I wish I could have put a -1000 for service. I went there, and I am a vegetarian who eats fish--I used to like their fish sandwich. But they were out one day, and I laughed and asked, "Well thats what I am doing here.. now what am I going to do?" the "lady" behind the drive-thru "I dont know not my problem!" So I decided to just wait until the person in front of me got their food and left so I could get out and go somewhere else. Well the whole staff thought it would be funny to hold the food from the person in front of me to keep me locked in and they all looked thru the windows and laughed hysterically at me. my friend got out of the car to ask the person behind up if they would back up because of the situation, they gladly did and just as that happened they finally let the person in front of me out. I have never been back. Heres the kicker I was friends with one of the employees... She wasnt working otherwise none of this would have happened! But Why did it happen? Because the cashier had a "bad life" and now every time anything is said to her, good, bad, indifferent she tries to make their life miserable... She apologized to my friend, but my friend then tried to defend her... I dont care her life sucked, it probably wasnt that bad, but if she wants to come over to me and cry on my shoulder I would let her! Even not knowing her Id let her, but there is NO FREAKING EXCUSE TO TREAT SOMEONE LIKE THAT! Another day entirely (way before this happened) I ordered a Coke and they gave me a Dr. Pepper, and I really cannot drink Dr. Pepper... I hate it and I apologized and asked them to correct it, and they said, "Youre lucky you are with her, you shouldnt order here otherwise!" WTH? How dare I not order a Dr. Pepper? How dare I try getting my order right? Screw them... I am probably avoiding heart disease not eating there!

Nasty, nasty, nasty! I dont mean the food wasnt good, I mean it was FILTHY! On top of that, we waited for almost half an hour behind one person in line and never even saw an employee...and this was at the front of the store, NOT the drive thru. I called the corporate office and they were very kind. The general manager called me later and was super obnoxious. Not long after that I spoke to the district manager and he was not interested in listening, only talking. Long story short, avoid this place at all costs. Its disgusting, a waste of time and the staff from the clerk all the way up to the district manager have little or no respect for the public. ...And this is coming from someone who worked in food service for ten years.

They sometimes have the best kind of food, but they have some of the worst service in reataurant history. said that their food is cooked to order but when i got home( 1 min Away) food was cold and hard. Went back up their to get fresh food. they said they can give me fresh fries only because they were closing in 45 min. But i thought the food was cook to order, It must have not been because if it was, it wouldnt have been no problem to make me a new sanwich( LIARS, CROOKS)dont ever go.

Do not go to the walk up.... guy said walk thru is served last and have to wait after the cars even when cars came after the fact.... 20 minute wait ... glad its pretty out... smh.... get my 2 spicy chicken.. requested extra mayo & add tomatoes. ... drop of mayo and no tomatoes. .. I tell the worker who brings me a tomato on the cup lid... 1st & last time visiting. .. 25 minute drive there smh

The staff is always very friendly and actually seem happy to see me when I visit this location. Their fries are the best ever, and they have a good section of drinks including slushes, smoothies, shakes, and sodas. Service is always pretty quick, and they are always happy to cook my stuff longer the way I like it. Also very quick to fix any mistakes and make problems right. Love it!!

Other than the fact that the lady behind the window was very nice, everything else was yucky. The fries were cold, which was a big disappointment because I really like their fries, and the boneless chicken wings were chewy, the meat was gray, and the breading was too thick (imho). My stomach was not well the day after. I will not be returning to this Checkers for a while.

I have grown up around Rallys/Checkers and the food has always been great. This location is no different. The food here always tastes good and the prices are great as well. The service is Ok, the employees dont appear to really want to be there, by their attitudes they always have. Im only dealing with them temporarily so its tolerable for some good burgers!

Just reopened recently went by late night just curious to see if open they were got a combo for me and the wife the food was excellent took a minute to get but thats expected you have to wait for fresh goodness but for not having checkers in a long time the whole experience was awesome. Much love checkers....

If you go before 4pm then youre fine, but after that I wouldnt go! I order the same thing all the time and for some dang reason they never get it right! I just want the All American Burger with ketchup, American and Swiss chess only they always leave the American cheese off....

Food was COLD ! THE BEARD WAS HARD,STAIL! AND THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, WAITED IN TH DRIVE THRU- FOR OVER 25 MINUTE. AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE KETCHUP. NO GOOD. THE FOOD MADE MY HUSBAND SICK AND AFTER ONE BITE OF MY CHECKERS BURGER I COULDNT EVEN EAT IT . $20 WASTED!!!

Exactly what I thought, nasty... How a company thinks its ok to sell this stuff is beyond me. Mayo is sour, sauces are terrible, meat is lowest grade. Staff is ghetto as it gets. Like an other jack in the box, but nastier... 2 year old gave his chicken to the dog!

I really expected more than the quality and service I received on my visit this evening . My fries were hard and chewy the fish sandwich was soggy and the burger was cold dry and hard. It will be a little while before I go back if at all to that location.....

Terrible food and EVEN WORSE service. I dont know why they even reopened it when they just hired more rude trashy people who throw the food together like slop and its always cold!!!! I was do excited to see them reopen and after today Ill never be going back.

To everyone that has had bad service here, please try it again. I recommend this place 110%. They where at a rocky start going thru people like they where ketchup but they have changed since they reopened. Please try it again, you wont be upset!

Not sure about all the complaining going on here. Ive been a ton of times and the staff is always very courteous and friendly. The food is great and honestly the have the best french fries around. Check em out.
