We placed a delivery at 6:43pm through the website and we received an email stating that it would be here by 7:53pm, we were starving but it was okay. Then the delivery time passed by and we gave them an extra 15 mins... still nothing so we called. Apparently our order was placed as a pick up oder even though our email clearly said DELIVERY. She said that shell send the order with the next delivery guy so it would be here as soon as possible; even after that, we gave them another chance. ONE HOUR AND 15 MINS LATER, the guy showed up with, you guessed right, a cold damn pizza that I had to pay for. 2h and 15 mins to deliver a cold pizza 10 mins from my house so if you wanna starve to death, order from this store, I guarantee it you will.

Always a horrible experience if calling or ordering online. They are always late by over 1 hour, they put you on hold on the phone and hang up on you after 5 minutes or waiting. After an experience where they didnt call me to say they had an issue with my online order, and I waited an hour and it didnt show up, I decided to give then another try. Still they took over 1 hour to send out a pizza, and that was over 30 minutes later than the estimated time. When I tried to call to check on my order, I was hung up on several times with no help. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The manager obviously does not care about their franchise or reputation.

This place is TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I called them more than 50 times for 2 hours to order pizza. ONLY ONCE my mother was able to reach the manager, he laughed at her, and hung up. I am completely disgusted because PIZZA HUT is my favorite pizza place and I never had this kind of experience before. Now ill have to go to either Little Caesars or Dominoes. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!! NEVER ORDER HERE OR YOULL REGRET IT! I SHOULD LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE FIRST BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS TRULY HORRIBLE.

The worst pizza EVER. Dont bother ordering their raw pizza. Or their cracker " pre fab " crust that could not be eaten. You can buy a THREE Digorno frozen pizzas for the price of this one veggie cracker pizza. We ate one piece. HORRIBLE TEXTURE & TASTE. It fell apart. We called but nothing was done. We thought we give Pizza Hut one last chance. Its amazing they are still in business! But you know us Americans ..... THEY will eat anything! Not me though. F- for Pizza Hut

Placed our order online and it said it would be 45 minutes. Delivery got here an hour and 10 minutes later, plus it was missing an item. Ridiculous. I called and they said it was going to take 45 minutes to get me the breadsticks they forgot to send. So I took the store credit instead. I should have made them deliver me those breadsticks to teach them a lesson or two...but Im tired and hungry and I just wanted to eat and go to bed.

Super horrible service, I ordered at 11:33pm and its 12:48am. The order should of been ready at 12:01am. I called several times and the call kept ending when I was transferred to the store. Call customer service and got nothing, asked for my money back and he had to send a email. He did not try to call the the location or really do anything at all. Worst experience every with Pizza Hut.

I called because on the system show up that pizza was out to delivery 45min ago and the guy who answer the phone started lying and complaining that i was lying, that pizza just left, that they would be there in less than 10min, i called 20min later they said they would be calling the delivery guy and he show up 1hours and half later that i request the pizza

I was here this past Saturday, we had to wait for someone to come and help us but not because they were busy working...this guy who claimed being a former manager and that he was back again was talking trash about someone else with this other employee in front of us! Totally rude and obvious lack of mgmt skills. If I can give 0 I will.

Took 2 hours for pizza. After an hour called to see what was going on they said it was on the way. Another 45 min went by so called back and said they had to remake it because it was cold. Then it finally showed up and tried to call to speak with a manager and no one would answer the phone. Sat on hold for 30 minutes then have up.

Delivery guy proclaimed our tip was too low for his standards and decided to throw the change on the box and into my hands with a lovely venomous look. In addition, the spinach was thrown across the pie, uncooked, and on certain slices, completely absent. I recommend a thorough lesson in customer service to all of your employees.

Ill be honest I havent ever had to wait 2 hours for pizza. And if I have to wait any longer than 30 minutes I will go somewhere else. Also I would like to say I havent dealt with any manager that gives me issues like what people are saying, maybe someday this will all happen to me. But as of now I give it a 3 because its pizza.

Worst service that I ever had. Pizza was cold, cookie was hard as a rock . They forgot my two garlic sauce . I ask for a new delivery and the dude never came . I want a refund and two credits . I will complain to corporate about the terrible customer service . Going in tomorrow February 8, 2016 to make a complaint.

This is the worst ordering experience!! Its take way over the time they say and Ive been on hold for over ten minutes to see why. The automated service is awful!! I loved Pizza Hut for years but would rather pay more from somewhere with better service!!

Horrible service, please dont order from here .... They took 2 hours to deliver , the pizza was SUPER COLD and they didnt even cut it properly , waited 20 minutes on hold, had to call back again .... I will get my money back.
