We just frequented this location and it was awful! We come here quite often and usually the food comes out burnt so we usually just ask them to under-cook it and they always kindly oblige. This time the cashier, Brandy, decided to get an attitude with me and was really rude. Then as I was driving away she decided to talk crap on me just because I made a special request. So inappropriate! I called the manager, Alex, to get some help and he interrupted me every time I tried to talk. I asked him how to ask his staff to make the food correctly, and he said, "I cant help you." Clearly!! No wonder his employee was rude, he cant even be kind. What a sad way to represent your company!!!

This Taco Bell along with the rest in Lakeland Fl. have always messed up my orders to the point where I hate eating there. My wife likes the food which is the only reason I suffer again and again. Seriously the people working there are either incredibly stupid or lazy the receipt always says no tomatoes and yet theres always tomatoes on the burritos and tacos or they forget to complete the order. Sometimes theyre busy but most of the time they are not so I dont get where the problem is.

We were loyal customers every since this location opened. Always great food service.and any discretions corrected immediantley.today March 5 2012..around 8pm we came through..no smile we had to wait 5 minutes on chicken.then I came home to enter ur contest..no receipt..the people on the phone acted like I bothered them..I wont b spending my hard earned money there again..us 98 north in lakeland..hooked in with taco bell

I go to this Taco Bell 2 to 4 times every week. I like this location, theyre fast and the order is always good. My review is only about today order, I got a chicken quesadilla and it has a nasty white hair. I call them and they told me to go back and they will give me a new but I will never eat again there.

OK. I get it. Drugs can be fun. These people are obviously on the pot, at best, and the devils lettuce, at worst. I need my horrible taco experience to be an, at the very least, averagely clean one. This place is filthy.

Horrible service. I asked for my burrito grilled and they didnt grill it. And when I asked them to fix it they gave me an additude. Will never go there again. Disgusting place with disgusting people.
