Allow me to to state my opinion on the horrid restaurant that is Johnny Rockets, the food was extremely dry and brittle, leaving me pondering whether I had ordered a cheese burger or charcoal in an oiled bun. Second off the service was terrible, long waits, disrespectful staff, and over priced food (seriously 12$ for a cheeseburger and no fries?) the waiter for instance was an older fellow with an accent that resembles a New Yorkers accent, the man was rude, slow, and quite frankly a dick not to mention he charged me and my family of FOUR 12$ for a tip when we clearly wrote down a 5 dollar tip. The last and most certainly not least important detail of my survival story at the hell that is Johnny Rockets was the environment itself. Everything is cluttered, chairs and tables alike the whole scenery just gave me a headache. There was simply no order, three men over the span of 3 mins came over to my table and placed a menu on my table to ask for my order while other staff member ran about like a chicken with out a head. The whole experience was a misadventure into madness that will not be taking again, all in all best the thing about this sad excuse of a "restaurant" is the exit.

If this place is known for their burgers it must be because they suck. Over priced below par food. I got the patty melt and opted for the onion ring upgrade and my fiance got the smokehouse double with the cheddar bacon fry upgrade. The burgers were dry. The bread on my sandwich was extremely hard even though it wasnt overly toasted. I got 4 total onion rings which were poorly fried and one had no batter on one entire side. The bacon on his needed to be cooked longer and there was a long hair in his fries. The waitresses apologized and brought what mustve been an appetizer sized portion of them after 15 min. I found it highly unprofessional that never once did a manager come over. The fries were eh. Nacho cheese and bacon bits that were slightly cold. When we got our check they still charged us 1.99/each for the crappy upgrades. We said screw it on the milkshakes because if theyre known for their burgers and shakes but the burgers were terrible then the shakes are probably overpriced and worse. Left wishing we went to Red Robin or Steak n Shake.

Okay everyone please read this before going you will not regret it. I have to say my experience here was horrible. First the menu that was given to me and my husband on the inside was covered in old and new ketchup. Their burgers were dried up thin almost burnt flavor it reminded me of the burgers i used eat in middle school. UGh so disgusting. I was so surprised because i had such a great experience at the location in hard rock. The fries were the same very stale didnt taste fresh at all i ordered cheese on them and the cheese was super dried up it was horrible. The place in itself was super dirty the employees that work there arent very care some about the cleanliness of the place its horrible. I really hope they hire all new staff or maybe a new manager because this place is not at all what i expect from a well known traditional burger joint. Hope this helps anyone whos wondering if this place is any good.

Service was beyond terrible. We were told we can seat anywhere and a server would attend us. We were sitting for over 45 minutes and not 1 server came over to offer a menu. I had to call over a server to at least give us the menu. There were about 6 servers goofing around along with either the manager or Asst Mgr. Another couple who arrived 5 minutes after us got service. After still with the menu not a server came over while the others were fooling around. So we got fed up and left. Poor service overall and for management to grow up, act professional and re-train on customer service.

Our waitress came to check on us once, and seemed under the influence, or just extremely tired. She maybe said 5 words to us total, and I sat with an empty drink for 15 minutes after looking for her to ask for a refill. They added the gratiuity to our total (only my husband and I), and when we went to pay our bill, she didnt even look at us, and took our card off the table without saying a word. Would not go back again any time soon.

Came in before closing on Valentines Day with my kids no one even acknowledged me left and return 5 mins later and they advised me they are closed. They couldnt acknowledge me to serve me but everyone came out to say they are closed. Ask for a manager and he did care just as much as the servers we will never return and I will emailing there corporate office.

Bad service. Some bartenders had an attitude and felt they needed to give their unwanted opinion about a conversation I was having with a friend. My bartender ruined my whiskey by adding a ridiculous amount of ice; she clearly didnt know how to make whisky on the rocks(simplest drink you can make). I will never visit a Johnny rockets again.

Food is good. Its a chain restaurant with 50s decor. Wait staff is friendly and polite. Beer 2 for 1 is a decent value and price for being at the mall. The game room was good. You can get time cards (no tickets) or game cards (you can get tickets) usually full on the weekends quiet during the week.

We had the worse experience tonight April 9th !! I went with my 4 year old that was hungry and excited for their chili fries, after 25 min we got water....!! 3 other tables around us came after us and already had drinks and food!! Very poor, we walked out! 1 star is way too generous! NEVER again!

This is a special location this particular Johnny Rockets have an arcade and a full bar I take my kids to the arcade and I enjoyed my self at the bar watching the game, then we have burgers I love the double bacon cheese with a fried egg so yummie and the fried pickles also try the onion rings.

The food was not great. They burned my toddlers pizza to the point that he wouldnt eat it. But I give them some points for taking it off the bill. Also the waiter kept wiping his nose with his hands. Totally grossed me out. Atmosphere is cute and its in a good location next to Gameworks.

Are there and was very disappointed compared to the quality of other Johnny rockets Ive been to. Our shakes were exactly half full add the extra they give you almost 75% horrible. My son could not eat the burger he got it was too greasy. Place was dirty to.

Full sports bar, I love there 2-4-1 all day every day. Great place to watch a HEAT Game they have tvs above every table almost. I love the value, the fact that you can get your meal and a Game Card to play in the GameRoom for only $16 bucks is a steal.
