Never had a complaint about this ihop, and never had any issues. Until today.. We belong to the pancake club...and both my husband and I got a free pancake "coupons" twice a year. That states on the coupon 1 per person per table.... we have never had an issue using these together in the past.. however today suddenly its an issue and the manager said only 1 per table. I am not writing because of them not excepting both coupons...but because of the nasty attitude of the manager. She was not friendly and was 100% rude and nasty. We were trying to discuss that it said 1 per person per table..and try to understand why we cant use both and she just walked away. . I dont know how someone can progress to management talking and acting towards customers the way she does.

Lets be honest; this is IHOP, youre not looking for a 5-star meal. The food is good for an IHOP; we normally order to go on the weekends. Our order is correct every time, the food is great, the order is ready quickly, and the prices are reasonable. If we order toast, we always get butter and jelly. If we order pancakes, we always have syrup. Its nice to be able to order something to go, pick it up, and not only have your order correct and your food hot, but have everything you need as if you were eating in. Plus, the staff is always polite when we come in. When you eat in, they also have events for the kids, like someone making balloon animals. Five stars for this IHOP.

Not very good my server was complaining about customers and how bad his day was going.Also had to ask for something to eat with no silverware for a party of four??My five year old son dont eat eggs my wife asked if he could have more bacon inplace of eggs can you believe the manager came to the table and said no. Wow Im a fellow restaurants manager for over sixteen years never did a table visit over a couple slices of bacon and not do follow-up to see how everything else was going. My advice see the whole picture manage the entire restaurant not just the two slices of bacon do follow-up to insure a memorable guest experience.

Just hope you dont get the weird dude as your waiter. Probably late 30, early 40s, glasses. He interrupted our conversation every time he came to the table. We had the privilege of hearing about his cats death, as well as how he beat up some high school kids. Seriously? I dont care about your life, dude. Get me breakfast and GO AWAY.

It was 38 outside wanted hot meal and coffee to warm up. Heat control was under lock and key management sent out excuses poor staff had all sorts on lines to give manager never came out

It was really crowded when we where here. The staff had a lot to do and did their best to help us as fast as they did. But the food didnt taste so much. So + for staff and - for food.

The food is very good, its just that family atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and the kids eat free after a certain time depending on where you are at. Easy access to get in and out.

I eat at this location about 4 times a month. Every server in there is friendly. My breakfast is always delicious and fresh. One of my personal favorites here in lake wakes.

Severe water damage, paint peaking off the walls, smell of severe mold black ?carpet?, water spots on ceiling tiles. Its time to shut this down, move or remodel.
