If I could give NO stars, I would! I ordered 2 Whopper Jr. sandwiches from the Drive-Thru. When I got home, there was only one in the bag. Disappointing. BUT, the bun was stale, the burger was cold (I live 4 miles away) and the lettuce was wilted and had some black edges. I have NEVER in my entire life had a burger this bad! (Im 74 years old.) I would bet $10 this was leftover from yesterday! I will never, ever go there again, and probably will never go to ANY Burger King again. This restaurant is a very poor representation of such a well-known company. I was sooo glad they gave me only one sandwich! I ended up throwing the sandwich away and had no lunch. Sonic is only one block away - go there and get GOOD food!

My husband and I have been going to this Burger King for a couple months now for a quick inexpensive breakfast. Weve always had good service the staff is always been friendly. Burger King decided to move their staff around and the people that are there now are not friendly and the service has gotten to be horrible. But the last straw was this morning when I asked for unsweet tea instead of coffee and they said there was a 39 cent upcharge for tea instead of coffee. We will not go back-to this Burger King.

Yeah, ok so its only burger world, but just had to show you how much ketchup my friend Bill eats with any food that trypically uses ketchup. Me: "Want a burger with that glop of ketchup?" LOL. Review comments? Drive up people seem to get preferential treatment here, but the inside is nice. They have 32 oz. iced tea for only $1.00--not on the menu but the counter person was kind enough to suggest it as their best deal. The back door kept swinging open, and parking was a bit tight.

I requested hamburger off the grill and saw her take it from a tray. The meat was Luke warm. I told her what I saw her do and she denied it. I used to love their onion rings but not anymore, Luke warm and I think the onion ring is not a ring but pieces to form a ring. Place is very clean, great and friendly cashier service. I was offered some dip and questioned it. I told her I had never been to that Burger King or any in years. I will not return.

Myself and one other person at register. It took about 15 minutes to get my order in. Very slow service. My feet and my childrens feet were sticking to the floor. Very dirty. Soda machine was broken. My chicken sticks were over cooked. Not a very good Friday was the children at Burger king

My sisters and I just got food from the drive-thru at this location and discovered a spider in our bag! We then called to report this issue and the girl we were speaking to hung up on us! Not a great way to handle that situation, BK

Food is good BK quality. They do need to verify that the requested condiments are in the bag rather than assuring customer that they are present and there not being a single ketchup packet nor napkin in sight.
