings, you might see 30+ minutes. It can also get really loud at times with big families with children. But this place has a good model overall and I will continue to give them my business.

A burger place that cant cook burgers...I ordered a medium rare kobe burger...got the burger and it might has well been rare bloody...almost nearly uncooked completely. Went to the manager told her the situation. She took the burger back and said she will fix it. The new burger came and now this time is was completely overcooked on one side and the other was bloody...how do you manage that...come on this is a well known burger place and you cant cook a burger....told the manager that Im not going wait for another burger and ate the side that was cooked ...and all she offered was a free dessert....I dont want anything free but when you show the burger to the manager and sees that its not cooked...come on.....obviously she doesnt know how to cook at all...sad.....

Just talked to the manager on the phone as we got to the restaurant and they literally closed the door on our face. We even called the restaurant and asked if we could at least order food to go and the manager lied to us saying that registers were closed while we were watching cashiers open and taking customers orders. Terrible customer service. I hope the owner of this franchise read this review and is aware of the lack of business ownership this manager clearly showcased. So glad for Steak n Shake across the street. They happily take customers anytime.

Would recommend the buffalo burger with any other combo of toppings, as its very tasty and also lean. My problem here was with the manager running the food pick-up station. He refused to correct my girlfriends order when she asked, saying it was her fault the cashier typed the order wrong, and didnt change it until I went up and told him he was going to make it right, because thats what restaurants do. Nonsense.

My issue was with the manager and the way he came to me when I was telling him that I have order an specific burger to go and that when I was home I find out that my order was mess up. He came to me like I was making this up without asking me what happened. With people like that managing this place is honestly feel like not going or recommending this place. Its a shame because the food really good.

The food is so fresh each and every time we go...the atmosphere and the value for the great food keeps us coming back for more... The restaurant is always clean and the condiments are always full with the station clean! We absolutely love the buffalo burger and is very healthy and satisfying! We always try and bring friends and they also have made this their favorite burger place!! LOVE IT!!

God bless you the manager on duty Teusday night Juan Carlos for helping me and my wife literally on your hands and knees rumeging through both garbage bins in an attempt to find our daughters retainers. First manager I have ever come across to go that far the true meaning of above and beyond. God bless you man we need lots more like you.

We go all the way to Broward County to go to Fuds because we love the food. Their tea was one of my favorite items until they went and changed it to the nasty flavored teas. Even the plain tastes like fake fruit since it is all passed through the same basket. Please bring old tea back then it will be 5 stars.

Most of the food was good, but I asked for a bacon burger well well done and a onion soup the soup cold the girl on desserts had to warm it up and the burger medium rear no well well done, the rest of the order was good, I do not like to see pink in the meat, maybe next time is good

With all the new craze of BurgerFi or 5 Guys burger or Red Robin or what not. Fruddruckers has been making top notch burgers for years. it is gourmet burger make with fresh patty. every burger made to order to your desired doneness, and for a very reasonable price. Love this joint.

When i went there my child could not get his cheeseburger medium rare when he ordered of the kids menu only well done. The manager had a nasty attitude. And the person who took our order also had a nasty attitude too. And the burgers stunk. Will not go there again.

By far the best place for burgers. Every time I look at my last bite of my burger I am thinking about when I am coming back. Sometimes I save my appetite for the day so I can eat the one pounder. I have a family of five and we almost always agree to eat there.

I love their burgers so much, I drive 20+ miles from my house to their nearest location for a nice burger; cooked to my liking then I can add from their salad bar all the toppings I want. Only thing I wish - there was one closer to me.

I love this restaurant. Its technically a burger place, but the best thing they make is the chicken tenders. There are no waiters so its affordable, you can get your own drinks, and you get your food in under 10 minutes.
