TL;DR- decent little place, expensive, but unique. Take out is best. Was looking for a place that would fit my absurd diet needs, and saw this place on Yelp. They have ordinary delicious food, and can make food that meets most dietary restrictions as well. Vegetarian? Vegan? Lactose intolerant? Gluten issues? They got stuff for all that. They were supposed to be open until 2300, and we arrived around 2215. The hostess/server/only person on sales floor told us they were closed. . . After a bit of standing and looking over the menu (they still do take out/carry out?) she seated us and said it was fine. Thank you! I mean, there were people in there eating, and their hours dont say for what (takeout, dining), but I was glad she changed her mind. We ordered, and I got a setup that fit my needs, but here is where another issue came in. They charge more for toppings when they are unique. So lactose free cheese was $3 more for my pizza. I get that! What I didnt like, was that although I paid quite a bit extra, I had WAY less cheese than the normal. Less thick, was about an inch out from the sides. I also had some confusion with the waitress on what toppings they had in stock, and she bounced between an attitude and nice. I know Im a tricky customer, but I go out of my way to be nice, courteous, and respectful. I didnt get near that treatment back. Honestly, this should be a two star. But in the area this was the ONLY place that had any alternate food options available. Since there arent half stars, Im rounding up. . .

UPDATE: Adding another star because the owner of this location called to personally apologize for the situation below. He offered a free pizza for the inconvenience and assured that this shouldnt have been the response to their mistake. I appreciate the phone call, Pizza Fusion- thank you for restoring my faith in your customer service. Its too bad because the pizza is delicious, but the customer service and online ordering is nothing short of terrible. I placed an order online and received an email confirmation. After an hour and a half of waiting, I gave them a call and it turns out they hadnt even received the order and nonchalantly brushed it off as, "Oh, our system has been acting up." If they looked at our history and saw how many times weve ordered from them they would realize we are a long time repeat customer, yet they barely even offered an apology. The phone call cut off while I was speaking to the manager and I didnt get a call back until 2 hours later when a different employee let me know my order just came through and asked if I still wanted it, again, not even acknowledging their mistake. There are way too many other restaurants out there who actually appreciate their patrons, so I will not be ordering from Pizza Fusion anymore.

Just had dinner here for the second time and have to say it was great both times. They have some great vegan, organic and gluten free options. I love the bbq chicken and steak and gorgonzola pizzas. The person I was with ordered the meatball and chicken pizza and loved it. If you have a hearty appetite my only suggestion would be to opt for the bigger size rather than the personal size pizza. I didnt try any of the desserts but they looked delicious. Staff has been helpful and kind both times, they seem to really care about the customers and their business. My only gripe is that when youre coming east on Sunrise from I-95, its kind of tricky getting into this plaza. Its not the easiest to access if you are on the wrong side of Federal or Sunrise.

If I could give Zero stars I would! No wonder its always slow in this Pizza Fusion; HORRIBLE customer service by the pizza maker today (stocky & curly Brown hair). And, all because they didnt have change for a hundred. (I mistakenly thought I had a $20 to pay with.) I would have used a card but after he told me that I could down the street and get change, I was so furious! Our company spends A LOT of money at this Pizza Fusion and I assure you that, after todays experience that will stop!! If the man behind the counter is the owner, you need to hire someone to work for you that knows how to speak to the public. If your not, then your employees need some customer service skills! Have a nice day :)

I got the "very Vegan pizza", which is some grilled veggies and mushrooms, soy cheese, and regular dough. It cost $19, which was quite expensive for a medium pizza labeled as large. The pizza is rectangular, which is nice because the box fits in the fridge way easier. As for the taste, I was a little disappointed that it was so ordinary. I mostly tasted the mushrooms. The crust is good and soft and would go great with some Vegan garlic sauce. Im not from the area, but if I were I probably would just get my Vegan pizzas from Wholefoods, which is cheaper and larger. Plus they are close to each other.

Kleiner Laden mit sehr leckeren Pizzen! Vegan,vegetarisch, glutenfrei! Es gibt auch Salate, Wraps, homemade Brownies. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben extra für uns noch mal aufgeschlossen obwohl sie gerade am schließen waren.

Best pizza ever and one of my favorite places. Wonderful service- need more staff but thats not the employees fault. If youve ever work food industry or customer service you understand short staff and longer waits or difficulty. Maybe if you dont you shouldnt eat out.. The male cook with curly hair is my favorite! Makes delicious pizza and always apologizes and tries to make up for the issues that are out of his control. Forever 5 stars for pizza fusion ;-)

I have eaten at MANY pizza places in my life, its one of my favorite foods. With that said, Pizza Fusion really is something special. The quality of the ingredients is immediately apparent. The sauce tastes very fresh and the cheeses taste premium. They also have a really good multi-grain crust that is higher in fiber. Special thanks to Tim! He always makes the best pizzas, and does so with a smile.

Server was awesome with great skills. Food was substandard (pizza is like cardboard with sauce and cheese). Salad bowl was chipped and should have not been in use. Tables were sticky to the touch indicating they are not being properly cleaned. Owner of this franchise is only out for maximum profits at the sacrifice of customer satisfaction and quality control. Would not recommend eating here.

This is a really cool, hip place to eat out. The food is great and the atmosphere is awesome. I had a great experience with my server... she was really fun and real, which I like in a server. I cant remember her name, I wish I did! Overall, this is an earth-friendly restaurant with vegetarian and gluten free options and delicious, yummy food.

Excellent for vegans !!! They have awesome vegan pizza selections & they can turn any of their regular pizza into vegan friendly cuz they have vegan soy cheese & vegan daiya! Taharen was excellent very informative , friendly, patient and professional!!! Excellent wine selection ... Organic choices!! A must go!!

This place has GREAT vegan pizza - but it doesnt end there. Their personal pizza special comes with a colorful salad (not just iceberg lettuce like at most fast food places) and they have two delicious vegan salad dressings! Plus their bottled organic sodas are a great change of pace... Its worth checking out!
