Should be called Two guys because that was the whole cook staff, Cashier was pretty nice friendlyJessica, and it went down from there, my double burger,one item single took forever, I watched a party of 8 get their order almost one at a time, as I waited for mine I watched the prep guy go into the dining room twice to get a tray of trash, dump the trash and then put new food on it with out even rinsing it, finally I watch a lone burger set on the shelf for 5 minutes and went up and asked if it was #35 which he replied yes then put it on one of the trash trays, after getting back to the table and taking a bite it was a single burger, took it back got my real order, first one was medium, second one way over cooked, I know where my order sat the whole 15 minutes on the grill overcooking. The guys in the kitchen has a deer in the headlights look like who would of expected orders, I especially liked the sign on the door " Bathrooms are for Costumers only" instead of Customers lol should of wore a costume lol Will never return ,needs better management and some process.

TO AVOID ! We were craving for a burger and this place looked really nice and cozy. The waitress was dismissive, looking at her phone, she looked bothered by us and she was barely explaining the menu. We got our burgers WITHOUT CHEESE and part of our order was forgotten. When we complained, the waitress said that it is a supplement but the advertisement on the wall shows clearly that it should contain it. She accepted to cook other burgers but then the cooks asked to pay for it and they were complaining about us in Spanish thinking that we couldnt understand ! How rude is that ?! In the end, no burgers, no fries and a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE !!!

Not a Big Time Burger guy, but every now and then I need it, so I figured Id try this place out. Thought I was in the right place when I saw all the advertisements and placards on the walls talking about fresh never frozen beef despite the fact that at 6pm on a Monday night there were only 2 people in the place. So I order a cheeseburger with fries and a fountain drink, just under $15 but hey its South Beach. I get the burger thats overcooked, and Fries that were undercooked limp and greasy. I look at the line cook and hes on his phone watching soccer. If youre looking for a good burger and good fries you wont find it @ Top Burger.

I came to try some burger, but changed my mind after I saw how dirty is the working area and the place in general. Looks like they never cleaned the restaurant after they got the license years ago, which is very common for South Florida fast food restaurants and pizzerias. I dont understand why. But people are coming and they dont care about how clean the place is where they eat, so I dont think that feedbacks like mine is gonna change something. And it is not supposed to, I am writing only about my personal experience. Went to the restroom where roach met me confirmed my thoughts.

お店には Always fresh grown never ever frozen と書いてあったので 冷凍していないハンバーガーやさんなのだ！ と 安心して入ることができました！ お店の中もモダンでオサレな感じでした。 広めのつくりでした。 久しぶりのハンバーガーおいしかったです。 ジャンクフードではない冷凍系ではない ハンバーガーはおいしいですよね！

This is a late post, but I was so disturbed by my experience I made sure to write a review once I had the time. I dined at top burger with a small group of friends on 8/5/2016 where the employees said that my friend was "dumb & fat" in Spanish when they mistakenly thought that we did not know the language. When confronted about it, by the most fluent Spanish speaker in our group, they denied what they said. The burgers were good, but a little pricey. If it werent for the snide and pretentious attitudes of the employees I would have probably gone back.

Burger was great, the staff, however, is rude. I was here on August 5th around 5 pm and the staff, young adult female and male, talked about one of my friends in Spanish calling her fat and ugly when she went up to the counter. When confronted about it, they denied they said anything. This establishment employs prejudiced people and deserves no business for as long as they keep them on the payroll.

So slooooooow. An order of fries takes 45 mins because you serve people in the exact order they paid? So most peoples fries get cold while their burgers cook and the staff stand around doing nothing instead of serving them to people who ordered fries to go, and cooking fresh ones for people waiting on burgers. stupidity and laziness at its finest.

Place is over priced for a below average Burger. The restaurant is pretty but not taken care of at all. Tables are dirty and the restrooms are trashed. The tables are hard to get out of because of the legs which is a stupid idea for booths and tables with legs. Burger was below average and fries eatable but not great for the price. Dont go here.

The food here was amazing, the premises were clean, and the staff was friendly. On a recent vacation, my friends and I ordered both the burgers and the chicken sandwiches, and unlike dry meats you may get at other places, Top Burger makes them juicy and flavorful! Id definitely recommend to anyone visiting or staying in the South Beach area!

The burgers are small for the price but they tasted pretty good. They fell to give me my drinks with my food so when i went up to ask about them the girl acted like i hadnt paid for them and demanded to see my receipt!! They are definitely NOT customer friendly!! This was kind of disappointing since this was our first stop in South Beach!!

Average Burger and fries, nice location but could be cleaner and more taken care of. The rice / quinoa bowles are totally overpriced and not good looking or delicious at all. PLUS my two friends (who ate burgers + hot dogs) had a bad stomach ache and a diarrhea the night & morning after we had dinner there

If I had to pick one world I would day Disappointing. The burger was greasy and the bun was half soaked in Greece. The presentation didnt look very tasty and it wasnt. Also the cheesy fries are just fries with a melted sheet of gross processed cheese over the top, GROSS!!!

The staff was ok but the burgers didnt look so fresh. The place looks nice but the burgers arent. Honestly we were very disappointed The burgers were chewy, and even the bread was bad. I dont recommend it.
