I called up to order food for my husband and I. When I called they refused to work with me on my gluten allergy even though I made several requests. They just kept telling me no, no, we wont do that. So I just ordered food for my husband and made dinner at home for me. When my husband went to pick up the food he said they were not friendly or courteous. It seemed we were just bothering them. I will not be going back at all. I have never had a restaurant not work with me on my allergy. Very unhappy with this place.

Found bugs not only in the rice but my food as well. I had figured maybe it was only my food. But then the lady behind us also stated to the waitress that she had found a fruit fly in her soup, but that it wasnt a big deal. I would avoid this place at all cost. One bug in any prepared food is bad enough, but multiple people and multiple dish containing bugs is a sign of a filthy kitchen. Eat at your own risk.

I dropped part of my won-ton underneath the table (booth my husband sat at) , and when I looked down under the table, I was disgusted. The floor under the table had chunks of food and filth on it. It looked like they never cleaned it, i was ill and could hardly wait to get out of there. I left my meal.

Fried rice was bland/boring..just rice with soy sauce for color is what it seemed to be, egg rolls just tasted like cabbage, vegetables in stir fry dishes were cold and raw. The prices were just slightly higher than other places but quality of food was not worth half the price.

Very disappointing experience. Found a clump, not just a single one, but a clump of hair in our food. Pointed it out to management and they profusely apologized and didnt make us pay for that one dish. Just gross enough to make us rethink going there again for some time

Bland, bland, bland. I had never thrown fresh Chinese food away...until we got take out from here. My husband got beef and broccoli...the beef tasted like, well, nothing, I got general Tsos, the breading was mushy, and all I tasted was soy. The rice was mushy. So sad.

Great food but it feels like frontier air line of Chinese restraunts. Tea is extra, we had 4 bowls of won ton soup and only one small bowl of shrimp chips. When I asked for more she argued saying it was a big bowl and it will cost extra.

First visit and probably wont go back. Fried rice had a smoke burnt taste and hot and sour soup had same taste. Maybe oil was old or overcooked in them. Main courses were good and crab Rangoon. Water had funny taste.

We go to dragon gate at least 1 time every 2 weeks. This time tonight the food wad cold. All of out food wad cold. The only thing that was hot was the tea. Disappointing this time. Service was great as always.

This was the worst experience ive ever had at a restaurant in my life. The food was DISGUSTING and the meat was unlike anything ive ever tasted before and not in a good way. Avoid this place by any means.

They keep raising their prices and giving less food the old man there cheats you cause. He gives you different containers half size. Dont know until u get home. Bigger prices food is good but a lit less

Excellent food - quick, hot, and flavorful. There is plenty of seating in this traditional Chinese sit down dining. The service was attentive and courteous. The place is very clean too.

Dragon Gate is a great place for Chinese food! This is the same place that used to be on Brookpark Rd by the putt-putt course. Honey garlic chicken is amazing!
