I consider myself a health conscious individual, so watching what I eat plays a very important role in how I look and feel. However, this doesnt mean that comitting a sin every once in a blue moon, will upset the Gods of Health. So, with my mouth watering for a good juicy burger, I ventured into Burgerfi for the first time, which BTW is within walking distance from my place. The moment I set foot inside, I realized it has a strong resemblance to any other fast food restaurant. Even though, I placed my order, which took 22 minutes to be exact, and was not cheap at all. To my dismay, the burgher was ridiculously small, sloppy, and sooooo greasy. It reminded me the horrific Wendys burgers. Angus beef, who knows? Angus fat, for sure. Fries, terrible as well. "Stylish, eco-friendly" restaurant??. OMG, youve got to be kidding ! This chain is a complete ripoff, and I cannot comprehend how can anyone like this kind of lousy, overpriced junk.

I decided to try it, since I live nearby. Stopped for lunch. Air conditioning was not working. I dont know if the owner keeps it off on pupose, but it was just very hot inside. My order took nearly 20 minutes by the time it was ready. I was sweating heavily and so were many other patrons, nodding their heads in complete disbelief. Just plain miserable. The hamburger was very small, and french fries were burned, cooked with used and reused oil. A horrible festival of fat and grease, and I paid $16 including a fountain soda. By the time I walked out I was drenched in sweat and smelling like Crisco oil. Will never set foot here again. If you like to get ripped off at a greasy hamburger joint, then by all means, go for it. But across the street, at Padrinos, all u can eat buffet for $11. No comparison.

Completely disappointed. Unbelievable slow service, and too expensive. The small hamburger came wrapped in paper, was mushy, and very greasy. Just like a cheap fast food chain burger. The overhyped hand cut frech fries were over fried, dry and tasteless. And the xcessive price tag for this lousy food, combined with a horrible presentation, made matters even worse. For crying out loud, be more creative with food presentation when charging these exhorbitant prices, and dont wrap the food in cheap paper and toss it on a tray. This is bad, very bad. Disgusting experience. For the same price, if not cheaper, I can have a sumptuous, tastier Big Daddys hamburger with curly fries and a drink at Flannigans, a few blocks west. This place will not get my patronage again.

Best burgers. I have to apologize to burger fi. One experience and I quickly go on google to rant when in reality I should not have. Then a year goes by and I forgot all about my rant but I continue going to burger do and enjoying it every time. My son loves this place. It is his favorite burger joint ever! He also loves the guy manager black guy with the goat t. They always discuss basketball. Sure Ive had my one or other minor issue. But overall the food is great. If u dont come here u are missing out. Lady manager I think she has red hair is super nice. And the fries are always fresh. Everything is prepared right when u order.

Been to this BurgerFi a few times and every time we go we get overcharged. The first and second time the manager made an adjustment on our bill. The last time when we mentioned it to the manager that the charges didnt the advertised menu prices he said "well, we go by what is programmed into the computer and cant help it if it doesnt match the advertised menu prices." I think I will find another burger place that is more honorable in their dealings with the public. Theres plenty of other good burger places around. If you do go to this store be sure to check your bill!

Want to wait 30 min for an average burger? I didnt think so. Also, Ive been back here a few times and they havent got an order right yet. Im not particular but $15 for a burger and fries implies something they dont serve. Update: went back out of stupidity and they told me 6 minutes, 25 minutes later my order was ready to take home. Upon unwrapping, I found it was missing the parmesan and herbs on the fries; checked the receipt and I was charged for this.

BurgerFi is amazing. Their variety in Burgers were not only very interesting, but amazing. The service in this particular location is absolutely phenomenal. Aaliyah definitely made sure to have my order out me in great time, as well as made sure that everything i askee for was 100% correct. Im definitely coming back for great service, and amazing food whenever Im in the area.

Visited this place for some dinner was very happy with the service and quality of food . McKenzie was very helpful and attentive . The french fries were made to perfection and the burger was cooked beyond expectations. All of the staff I came in contact with I can say were very professional and helpful. Strawberry milkshake to top it off was awesome

Food was delicious, but VERY expensive. We bought 2 burgers and two small drinks and paid over $30.00. The burgers had toppings, but still....really overpriced. The quality was great, but we wont go back there. Its just not worth all that money for BURGERS. Its also REALLY hot in the restaurant. I was told its eco friendly, but its just HOT.

Came here with a few friends for lunch and had a very good burger with fries and a concrete (a super tasty ice cream dessert). We came at peak lunch hours but it didnt seem as busy as other Burger Fi restaurants. Burger Fi is my favorite burger place and the quality is always excellent, but to get a full meal be prepared to pay 15+ dollars.

Lake Hopatcong Historical Museum

Perhaps we were there on a bad day but this was a below average burger that was very high priced. When we ordered we were told our food would be ready in 6-8 months and it took more than 20. Both the burger and fries were greasy. You would never have known that they used "better" ingredients. Would never go back.

When they added the grilled onions it made the hamburgers soggy as hell, gross. No re-dos, cook overs or refunds. To charge nearly $20 for a 3 item meal on a baby patty sized burger is retarded when your order comes out undesirably unacceptable and you cant get a refund or a cook over for the most.

great roll, burger is tiny...like a McDonalds cheeseburger patty...$14 for not too much...but I give it 3 stars for the incredible bun, the soda machine were out of syrup and one of them spurted all over me, the staff had removed the spout to clean it and walked away.

After fishing we felt a good Strawberry shake would be good my cashier was a tall young man name McKenzie he talked me in to getting the best burger and fries I ever tasted in my life he made my shake and fries that tasted really good and they were crunchy

Lady at register very friendly and helpful. Hamburger has gone downhill in quality of meat. Fries were drenched in oil. Manager should not spew his religion doctrine when handing trays to the customers. Save it for your house of warship! (sp is on purpose)
