I ordered the wrong thing by mistake, called them back and said I would like to cancel it and they did. After I made the other order 30 min later the delivery lady came with both orders! I told her I didnt want the other one and she insisted I take and and said I never canceled it. She also said the store called me back twice about the canceled order but I never got a phone call. After telling her 3 or 4 times Im not taking this order she said now shes really upset with me and how she was gonna get in trouble with her manager. She crumpled up the reciept and said "bye bye" and 30 seconds later I realize she left with my card to along with the receipt! Came into the store myself and talked to the manager and starts an attitude with me after she got on the phone with the driver and asked her to check if she had the card and said no. I know she took it and is lying to save her from trouble. when I told them I would check the cameras and if she were lying I would press charges she said "oh this store been here a long time you cant put us out of business" complete stupidity in this store and no one can speak English either. Will never ever return here

Food was cold, overcooked and missing a topping. Spoke to so-called manager named maria about it and she was very rude with me over the phone. She told me to bring the pizza to the store and show her the pizza. I said to her how can I do that wth a small child at home and I could have picked it up myself. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, she offered to deliver another pizza. I told her no, that I wanted my full refund. If she was a little bit more professional, then I would have considered having another pizza brought to me.Plus, I wouldnt trust anyone with food after being to rude to me the way she was. Then she told me that she would only refund me $10 of the $30 I spent. I told her that she will give me my full refund. She eventually refunded me my money and then told me that she was banning all deliveries from and she was putting it in the computer. I have been ordering from this place for the last four years and frequently, and maybe have had one complaint since...Plus, I am always tipping the driver everytime.

Requested that my pizza was well done, pizza came doughy and not cooked thoroughly. Called to get a new pizza, the nice female coworker told me the manager said the pizza would be burnt it can only be ran once. I asked to speak to ths manager. The female manager answered the phone and was already looking to argue with someone as she had an attitude to begin. I explained to her my issue and she said the pizza would be burnt. I just wanted the golden pizza that I am used to, I responded to her. She said that she cant run in through the oven again. I told her this isnt the same way my pizza came before for many years. She continued to tell me I was wrong. I had it at that point. Told her she needs to make me a new pie. She continued to tell me that I was wrong. I proceeded to tell her she has no right to tell the customer that they are wrong. This service is absolutely ridiculous and I am calling the corporate office to report her. I wouldnt dare to eat the pizza that she is having her driver deliver.

Im pretty sure Ive never ordered from here and have the people NOT mess up our order in some way. Ive complained online, only to have the manager call me and say hell talk to the employees. yea.... either that talk never happened or they just didnt care. Ive received the totally wrong pizza, Ive had missing items i ordered, etc. this pizza hut sucks. go out of your way and go to another one. literally dont think theyve ever gotten my order correct on their own (without me having to ask for stuff they forgot to give me). mind you, I use to order from there because it was the closest to me, then stopped because I moved. now two years later (yesterday) I figured theyd have their stuff together by now and ordered from there because I was in the area.... needless to say, I shouldnt have given them another chance. they didnt give me my extra sauce I ordered, forgot my soda, didnt give me the flavored crust I ordered, and completely drowned my pizza in sauce. this place sucks.

I cant think of any time Ive been more disgusted with customer service in my life. Was lied to about where they deliver and hung up on twice. First time I called a girl answered, gave her my address and she lied and said they didnt deliver to my neighborhood. Ive been living in this neighborhood for 24 years and have always ordered from them, you know the neighborhood DIRECTLY across the street from this place. Then we called back two more times(different girl and a guy answered) both of them started taking our information down and then hung up in the middle of the call. They had NO intention of delivering to us because theyre lazy. No better way to put it, they didnt feel like doing their job. At least be honest and say youre not doing deliveries at the moment because lying and hanging up on a customer twice is a much worse look. Zero stars!! Hopefully the three of them get fired.

This Pizza Hut provides the worst service I have had. First I sat on hold for 20 min. when finally I placed the order I was told it would be 1hr 10 min delivery. Iagreed but it has now been over 1hr and a half and no delivery. When I tried to call and check on my order no one will answer the phone. It rang for 15 minutes, until I finally hung up. What sort of way is this to run a business? The last time I ordered when the food finally arrived the Pasta I ordered was inedible. It tasted horrible, and I had to have my account credited because they would not deliver another. This is absolutely the last time i will ever order from this place again.

I place an order at 8 pm on a saturday, the first person who spoke to me, was rude, put me on hold, and start talking whit a co worker while i was waiting on the phone, the second person who pick the phone, try to apologize, i was waiting 20 minutes for someone to speak to me. After a 1 hour waiting for my pizza, someone call me, to get the address, i gave easy directions how to get to my house. After 2 hours, i call the store, the manager pick the phone, was very rude, and start yelling. How come we trust in a business when the people who work there dont gives us the costumers a good quality service?????

called in 8 pizzas @11:30 am I spoke to Sebastian so called supervisor it was 1:40pm and all answer I received were shes 2 mins away , her car broke down , shes now down the street my total was 96.00 dollars Sebastian said I can leave it for 75 dollars he was rude and unprofessional of coarse pizza got here 3 hours and cold we will never order from this place I tried to get a hold of " peter " head manager Sebastian just kept SAYING HES NOT AVAILABLE NASTY ,RUDE ,POOR POOR POOR AND WHEN I SAY POOR SERVICE IS NOT ENOUGH SEBASTIAN YOU SUCK
